I had high expectations, it didn’t meat them.
Smell was pretty good… but it had this underlining brashy/sythetic muddling that I just couldn’t stand. IF you want this but actual high quality, check out Creeds les Exclusives Pure White

It’s my favourite fragrance so far! The vibe i get from it is a very pleasant citrus, but there’s a definite richness and creaminess to it which is really striking in the composition. I’m not sure which other note to attribute for this extra quality but it’s amazing. To me this fragrance radiates warmth and it’s sooo uplifting…
On my skin it lasts for about 6 hours. Projection is ok, but the quality of the scent is phenomenal. Sometimes i wear this at home just to be able to smell it occasionally as it really brightens up my mood.

To me, this smells incredibly akin to Lalique White – it starts with a loud pepper note that is supported in the base by woodsy notes and paired with a lemon-y citrus note that makes the pepper smell more elegant and regal rather than the nature quality that pepper usually brings with it – and still opposed to the smokey quality that it can bring.
The main quality that differentiates this fragrance is the pear note that comes in after the first hour or so, sprinkled with cinnamon, it is truly a wonderful drydown, and perhaps the main reason to get your nose on this one.
Otherwise, this is at least three times as expensive as a 4.2oz of Lalique White, and ultimately the drydown isn’t loud enough for anyone else to really care, and ultimately the two are comparable in lasting and projection, so for my money Lalique is the winner despite this beautiful bottle!

The presentation is magnificent. It comes in a lacquered wooden/plastic casket – the bottle itself is very heavy and well made. The cap is magnetic and very heavy. So far so good! Now for the important stuff – the juice!
Le royal is a name that carries high expectations – I mean, I wouldn’t think that royalty would stink! If they’re wearing le royal, the good news is, they smell fantastic!
This is a soft oriental fragrance with a blast of cinnamon and citrus. The mixture is oddly satisfying. At first spray, I was amazed. When I put it on my skin, I couldn’t smell it. But wait – that’s where it got interesting! After about 5 minutes, it started to pick back up and gain some intensity – the cinnamon mixed win the citrus came crawling back – and it was completely perfect. This is a smell that will never “get old” – you know, something like Tuscan leather – it smells fantastic in small doses but after hours and hours, it beats you up. Not this one – this never becomes a monster, but the staying power is monstrous! I’ve been thorogoughly impressed with all of the offerings I’ve sampled from alexandre. J – this is a steal for $130. A+

This is a nice fragrance, the amber and rosewood combined with the citrus and pear gives A beauty full sappy amber woody spicy scent, i think its the Elemi that makes it sappy and juicy.
im not much of a amber fan, but this one i really nice, because of the spicyness and the woods- sapp.
im shure there is also myhrr or frankincense or both in this fragrance.
i might just have to get a bottle of this one.
