بوشو دوست دارم، ساده و دوست داشتنی، بوی دهه هفتاد (شمسی) میده. موندگاری و پخش کم تا متوسط، ولی بازم به نظرم ارزش داره.

This is a very herbal Italian soliflore vetiver fragrance with only the note of green, herbal vetiver and little else. It’s actually quite pleasant and leans very masculine. Like most Italian herbal fragrances, I think I detect the scent of thyme as well. The vetiver in this is slightly spicy, slightly dirty, green, and very herbal. There is no sweetness whatsoever in this. For a soliflore fragrance, sillage is surprisingly moderate leaning strong while longevity is mild at around only 3 hours before becoming a skin scent. Longevity issues nonwithstanding, this is still a nice inexpensive Italian-style vetiver fragrance with basically only vetiver in it.

Oh yes it’s Spring and this cologne goes perfect for the season! It’s a nice masculine scent. I sprayed some on my wife and she found it too manly for her… but she’s also very feminine. Vetiver is known as a masculine scent.
It’s an extremely fresh “Spring in a Bottle” scent and rather unique to boot. Can’t think of any fragrances that smells like Malizia Uomo. Best of all it’s very natural smelling for a “cheapie” and that surprised me the first time I sprayed it on. I don’t think there’s a better value for a vetiver-based fragrance. There is a men’s shower gel this reminds me of, I think from Old Spice, but I can’t think of its name? Nonetheless, this is a must have for Vetiver lovers. And if you don’t ordinarily like Vetiver, this just might change your mind. Check it out guys. And ladies, I think you’ll like this on your guy.

Vetiver has always been my favourite scent: Ma Griffe; Vent Vert; Guerlain; Encre Noir. Malizia Uomo Vetyver was a surprise encounter at the local chemist. Inexpensive and SMELLS GREAT. Stands up with the best vetivers! I’m a woman and I’ll wear it all summer. And maybe the other three seasons, too!! Sillage and longevity can be improved by not putting it on straight after the shower. Wait an hour – or two! Adheres to skin oils.

This is great stuff nice vetiver scent but the bottle in the picture above is the reformulation i have the 100ml bottle with the black ovale cap this is the one you need to get but hard to find, it has excellent projection and longevity, the new one so so. LITTLE TIP : The new formulation i find lacks power get the Malizia Uomo vetyver After Shave Balm and then apply the Edt and it will help the performance.

Saying it has longevity and projection is an overstatement. Literally I sprayed 30-50 sprays and the smell was undetectable after 5 minutes and from more than 10 cm from the skin.
Smell? Pleasant sweet medicinal vetiver with whiffs of culicide.
Not even worth the 4€ I paid for the 75ml.

Perfect elegance, perfect versatility, all-season and a perfectly straightforward masculine scent that Vetiver lovers could never live without.
This fragrance, is the one true fragrance that ignited my explosive love for Vetiver. And it is my very first vetiver fragrance. For far too many times, I caught myself smelling the sprayer of my first bottle just to get a therapeutic whiff of it. Since Vetiver essential oil is known to be the “oil of tranquility”, don’t be surprised if you feel more calm, collected, inwardly assured after smelling this fragrance.
The One-Note-Fragrance introduces you to a fresh, soothing blast of (Haitian) Vetiver, with a slight hint of a subtle uplifting lemon-citrus impression. For this, I heavily suspect that a small amount of Bergamot essential oil is used in Malizia Uomo Vetyver. I find that using this fragrance after a cold shower with a organic Vetiver soap is just a full blown refreshing rejuvenating experience.
There are many many times in which this simple perfected fragrance had influenced me to reasonably think that it could be mixed together with more complicated perfumes like Bogart pour homme, Cigar by Remy Latour or El Paso by Lomani to introduce a more masculine Vetiver note in these fragrances. (and those 3 perfumes mentioned above do not have Vetiver notes) That is how perfectly versatile Malizia Uomo Vetyver is. Malizia Uomo Vetyver could be used for perfume layering that enhances other fragrances with Vetiver masculinity without compromising the notes of other fragrances.
Costing at a range of $US 2 to $US 7, (from various internet sales websites) it is almost impossible not to buy this fragrance (because it is at least economically affordable) and give it a chance (at least once). Spray on clothes for the best longevity, preferably on your collar where you can smell it.

oh yeeeees! this is a hidden vetiver-gem alright!
at first spray I got a slight dentist-resembling (!) but as the perfumes settled, it continued to pour out nice whifs of v-magic(TM) as the hours went by.
much more pronounced than Guerlain’s Vetiver even!
    highly recommended for any vetiver-lover!

a strong vetiver crispy and spicy with strong performances. 8/10
    good for all seasons.

