Description

After Polo Black (2005), Ralph Lauren created a fragrance that is even blacker – Polo Double Black. Regardless of the color, this fragrance is not heavy; it is a refreshing oriental with a recognizable opening of frozen mango. The aromatic, woody freshness of its forbear is replaced by intensive spicy notes of Indonesian nutmeg, pepper, and roasted coffee. The base is composed of noble wood and allied with cardamom and fir. It was created by Ellen Molner in 2006.

This is very good fragrance…but lasts about 10mins then poof, gone…very disappointing. I love the fruity, peppery scent, just wish it last even couple hours. After one hour it’s not even a skin scent? It’s the David Blain of frags, poof disappears.

I can’t stand this scent it is so garbage-y, smells acrid like axe body spray. This is a good example of something I hate

I can second both the high praise for this scent as well as its unfortunate performance issues.
This is a great fruity/spiced-coffee scent – bordering on gourmand, in fact guys who heavily favor drier scents will very likely consider this “cloying” – they should stay away from this one.
The opening is the somewhat synthetic mango – not a negative comment from me, synthetics are some of my favorite notes – but it’s definitely not “fresh mango” – much more like “food-product” mango. It still smells quite nice.
The drydown is where the coffee moves to the front of the line, supported by the spices, but with the echo of the mango opening always present.
This does retreat to skin scent in the 90-120 minute range which puts this in “date-scent-or-reapply” category – or if you’re like me and you keep some scents for application at home a the end of the day, it’ll serve admirably in that capacity as well.

    Fantastic scent: 9.5/10; sub-par performance: 4/10
Ralph Lauren should revisit this scent composition and style.
I love it but it’s not worth the price tag; give it a try next time you’re sampling frags, but it’s no more than a beautiful, although short-lived experience.

Super date / office scent … My wife really loved it . A bit similar to CK in2u but after sometime CK turns into lemony and this remains as mango scent .
Good for winter season as in summers this goes away pretty fast .
7/10 for me (marks deducted mainly for longevity )
Edit : I was almost about to sell this , but i thought to give it one more try, after spraying i again fell in Love with the SPICY MANGO scent .. i will adjust with poor longevity but will never buy again !

I first got this as a Christmas gift back in 08 by my mom.. She took me to the mall and asked what I wanted I said a new cologne and I picked out Polo Doubke Black.. Fast forward 10 years and same thing happened my fiancé and I are at macy’s and she asked what do you want.. I said a fragrance and I went right to this one.. This is the only bottle in my collection that I brought back.. This scent is beautiful mango coffee and spices.. Works great on my skin.. I see this as a year around scent, let me explain.. Fall and Winter a given but this fragrance does do well on rainy spring days and cool summer nights.. This fragrance to me is a workhorse scent and one I will continue to keep in my collection.

i had both Polo Black and This , Polo double black when i was in college.
Didn’t understand much about perfumes but this perfume would still be one of the most complimented perfumes i have ever owned
i had 2 bottles of it and every time I wore it , the girls would never fail to compliment.
it used to last on me for the whole night, at least 12 hours!
It was just an amazing smell. oh the simpler times!

Had a sample of this one. Great roasted coffee fragrance with pepper and hints of mango in the background. Not a groundbreaking scent but I do think it would fit a casual stay at home scent or a dates at night in fall/winter.
Lack of longevity 4 to 5 hours and skin scent after 1.5 hour.
It’s a great scent yes but I wish the mango would be more prominent.
So my final rating…Very disappointing, yes it’s a dark fragrance but not mysterious. Could more powerful without beng cloying. Yes it will get you compliments from a significant other.
    Rating: a generous 5/10 🙁

Smells great. Definitely a fall/winter fragrance. The downside is the performance, which is pretty atrocious. 5/10

  11. :

    3 out of 5

The most prominent notes here are the coffee, nutmeg, and sweet cardamom, with the pepper providing some balance and giving it a spicier, darker edge.
It’s an absolutely lovely scent, but the longevity is abysmal. I get maybe an hour or two out of it before it’s almost completely gone. I’ve had days where I’ve had to reapply it three or four times.
If they ever re-released this and made it longer lasting, I’d buy that version in a heartbeat.
As it stands, I wouldn’t buy this again.

wonderful mango-peachy and creamy smell, unfortunately no sillage, gone in a few hours – this is mostly a skin scent !

