Jasmine is one of my favourite ever notes and I was very keen to try this. In a nutshell this is a sweet soft metrosexual scent for men which is both complex and cheap.
However, having tried this twice now I’m sure I would never buy it.
The performance is terrible. It is far too soft and doesn’t last long. The jasmine note is very pleasant but it almost makes it more frustrating that it isn’t filling my nostrils. I also do not know when I would ever wear it. Its definitely more casual than work scent but nowhere near strong enough to go out with so pointless. The bottle is quite possibly the most horrible I have ever seen. Real shame, this could have been a real win for

When I first smelled this in the 90s it seemed stronger and thicker. I bought some recently and it seems weaker in strength. It seems to last only a few hours and then almost nothing. I also think this new bottle seems very heavy on the jasmine after an hour and not really like the original. I also have a deodorant version and that smells more like the original. I used to love the warm sweetness of this scent, it was comforting and mellow. It was a unique smell and but for its short longevity could have been a signature scent. Shame.

this is a masterpiece although hard to get, smooth vanilla with a touch of woods and cinnamon…I found it much better than most of today´s wannabe orientals

Attracts so many compliments when I wear this. A beautiful opening of warm, slightly boozy (Amaretto cherry in there somewhere?) sweet tobacco – evocative of the days of wood-panneled smoking rooms filled by men in their smoking jackets and the barely audible soft rustling of broadsheet newspapers. Any citrus is barely noticeable.
The dry down is very much like a sweet moist unburnt pipe tobacco (not an ingredient), with wood and amber. The cedar, amber and musk anchor the heart notes into a potion with some longevity.
Normally I avoid vanilla and tonka scents like Ebola – and to find them together? Shock horror! But perhaps here we have the exception that proves the rule. You don’t really notice it in Touch. At least not in that sweet and powdery way which is a usual let-down (cf. Jacques Bogart PH and JPG le Male).
Reminds me of all the good features it shares with D&G The One and Basi Homme (which I love) and to a vastly lesser extent Juicy Couture Dirty English (which I really don’t). Which explains how the mix and quality of ingredients strongly differentiate similar compositions.
Touch by Grigio Perla stands tall in a perfume plot of high occupancy making it is an olfactory wonder. If it was a person it would be Yul Bryner: strong, demure and self assured. No bravado. This speaks of style, not celebrity. Simply, it is my “go to” when I’m enjoying the company of women, and occupies a place among my all-time favourites. Could easily be my signature scent were it not for Trumper’s Eucris.
So, we have a great fashion house that has evidently directed development of all its fragrances with enormous care. I am increasingly of the view that La Perla conveys the identity, originality and a sublimeness that were once bye-words for Gucci, but sadly applies only periodically these days.
If you’ve landed on this, you should check out GrigioPerla and Perla Essence (hens teeth). Not for shrinking violets either of them; but proper mens fragrances without the chest-beating. Very Milan and Modena. (Think Ducati Sport 1000S, in red, half-faring, single round front lamp. THE most beautiful bike ever built).
Bellissimo!

I was introduced to this by my brother in law from Italia. The wife enjoys the scent which is a rarity for her sensitive nose. I was very pleased with this purchase. This is a warm frangrance. I reside in south florida and we are too often inundated with the aquatic scents this is a great change of pace and can be used in any setting (office, casual or romantic). Forza Giorgia Perla!!!

Touch is a very good fragrance, but it is not all original.
At the first spray, I feel a resemblance with other colognes, in special with Ferrari Black.
The diference between Ferrari Black and Touch is that the last one is more sexy and romantic, a cologne for the nighttime. In other hand, Ferrari Black is more simple and casual.
Touch by GrigioPerla lasts about 5 ou 6 hours. The bottle is very cool and I never had seen anything like this before.
My rating: 8.5 out of 10.

This is the only fragrance I have ever used in my entire life and I am 24…In Italy it did launch much much earlier.
BEST EVER..girls love it

This is one of my signature scents. Hard to find in the US so I enjoy exclusive rights most of the time.
Touch is soft but very clean in a mildly spicy sort of way. The Amber and Musk are the most prominent notes on my skin followed by the scent of vanilla. Women love this one…and I love that fact more than anything.

Touch by GrigioPerla opens with an energetic explosion of spicy notes: Cardamom and Cinnamon leaves, rendered all the more effervescent by the presence of the Calabrian Bergamot. The modern masculinity of the fragrance is brought out by the accord of precious Cedarwood with just a touch of Jasmine and Lily of the Valley. An extraordinary fusion of Amber and Musk imbue this fragrance with a new reading of masculine sensuality. The Vanilla and Tonka Bean sweeten the delightful accord.
