Description
“The Illuminum collection is for those days when you are in the mood for something exquisitely simple and stylish.”—Michael Boadi. The collection embraces 16 fragrances categorized in four olfactory groups (citrus, floral, oud and musk). Each group consists of four scents, while each of the fragrances contains eight carefully selected ingredients.
Tahitian Yuzu begins with notes of juicy pineapple and black currant, leading to the heart of star jasmine and violet and the base made of sensual musk.
It is available in bottles of 50 and 100 ml.
In addition to creating the composition, Michael Boadi designed all the packaging as well as the logo and the branding.
Tahitian Yuzu was launched in 2011.

I’ve worn Illuminum Tahitian Yuzu a couple of times now, and find that it smells good–for what it is. This is a citrusy fruity floral with a kind of shininess characteristic of the twenty-first-century category of SSRI frag.
Don’t worry, be happy, is basically the outlook of this creation. Not very deep or complex or original, but made of good stuff and perfectly fine for a spritz of sunshine on a cloudy day.
Pineapple is not my favorite perfume note, but here its sweetness is tempered by the citrus and the black currant.

A sweet yet light fruity/floral-musk with a tropical vibe provided by the pineapple. Youthful and generic. Another “no no no” from Illuminum. Want a tropical summery fragrance? Get Maitre Parfumeur Et Gantier’s Bahiana.