My roommate owns this one and leaves it in the bathroom so I’ve tried it a few times. It has a very nice mango note, which is very noticeable when you are wearing it. My roommate was wearing it today and the sillage reminded me of powdered donuts. I noticed it when we were driving and I wasn’t sure what it was, then I noticed it when we were walking downtown it smelled like we were walking past a coffee shop that was baking fresh donuts. Finally, dawned on me that it was my roommate and it was double black. I was able to smell that it was the sweet mango mixed with the coffee. It does have a nice sillage to it that is powdery, sweet, with an aromatic coffee note in the back.

For some reason, lighter than polo black. I do like the actual scent of Double black a bit more though. I was expecting another strong, black tie affair scent, but this scent is much more versatile and lighter in my opinion. I’ll keep this scent handy at all times, I just really like this one.

I finally got to wear mine after months of buying it, since the spray nozzle did not work and I had to decant the bottle, but well a story short, it is a good fragrance, despite the hate and love from the reviews below, it filled my full bathroom with the nice essence while I was decanting it since part of it spilled out. I got completed right on today at work. In my opinion is all season fragrance, day or night, although I will need to see how performs in hot weather.

Weaker version of Bvlgari Man in Black with hints of Mango. Becomes a skin scent in less than an hour.

  17. :

    5 out of 5

Owned this one a few years ago and actually got a respectable amount of compliments for it, which is impressive considering i thought it was just an ok scent. It grows on you though, at first i thought it was a bit bizarre but after a while it becomes quite pleasant. Definitely worthy of a purchase and great for summer.
EDIT- It was actually Polo Black i had, not Double black. My bad!

Iso E Super is strong in this one. If you are still Ok with that then the lack of coffee and mango is another disappointment with it. Pass!

I’m just finishing up with mine and my opinion on this is:
It’s like a very dark version of Polo ( Green )
I say it in that way because, you get that hint of Polo deep within the fragrance… it’s subtle but there… and its surrounded by this dark vibe which is pleasant and inoffensive ( sorry im not mentioning the ingredients, I’m not good with that lol )
Definitely for the cooler to colder times and worth for the collection.
A classic that for me, gets compliments from women… maybe not girls but women for sure -_o

One of my favorites hands down since it came out. Not to be missed a very nostalgic scent. Powdery and warm.

To those who say this is a “cheap copy” of Chanel Allure Homme Sport Extreme, just know that this was released FIVE YEARS prior to Allure Extreme.
That being said, this is a tremendous fragrance that does suffer from projection issues, but the longevity isn’t half bad.
It smells AMAZING. Seriously it’s delicious. I do not feel that this is a gourmand. It’s very much along the vain of Allure Extreme. A dark, sweet, woody, spicy version of Polo Black.
I would wear this in close encounter, indoor situations. You won’t get noticed outside or in public places. It’s a subtle scent. But it’s great.
    7/10

not many people talking about this perfume compare to original polo black but l do. i love this perfume and i love gourmand perfume. it is inoffensive at all.
the scent is remind me bitter sweet coffee. really work on me especially in cold rainy day and night out. it warm, sweet and soft spicy vibe. i feel sexy, young and energetic
it’s not the best gourmand but at least i get 6 hours longevity. i rate it 8/10 – longevity, sillage, compliments and price are balanced and equal.
other fragrances close to this ( not exactly similar but as optional fragrances to this vibe
    1. Aromatic Black by Clinique
    2. Black Musk by The Body Shop
    3. Black Opium EDP by YSL

I get hungry whenever I smell this fragrance…
Comparing this with the original Polo Black, this is a “darker” scent (much like the name implies). With Polo Double Black, the tropical fruity notes aren’t there. Instead, we get a large helping of both coffee and peppers. The mango note is present, but it isn’t very strong and doesn’t last. The dry down is decent, spicy and powdery. It does spicy right.
This cologne is alright when it comes to performance. I’ve gotten 4-6 hours of longevity and I find that the silage isn’t great, sticking close to my skin after about an hour or so. At one point I put a sweater on and the smell of the detergent was competing with this cologne. Whether it’s because I used too much detergent or otherwise, I can’t say.
I think this is a great scent and I really do like it. But if I had to choose between this and the original Polo Black right now, I’m going with the original. Why? Because the weather will start to warm up where I live. Polo black is more fruity, and the mango note there is much more prominent. I think it suits the spring and summer more, and I think it would be a little bit better for year round wear. For me, if the mango note was a little stronger in this fragrance then I’d be more inclined to pick it up now. Despite this, Double Black is a lovely fall and winter scent, and I can see this being a staple during those months.
All in all, this is a great fragrance and a solid release by Ralph Lauren. I really like this fragrance and while performance isn’t amazing, I still think it’s worth buying a bottle of and using in different settings. Check it out!

