This is my first L’Antichambre and i must say that i’m excited to report that this is a good one. Indiscret combines spicy and woodsy accords to create a holiday scent but remains to be a smooth operator. The enriching ingredient of lavender adds beauty thus preventing this from being a total spice bomb. In the opening, you can’t help but to think of a Pumpkin Spice Yankee candle combined with the holiday qualities. Unfortunately, this is a short-lived fragrance clocking in about 5 hrs max. I could definitely see a purchase in my immediate future. Maybe i’ll just spray this stuff on my clothes…..

This is a fascinating scent, lavender forward, but the lavender is almost overpowered by heavy cedar and nutmeg. Cinnamon and sandalwood give the scent some warmth, but overall it is a sharp, penetrating scent, almost medicinal at times. It gets better with each hour of the drydown. There is too much cedar for my taste but this would be great on a man.

A bit masculine, but in a wonderful way: cool lavender/aromatic herbal with warm spices makes for a very nice, almost Christmas scent. Lovely.
