Profumo gourmand dolce amaro.
E’ il profumo degli amaretti di Sassello (composti da mandorle dolci, armelline, vaniglia), aspersi di spezie (fiore di noce moscata e cannella), spruzzati da qualche goccia di rhum e abbondantemente ricoperti di miele.
La nota alcolica dl rhum, zuccheroso, ammorbidisce il miele e lo rende, appunto, amaro.
Nome fedelissimo al contenuto.
La vaniglia si fa corposa e densa, il suo cuore ha un battito alcolico.
Accostabile a Dolcelisir Erbolario, sicuramente apprezzabile da chi colleziona profumi al miele.
Interessante e monolitico.