In my collection there are a handful of colognes that I feel comfortable wearing in business meetings. Polo Double Black is one of those fragrances. On me it doesn’t project far but it leaves a reasonable scent bubble. A pet peeve: although the bottle is attractive, it is opaque and that bugs the crap out of me. I like to know how much juice I have left and shaking the bottle doesn’t do it for me.
Unlike some of the reviewers below, I actually prefer Polo Black over Polo Double Black. I think that Polo Black has a more casual feel to it. I’m comfortable wearing it to work but not with a prospect or customer. And finally, I’ve gotten compliments from Polo Black but not Polo Double Black. Both are in my collection and each has its place and time.

I confess that I tried, that struggled the most to feel the aroma of this perfume, but in vain got. What’s that personal ?! Another that is created just to carry the condition that they created another flanker for the family, this is not done, this is pure evil. Its opening is only the most artificial Manga that may exist in the world, sliced and thrown into the waters of three oceans together, ie a radius of 1 cm maybe u can still feel its “aroma”. Ralph Lauren stepped on the ball here, a ball of infinite size, in my view, because of Double he has nothing, and Black much less; everything in it is insignificant to the hub. To get an idea, its evolution is similar to apotheosis flower Corpse Mr. George Wilson in the classic film, Denis the Menace, lasts no more than 30 me and now is gone forever. To feel it better, just by spraying it into the nose about 80 sprayed on average around like that!
Word of the day: fade… (day 44)

If you love the middle and drydown notes so much you want a body wash like it, check out Shea Moisture African Black Soap: Body Wash. Probably the closest you ll get to having a scent similar in the slight creamy gourmandish of the double black as anything other than the fragrance. Only product that smells like it in the S/M line.
Perhaps using both will lead to better results in the longevity and the sillage of the smell.
You’ll likely find it in any self respecting cosmetic store which caters to the black population. Came across the scent when I worked at the inventory back a while ago.

I still LOVE this scent but whats causing me to like this scent rather love this scent overall is projection and longevity.
The scent itself is 1 of my personal favorites ! Im not a big fan of the opening as its very peppery and smells kind of like a cheap aftershave. But once it dries down that mango and coffee come out and although they sound like a weird combo it works out really well. Also my girlfriend usually only likes fresh, aquatic type scents but she does really enjoy this scent.
Projection and longevity like i said is pretty poor. I really only get 2-4 hours with only 1-1.5 hours of projection.
Overall rating id give this a 7 out of 10 ! The scent is amazing enough to always want me to have this in my collection but it sucks that I can only wear this for either myself or occasions where I wont be out for too long.

Just doesnt last or project nor does it smell great. i heard this was a high compliment getter and i have to disagree. Its weak boring and dull if your looking for a designer cologne i would seriously take just about all polo out of your try list.

  33. :

    3 out of 5

This fragrance smells nice but doesn’t convince me enough to buy more of it (decants or a bottle). This just doesn’t do too much for me. I only tried a decant of this. I may revisit this scent in the Winter. Doesn’t seem like something to be worn now. This also seems like an evening fragrance.

I’m a girl and I love to wear this one. I don’t differentiate between masculine and feminine fragrances, this just smells good!

  35. :

    4 out of 5

0 sillage and really poor longevity. I barely get the resemblance of the Polo Black version.
This is a personal and dark fragrance. I really think i’m smelling the black painting over the bottle.
A poor copy of Allure homme sport Eau Extreme by Chanel.
    3/10 overall.

  36. :

    3 out of 5

A warm, spicy smell with a hint of mango.
The spiciness & warmness of Polo Double Black is very similar to that that you get from D&G The One, however, the smell is different.
A relaxing smell that is extremely versatile & is suitable for almost everything you could think of.
A good one from Ralph Lauren.
The biggest flaw in Double Black is it’s high price.
If you could get it cheaply, I’d say no more than 70$ for the 125ml bottle, go for it.