This is way better than it deserves to be at its price point. It’s somewhere between Pino Silvestre, a vetiver and Quorum.
It starts off forest fresh and pine fragrant, with the distinctive vetiver note coming through clearly with a slightly sour, scuzzy, dark ending that reminds me of Quorum.
Longevity and sillage are respectable but not supercharged. Well worth a punt as a blind buy.

Vetyver is an amazing scent for the price. With one spray your senses immediately come alive to the fresh, clean scent of dry, woody vetiver with a hint of citrus and pepper. Yes, it’s linear. Vetyver doesn’t develop on skin so much as fade away. But that’s the point – it’s all about the vetiver note.
Longevity on my skin is excellent – we’re talking six hours – and it projects like anything from just one spray. I know others don’t get quite the same performance, but for me it’s a warm weather bomb.
I’ve found Vetyver incredibly useful as a reference scent, too. It’s helped me to pick out the vetiver note in many of my favourite perfumes. Sure, it’s not the smokiest or most complex vetiver around, but it has that fresh, dry wood-shaving note in abundance.
I bought Vetyver to see if I liked the note on its own enough to invest in one of the classic late ’50s vetiver scents from Guerlain, Givenchy or Carven. In a way, I wish Vetyver hadn’t been so good, because now I’m probably going to spend a lot more on its forebears. I’m looking forward to the journey – but part of me hopes my little 50ml cheapie will still reign supreme.

Very good fragrance.Good longevity and moderate sillage.Vetiver in the background with green and fresh notes.I suspect some petitgrain and maybe a hint of basil.
Inexpesnsive around 5€!It also has a whole line to experience(asl, soap, bodyspray e.t.c).I wonder if there is a similar scent.Maybe dunhill edition?

I bought this a few times and wear it inside the house usually whenI wake up weekend mornings. Here’s the thing, I LOVE the scent It’s amazing. I detect a lemon/grapefruit with Vetiver and a little pepper. Very simple. IT has no longevity and little sillage, BUT it’s very inexpensive, so you could spray it all day long and it won’t harm anyone.
It’s a cheapie but a good everyday cheapie,

I adore this on my hubby. Smell so delisious, fresh and sexy.
He has a lot of expensive perfumes, but I love love this!

Fragrantica, you should add a special note for this one, the Mirato dominant note. I have had a few Malizia and Intesa aftershaves and all had the same dominant smell. Hard to describe, a cheap synthetic drugstore scent, but specific for that factory, you smell one, you know them all. Not entirely bad though. This one, has that dominant Mirato signature scent with added faint vetyver in the background. Not bad for an aftershave. For a perfume lover… no way.

I sampled too many at the same time so I’ll have to come back and update this. At first, it’s a bit sweet. There is citrus and diyhdromyrcenol, along with mild vetiver (not earthy or rooty). The balance is very good, and it comes across as “natural.”

Simply put: this is one of the great values available in men’s fragrances. The scent is awesome: truly an excellent vetiver EdT, it equals or surpasses many high-end, name brand vetiver fragrances costing five times as much.
While the only note identified on this site’s perfume pyramid is vetiver, I detected additional notes: a light lemon top-note, and then the lightest hint of pepper on drydown. But of course this one is all about the vetiver, and Malizia Uomo Vetyver completely nails that note! It is the only vetiver fragrance that my wife has truly liked: she is enthusiastic about Malizia but ho-hum regarding both the Guerlain and Tom Ford versions. I have to admit that this smells like an expensive product made with quality, natural ingredients. With Mirato’s Malizia Uomo Vetyver, it seems that the company decided to spend their money on the ingredients rather than an expensive bottle or costly advertising campaign. Money well-spent on their part. Given the affordable price for this lovely scent, I feel like my money was well-spent too.
So what’s the downside? The sillage-longevity combo is poor. I have found that it’s preferable to spray this onto my shirt to get more than three hours out of this. It does linger as a lovely skin-scent, but this scent doesn’t last with any projection for more than two or three hours.
    Scent: 10/10
    Sillage: 7/10
    Longevity: 6/10
Overall: strongly recommended at its price-point. Lovely scent, great value-for-money. Affordable enough to re-apply in order to overcome the longevity issue.

