Description
In Summer 2014, Puma offers the new fragrant duo named Time to Play which invites us not to take things seriously, but to let go to positive energy and enjoy the game! This collection arrives after the themed collection introduced to celebrate World Football Championship in Brazil (Puma Yellow Brazil Edition; Puma Green Brazil Edition) in the same flacon form with a modern design.
Time to Play Man is a fragrance for men, providing an aromatic-citrusy concept, composed of such notes as pineapple, bergamot, lemon and lime in top notes. The heart incorporates basil, galbanum and watermelon on a base of amber, cedar, labdanum and musk. The fragrance can be purchased as 40 and 60 ml EDT.

Time to Play is the most interesting fragrance by Puma.
It´s a fruity fresh mix in a pleasant way.
I don´t get that locker room accord as with many other sport fragrances.
It´s not that strong. But very pleasant.
I get a sweet mix of pineapple with fruits (mainly watermelon).
Really worth a try. Especially if you are into fresh fragrances with pineapple, like Creed Aventus.

Pros:
– Clean
– Innocent smelling cologne
– True to the description it is very “citrusy”
– Generally can be found for cheap
– Great starter/casual cologne
Cons:
– Low sillage means you need a lot of sprays for it to be remotely appreciated
– Short duration means you would probably have to carry it with you to keep the scent going
– Basic cologne
Overally I actually really liked this cologne. It has been my work cologne as it is something I can appreciate without bothering anybody else around me. That being said it doesn’t allow others to appreciate the scent. Intially it has a very citrusy smell then drys down fairly quickly after an hour or two to smell very lightly musky. Afterwords it is done, you probably wont even recognize its still on you as the sillage is so weak. It is one of the few colognes nobody has probaly even noticed I wear.
All that being said, if you can get it cheap then go for it. Its a good casual/work/chore cologne you don’t have to feel bad about using frequently. I wouldn’t buy it again personally but I wouldn’t stop anybody else from trying it out!
PS Guest review was my own, didn’t realize that it had logged me out!

I got a sample of this with my latest perfume purchase, so I gave it a go.
This is an insane monster of fruity freshness. It blasts your nostrils off with tons of citrus, pineapple and watermelon. I can’t stand it. It is so not my cup of tea.
The dry down isn’t all bad though. It is a little amber, a little galbanum, some woody notes and a little basil. Warm and pleasant, with a discrete spicy vibe. But sadly the pineapple/watermelon lingers. And it isn’t a very nice, real and juicy pineapple/watermelon either. To me it smells rather artificial and cloying. On my skin the duo turns a bit sour, and not in a refreshing way.
I guess I’ll stick to my orientals and gourmands. Fresh and sporty just isn’t for me.