  37. :

    4 out of 5

It’s ok. I get a subtle citrus up top which fades into a spicy fruity mid and finally a woody warm base. I pick out the soft coffee and mango combo with woodsy undertones. Not much juniper or cardamon but they add a cleanness. Overall decent scent that could work for a beginner in the frag game. Other wise pretty poor longevity and performance. One full spray on my wrist faded to skin scent in a few minutes and died out slowly over the next hour or so. ADG projected and lasted soo much longer! Pass…

This was the second fragrance I’ve ever purchased, and when I bought it, I absolutely loved it. Now I own about 15 fragrances, and while I am by no means an expert, I don’t find this one too special anymore. In fact, it can be headache inducing sometimes, and it’s the only fragrance I’ve ever needed to scrub off after wearing it for awhile. It typically doesn’t bother me when I smell a lot of synthetic notes in a fragrance, as most fragrances inherently contain synthetics. That being said, it’s very hard for me to pick out anything natural in this one at all, it just smells like a bunch of chemicals mixed together. Definitely a try before you buy!

    @MSL
I agree with you on the fact there is little coffee in this for me to enjoy and the longevity is terrible. However the mango note is there to be enjoyed. My next door neighbour who is in his 50’s wears this to work all the time and he claims the ladies simply love it so I think it is from its fruity nature. If you include the aftershave in your regime it should last a long time on you.
However to claim this a copy/clone of Chanel Eau Extreme is not true. This came out six years before the latter and to be honest I really do not see the similarity-at least for now
But I do prefer this to the original though

  40. :

    5 out of 5

First opinion.1. I didn’t feel the cold mango aroma present in the original. I also didn’t feel the roasted coffee scent. 2. This fragrance is nothing more than a cheap copy of Allure Extreme (Chanel). 3. Longevity is bad: less than six hours! 4. Polo Black is far superior. Ralph Lauren deceived me.
    —————————————————————————————
    UPD.
    @freddiefingers.
You are right. ‘PDB’ came before ‘AHSEE’. I messed up. Etc. So, I think we can see this ‘Chanel’ as the ‘PDB’ evolution. Another update-comment here. Longevity is good: 8h+.

  41. :

    4 out of 5

This is, hands down, one of my favorite all-time scents. The coffee paired with citrus is just so damn pleasing. I feel strongly that this is one of Ralph’s best releases for men.
With that said, the performance is downright awful. I’m not one to care much about longevity…but i’m talking like 20-30 minutes. Those 20 or 30 minutes though….awesome!

  42. :

    4 out of 5

My fiance has this and I love it. I is very manly without being too over the top. It is true this does not wear on everyone the same. It suits him perfectly!

  43. :

    3 out of 5

This one was such a let down for me. My father was wearing Double Black the first time I smelled it. So naturally I decided to pick up a bottle of this frag for myself. It was either my body chemistry or the fragrance itself that just didn’t jive well with me. Decided to ultimately sell this one online. Smells excellent, just not on me 🙁

  44. :

    4 out of 5

Such a unique and smooth scent, I consider this a loveable fragrance. However, as can be the case with love, this one is fleeting. Stays too close to the skin to be “the one.” Don’t be afraid to take a chance on this one, but also don’t be too heartbroken if things just don’t work out.

  45. :

    4 out of 5

First initial wearing(1hr and a half in)-So far really digging this stuff ! Im really LOVING the mango in this and has been my favorite fragrance that has mango in it so far. Projection so far has been good and id say better than average. To me this scent is very unique, sexy, and very interesting.Im also excited to see how the coffee plays out in this fragrance. If this scent has decent longevity I see a future purchase 🙂
    Update after 3 wearing:
So the more I wear this the more I love it. But there are downsides that keep it from being rated a 9 or 10 out of 10.
After getting more familiar with the scent what I get is a very nice Mango note that gives it a fruity feel and it says this has coffee but to me this smells like Mango mixed with a nutty flavor and cocoa. Theres no nutty or cocoa note but thats what it smells like to me for some reason. My girlfriend says this smells like a fruit smoothie and I can see why she says that(Note: Shes very picky but also said she really liked this fragrance and while she doesnt like the more peppery, and more mature frags she did enjoy this on me) As far as scent goes this to me really is unique and very pleasant. This is my new go to fragrance for when im in a dark and mysterious mood and also I see this being a go to in professional occasions that require me to be in close quarters with people 🙂
(Sidenote: This would be the perfect fragrance for someone that just wants a cologne thats going to be inoffensive and not choke anyone out)
Well, the smell to me is great but in terms of performance this is only ok ,but I do wish it could do better. This projects moderatly for 2 hours but then is a skin scent for the duration of the fragrance. This typical lasts anywhere from 4-6 hours which is ok but as much as I love this scent I do wish it would last longer and project a tad bit better.
As a final rating id give this a 7.5 out of 10 ! Thats being generous though. I should honestly rate this lower but because I love the smell so much and because its uniqueness Ill give this higher praise.
Its still 1 of my new favorites but again performance has caused this from being only a good fragrance rather than a great fragrance.