This is the scentproof that sometimes a relatively cheap fragrance can make you feel good. It’s the case with Malizia Uomo Vetyver.
Good for the summer – or hot weather, anyway.
As I adore Guerlain’s Vetiver, I must say that MUV isn’t – for sure – the same thing. Nothing compares to G’s V. MUV is simplier, of course – and a bit sweeter. But it smells good. Try the eau de toilette plus the deostick – and, if you love vetiver, you will be pleasantly surprised.
    A deserved 7,6/10.

If you’re just after vetiver and nothing else, this is amazing value. I paid under $3.50US for 50ml.
When I finally got to sample Guerlain Vetiver, I didn’t feel it was significantly more sophisticated than this, nor was it more versatile.

  29. :

    3 out of 5

Not powerful or sophisticated and too sweet for my liking. Something in it reminds me of Paco Rabanne as it was in the 1970s,but a light weight version.
Would work on a woman- this has no edges or corners just a slightly over sweet vetiver in the realms of vetiver de puig -again a ghost of that big hitter
Haven’t had a chance to layer this with another vetiver yet so there may be a bit more variation to its use, but that might be a waste of the classy fragrance needed to lift this one

  30. :

    4 out of 5

A deliciously dry, crisp, vetiver. Couple this with the even less expensive aftershave and you have pure vetiver heaven!
Does it last forever? Well, no. But on a hot summer’s day, for which this is perfect, what does?

  31. :

    4 out of 5

If you like your vetiver dry and smoky then this is a must buy for you. It may be vetiver on a budget, but in terms of longevity and silage it can put a lot of scents four or five times its price to shame. Don’t let the price or the rather cheap looking bottle put you off either, as what you do get is a quality scent which can stand shoulder to shoulder with some of the better known vetivers from the big fragrance houses.

This is a really great fragrance. It has only just become available where I live and is not that cheap ($25 Aus for 50mL EDT). It is, however, good value for that price.
What impresses me is the crispness of this vetiver: it is very transparent. I have experience with vetiver essential oil and the sample I have is very smoky and smells a bit like canned peas (at least to me). The vetiver in Malizia is of a different sort and, even though it is not mentioned, I am pretty sure it is complemented by lemon.
    I give this fragrance 7.5/10

  34. :

    4 out of 5

A superior drugstore scent that smells and performs better than many fragrances in its genre that cost 3 or 4 times its price. For example, I much prefer this to the overrated Guerlain Vetiver…yes you read that correctly. Despite the paltry ingredient(s) listed on this site (just vetiver), I’m sure there’s much more substance to this fragrance, including lemon and a generous dose of black pepper that make it smell clean & crisp and somewhat sophisticated. SUMMARY: Definitely in the cheap and cheerful category, and with its remarkably low price, it simply screams to be included in anyone’s collection.

What? I love everything smells vetiver! Specially this simple and honest! Like baby vetiver! Pure and raw! I like it. I wished it had better longevity. On my skin it remains just about half an hour.
اگه عاشق رایحه وتیــور باشید این یک عطر ساده و ارزون و دوست داشتنی از وتیـــور هست که میتونین حسابی ازش لذت ببرین. افسوس که دوام کمی روی پوست من داره

This is a classic… I used it when I was in primary school, as a deodorant.. is it really italian ?
Shame it’s not a vetiver than Creed or Le Labo did.

Thanks for adding this to the database!
This is a great, great, simple vetiver!
For a cheap drugstore product the smell and the longevity are absolutely amazing.
It smells natural and truly vetiverish – ideal for summer time.
It lacks the power and sophistication of Guerlain Vetiver for sure, but for an inexpensive vetiver you can’t go wrong with Malizia.
Highly recommended as something unpretentious for everyone with a “vetiver tooth”. Women can pull it off easily, if they are into such fragrances.
