Why did I buy this? LOL My obsession for Marilyn Monroe I guess. I didn’t know that this fragrance even existed until a week ago. Andy Warhol famously painted Marilyn Monroe’s image the many different colored Marilyns. This scent I thought would be a fruity floral with different flowers and perhaps something that would evoke a psychedelic floral out of the 60s. This is a cheap and I mean cheap perfume. It’s rose scented hand soap in a bathroom in a public movie theater. It’s mostly rose but it’s the cheapest rose in my entire fragrance collection. As much as I adore Norma Jeanne I’m sure that she never smelled anything like this. This is just awful. I tried to like it and analyzed the scents. I did detect the jasmine, the “grapes” (black currant) but only slightly. Sandalwood? Yeah right. And top of it all, this thing lasts no more than 30 minutes. I’ve worn body sprays and body mists that lasted longer than this. This doesn’t smell bad it’s just really cheap. I’m going to wear this whenever I’m around small children when I perform at kid’s parties. They won’t know the difference between an expensive perfume and a cheap one LOL

Absolutely awful the first 30 seconds or so.
Smells like a blast of Aqua net hairspray 🙁
then it turns to a deep Rose smell not sweet Rose at all & nothing special.
A few hours later it actually becomes quite a lovely Rose scent ,
I think one would have to aquire a liking for it , and must like Rose for sure.

This is horrid, sorry. I have a few other Andy Warhols & this is by far the worst.
Its rather fruity but sickly, after an hour it reminds me of that feeling i get when i smell Eden, nauseous.
I thought perhaps it was just awful on me so gave it to my daughter, its just as bad on her.
If you want to try an Andy Warhol may i suggest the others instead as they are all soft & powdery & very floral, great for summer.
Sadly this is only great as a loo air freshener.

I bought this for my daughter and was surprised at the quality and by the fact that it smells like a classic floral scent with rose and jasmine (with the name Andy Warhol I was expecting something unconventional). It was heavily discounted ( AUS $4.95 – US $4 for 30mL).