my god this stuff is good, my bottle got taken by customs (i forgot i had it in my bag) and that was probably the saddest day in my life, i watched the man throw it in a bin along with a whole lot of other bottles of things, and as he closed the lid, i realized that was the last time ill ever see my baby, and i miss her, but one day, we will be reunited.

  47. :

    3 out of 5

Of the many (seemingly ubiquitous) citrus openings, the frozen mango of Double Black is a different take. The coconut smell noted by others I’m deducing can only really be the spices – maybe in combination with the mango? I’m not sure. It isn’t particularly sweet in any case.
The coffee note is unusual too. From the comments of others I think I was anticipating a fresh ground coffee. It isn’t. Whatever it is, it won’t smell like anything you’ll find at Starbucks and Costa. I agree there is a coffee note – in the background. Just more like ground coffee that has lost it’s freshness. The cardamom and juniper sort of contrive a woody note. Unlikely as it sounds, it all hangs together nicely.
The longevity and sillage are disappointing, not least because the scent itself is so interesting. Having said that, it actually lasts better than I first thought but stays very close to the skin.
It is pleasing, intriguing and different. The best from Ralph Lauren in a long time. It is actually the only scent of his I possess, and it is the only one I have bought since the original Polo 30 years ago. I feel chilled wearing it – and that’s good enough for me.

  48. :

    5 out of 5

I have to agree with the statistics. This cologne has an awesome scent but wont last on your skin! And that sucks because every good fragrance deserves a good longevity.. And this has this problem…but besides this I LOVE IT…wearing as a spring or summer night is the secret. If you use during winter is going to die :(. RATE 8/10

  49. :

    3 out of 5

Polo double black kind of smells like coconut its decent I like the original better this one’s a little sweeter original is fresher double black 3/5 and the original 4.5/5

  50. :

    5 out of 5

Never expected this to be so good. So much better than Polo Black. Don’t let the double black fool you. It is not a really dark scent.
Starts out with an amazing mango fruit scent. It does not start out as a chemical mess like so many fragrances do. The mango is the star.
The mid is smooth mango fruit mixed with a smooth cacao type scent. There is a tiny bit of coffee but not too much like Givenchy Play Intense. The mid is superb. It has an almost tropical feel to it.
The base is great also but not as good as the top and mid.
Double Black is smooth. There are no harsh notes like so many designers. This borders on gourmand occasionally but is never foody. Dark tropical sexy scent describes it best. I despise about 95% of all fragrances, but this is really good.
The longevity and sillage are not great but it is deceiving. When you get warm it starts to activate again and you will catch wafts of it. I do not want a room filling scent. I want a small personal bubble especially because I work in a professional environment around the public. Perfect for spring and fall and summer nights.

This is definitely smells so great! Got it for hubby as a gift hope he loves it! Its just a nice very nice masculine scent.

I enjoy the scent alot the disappointment is the longevity is terrible and sillage what sillage

  53. :

    4 out of 5

I like this fragrance very much. It’s very pleasant and nonoffensive. Good anytime. However…
…the sillage & longevity really need to be improved. Because of this I consider it highy overpriced. I purchased some samples off eBay to try it out.
When I try a new cologne, I spray some on before I go to bed. If I can still smell it when I get up then I’m happy. This one left no trace & was undetectable.
Unless they improve it I’m saving my money.

This is something else…the way it combines mango and pepper, makes it really one of a kind.never smelled something like this before.uplifting and masculine.

