I love this scent so much!! It smells really clean and powdery for me. This is a really innocent scent in my opinion. When I am in doubt about what to wear, I always wear this one. However longevity and sillage is really poor:( I wish it lasts all day

SO…basically we had to give up all of Crescent Row for this scrubber?? It’s just. so. generic.

This is really just a pale version of Maybe Baby

There’s something about this fragrance… at first sniff it takes u back in time! It’s totally a vintage retro scent but in the sensual- sexy-yet-innocent-bombshell style. It matches my skin perfectly and it’s an absolutely awesome choice for a sexy night.

I haven’t tried Maybe Baby, so I can’t tell if it smells like it 🙂
I love Benefit Cosmetics – the products are great, but I must also admit that it has something to do with the extremely cute packaging, names etc. When it comes to Benefit’s perfume, I have Under My Spell Noelle, which I like, but it is not my favorite perfume. I don’t care for the others in the line, as I find them too fresh and fruity (I love oriental, heavy , sweet, gourmand kinda fragrances).
I saw this one at the store today, and decided to give it a try. First I tried on one of those paper things – it smelled beautiful and powdery and shy. So I tested it on my wrists. Initially the first thing I could smell, was a heavy, red, christmas-y apple. But after a few minutes the apple calmed down a bit, and it turned more peachy and apricot-y, with some white floral undertones. There is also something gingery to it, which I don’t like (I HATE ginger in fragrances!)
After two hours it is like a velvet layer of peach powder on your skin.
It lasts extremely well for a body mist – so well I cannot believe it is not an edt. After 7 h I can still smell it.
It is not my favorite fragrance, as I don’t like red apple or ginger in my perfumes – and this one contains both. Besides that is it a nice and simple and ”clean” fragrance.
It reminds me a bit of several other perfumes; a shy little sister to Marc Jacobs Essence, a watered down version of See by Chloé , and when I thought about I came to the conclusion that it is pretty much identical with L by Gwen Stefani.
    So nothing new and sensational.
The bottle is a whole other story – IT IS SO CUTE AND PRETTY ! It is even more pretty in real life, the photo don’t do it justice. Shiny , rosy metallic with a vintage-feel shape and lid, and a old school retro label with a pin up girl. The packaging is in the same style, and also adorable. It is very ”Benefit” – and very girly and pretty on my dresser 🙂
I don’t care much for the juice, but it’s nice that it’s alcohol-free so you can use it on the beach and so on, it is rather inexpensive (because it’s only a mist) and the bottle is to die for. So all in all am I happy with my purchase 🙂

Smells a bit old and stale now – repackaged and definitely flat (alcohol free) version of maybe baby. This is not a new perfume. Unimpressed.

I’ve just called to 2 Benefit NYC’s stores and they said this is Maybe Baby repackaged. Maybe Baby though was an eau de toilette and this one, I believe, is a body mist, alcohol-free.. Does it last at all? urgh, I wish they left maybe baby be as it was..

This is what it says about the notes:
Mist on Bathina’s tempting fragrance with notes of:
    • bright golden peach and sun-kissed Sicilian lemon
    • a tumble of white blossoms
    • a lingering hint of velvet plum

What dozearsed bints were stupid enough to give it any sillage marks before it was released?!
