Not sure why Fragrantica shows those notes, here are the notes printed on the bottle:
Top Notes- Pink Peppercorn, Lime, Grapefruit
Heart Notes- Rose, Geranium, Saffron, Pepperwood
Basenotes- Cedar, Patchouli, Labdanum, Amber
First impressions are maybe not 100% what i expected, but really nice dry amber with some florals here and there. I definitely notice the rose and grapefruit also, which could bring it more towards the unisex, but perhaps still for the daring woman as it is still mainly ambery-woods. Personally would have liked to see more pepper and more pronounced patchouli, but maybe thats just my skin. Dry down reminds of Guerlain Songe des Bois D’ete

Nisean: Mmm, mmm GOOD!!
What a nice take on sweet woods, saffron, and dry patchouli! I have defined this fragrance in the following:
Peppery: Uh huh, that’s right!
Balsamic: Very balsamic.
Dry: Yep, very dry!
Warm: Extremely warm.
Sharp: Slightly sharp, but nice.
Woodsy: Very much so woodsy….
Sweet: You got it! Absolutely sweet!
Saffronic: Yes, a nice saffron!
Incensey: Incense for sure!
Spicy: Definitely spicy!
Leathery: Leathery, indeed!
Bombastic: Bombastically big is this fragrance; enormously thick and me likey likey!
(Nisean is dryer than Molton Brown’s Rogart, yet sweeter than Creed’s Royal Oud-these come to mind as I take in Nisean PdM!)

OBSERVATION: (Please, after you spray, do allow the fragrance to dry on its own. I repeat let the fragrance dry on its own; My initial spray…I smelled the sweetness and smoke, the dry balsamic adventure that took me for a ride. Second spray, I rubbed it in and man was there a stark difference as the fragrance began to envelop. I smelled smoke, and dryness not so much the sweet balsamic allure that captivated me. [it was as if the opposite happened] This is not bad, again, it just took me on a different ride all so different is all. I don’t know why/how this happened, but it did…)

This is my blind buy for my other Malry bottles. A strange start with a very pleasant woody scent. It is not masculine for sure. But I like his simple fragrance.
I can say that Nisean is not similar Bentley Absolute, it’s absolutely very different fragrances, and I was surprised by these 7 votes (I have both, and a bottle of Bentley with black top, not gold ).
Good duration and soft sillage, excellent office scent. 9/10.

Good patchouly balsamic, spicy and leathery, a feel good scent.
Good for your free time, office scent, a night out with your Girlfirend.
Great duration and soft sillage, a mix between Guerlain Derby and Gucci PH mark I.
I like Marly , so far never they never shot a blank!

به نظر بنده خوشبو ترین عطر از این برند هست..بوی مردونه سنگین که آدم رو یاد کت و شلوار و کراوات میندازه …بوی چرم و اسطبلی و بیش از اندازه شیرین در نسیان بر خلاف دیگربرادرانش در این برند وجود نداره.
ماندگاری بسیار بالا و پخش بوی با نمره ی 20 این عطر شما رو روانه ی خریدش میکنه.

Very pleasant for a woody, warm spicy fragrance. Iy has long longevity and good sillage but not overpowering. The drydown is very nice with a combo patchouli/flowery touch. This can be worn casual or formal, day or night. It was hard to get, I eneded up buying from a shop in the Ukraine. lol I’d give this one an overall A-, I’d prefer a little more sillage otherwise an A is warranted.

This is a very dry woody, slightly warm patchouli. Its a beautiful fragrance. Very masculine, but not rough. A great day or night scent. Perfect for spring. When the temps hover between the 60’s – low 80’s, this fragrance would be perfect.
I hate to say it, but it reminds me of Mugler Pure Wood.

This is definitely a gorgeous patchouli for me. It’s a really beautiful patchouli – just the way I like it: not very sweet, but a little spicy and very dry and smooth, and the wood is lovely.
I really like the simplicity of this, and it suits my skin perfectly well.

it’s exactly the scent that i’ve love for all my life. the best mix of woody and greeny notes that make something beyond gentle, classic, musculin, soft and last forever(2 days even after two shower).i really love marly horses. 9/10
دقیقا بویی که سالهاست دنبالشم ولی پیداش نمی کنم. اصلا توقع نداشتم این بو رو تو یه عطر کاملا مهجور و ناشناس که هیچ صدایی ازش در نیومده پیدا کنم. یه بوی چوبی و سبز که بسیار باکلاس و مردانه و بی آزار است و به راحتی روی دستم 2 روز دووم آورد به طوری بعد از حتی دو بار حمام هنوز حسش می کنم. واقعا برند مارلی بی نظیرترین برند عطره.تمام عطراش از کیفیت بالا و بوی خاص و ماندگار برخوردارند.

I haven’t encountered too many fragrances like Nisean. It’s undoubtedly masculine; dry, woody, clean and in no ways childish or trendy. There’s nothing remotely sweet about it. At the same time it’s not a throwback to a bygone era of masculine powerhouses and it doesn’t smell like aftershave either. It’s not aggressive or sharp, but it’s not soft either. It’s not cozy or gentle, but it’s not unfriendly. In fact there’s something very warm and human about it. It’s kind of fatherly. The dry patchouli which maintains Nisean’s aromatic quality is a very clean patchouli, with a subtle spice. It’s classy, and doesn’t come anywhere near “hippie patchouli.” It’s a very different breed. The woody backbone is firm, and not completely identifiable as any one type, though it smells like some kind of classic wooden furniture, well-maintained and passed down for a few generations. It reminds me of oak. And there’s a light, pleasant leather aroma that mixes with the woods and patchouli; it’s nothing fancy or in your face, it’s subtle. Overall, Nisean is pretty simple. I really like this about it! Maybe it reminds me of a dialed-down Derby. It’s not trying to do too much and as a result it does just what it should. I imagine Nisean worn with a clean flannel shirt and jeans, though it would also work with a suit and tie. Performance is good with great longevity and appropriate projection. Thumbs up. This one surprised me. At first I shrugged it off but the longer I wore it, the more I liked it. I’d give Nisean a very solid 8/10.

The performance in this is amazing. I usually get 2-4 hours at best from a fragrance, this has been on (just 2 sprays to my hand to test) for over 12 hours, lasted through a shower, 4 hand washes and sleep and I’ve just woken up and can clearly smell my hand from a distance.
It smells amazing too, very clean, very masculine, slightly spicy, this is such a comforting smell, I think it’s probably best suited for 40+ but I’m loving it