  55. :

    3 out of 5

I love this scent. It could have been EPIC if it only was stronger projection-wise.
Mango and pepper opening. The pepper stays with the fragrance the whole way, but coffee is in the heart.
Sillage: 4/10 (Strong scent trail for 30 minutes, then it falls off the face of the earth)
Longevity: 5/10 (3-4 hours on me)
Projection: 4/10 Great for 30 minutes)
    Versatility: 10/10
Scent: 10/10 (Potentially best top in the fragrance game)
Compliments: 2/10 (only complimented once on this through 60 mL of use)
    Overall: 6/10
This has “professional” written all over it. This is a safe fragrance.
Worth a buy, but only if discounted. I use 5 sprays to get the job done.

Smells great! Its not your average scent either. I don’t really care if this seems more like a night-time scent just because its “black”, Ill wear it to school! I have got some compliments too. The opening mango is pleasant and fresh, and the drydown is creamy and sweet. Lots of people say this has bad longevity and sillage, but this will last about 7 hours on me where people still notice its smell. Not complaints here!

    I’m with Hansito on this.
I think this is noticably better than the standard Polo Black, but it fades to nothing with 30-60mins on my skin.
Great GREAT scent, but too expensive for a smell that dissappears quickly. Still, one cannot deny how good it is.

At first the smell is very masculine and reminds me of nightlife. The main problem I have with this cologne is the lack of longevity. I would give it 2 hours before the smell completely disperses. If you like the polo brand check out polo black (not double black) as it is much better.

I love this frag but sillage and longevity are extremely poor.

I had mentally pitted this against Armani Code since I bought them at the same time, and had nearly forgotten both. By comparison, this starts out as a stronger, nuttier wood with mango. Very soon the initial spices lose some of their sweetness and become greener and dustier. It’s surprisingly dry, both in the sense of not sweet (for a gourmand!) and in its aura of fallen autumn leaves, or a well-executed christmas scented candle; I think this is how my brain is dealing with the hint of coffee. Even though it has some of the usual Ralph Lauren super-synthetic character, it’s much less overbearing and more convincingly real than most of their others. It weakens quite a bit by the end, actually falling behind the strength of Code’s base notes. Still, the vague nutty wood carries through to the end, and I’m optimistic that with a proper wearing it would remain present but translucent. One of their best, by a wide margin, and surprisingly unique.

It seems like in this case some people get captivated by the top notes, especially the mango, but many say it doesn’t last long enough and that the drydown is too weak. I don’t get much of the mango, though I try to avoid most of the top notes, and the drydown is actually too strong for me (1 or 2 sprays to the chest). I should qualify that statement by pointing out that it’s no so much that it is overpowering as that it doesn’t change, and tends to get a bit irritating. What I then do is to try and weaken it with a damp paper towel. In any case, this is reasonably natural smelling and offers good note contrast/separation and dynamism. There is a mild fougere accord (not of the herbal variety) but it never dominates, and you do get the coffee note clearly, unlike in some other scents where it’s listed. However, if someone said this one has a note clash, I would not argue with them; it’s really about personal preference. Overall, I am a fan of this kind of idea, but for some reason this particular composition seems to get irritating after a few hours, though I don’t know why (perhaps one of the wood aroma chemicals used). Since I have a large rotation, I will wear it every few months to see if I can tolerate it better.

At the top note it’s remind me of Guess suede (casual) but at dry down it’s very elegant, for formal use i think!

Polo double Black is by far the best out of the House of Polo, as it has its own originality out of the line. The opening has a sharp almost metallic note of Mango on the top thats very distinctive. Its infused with a light iced cofee scent that mixes well. The opening is one of the best Ive smelt. Mixed between a gourmand and a fresh aromatic. As it drys down its a light woody base, but still hold that iced coffe note. The projection is low, longevity is high. I can honestly say this has to be one of the BEST night put fragrances besides Le Nuit.

Who knew Mango, Coffee and cardamom would make such an excellent combination. Polo Double Black is a nice gourmand woodsy scent that is perfect for evening and romantic events. Seems more reserved for cooler weather, nevertheless an excellent scent that I had been gifted with and really enjoy it from top notes to dry down. The longevity is pretty good and lasts quite a while before becoming a subtle skin scent. If you are looking for a unique fragrance Polo Double Black should be on your list.

Great manly scent. Ive been stopped in my tracks by women, grabbing my arm, asking what I am wearing. Nice rich manly scent. Iced mango with a chocolate background, fades to coffee and chocolate with a fresh tinge to it. Lasts forever, and the aftershave splash is very kind to my skin. Great for dates, since it falls into a fresh gourmand category.
