Laughter. Not mocking laughter, but an appreciative chuckle. People talk about oud fragrances for people who dislike oud. I honestly think this is one of them. Provided they have the cash to splash.
It’s not a screechy medicinal oud, but a soft and subtle one that still smells authentic and true to the roots of oudh fragrance. Nice.

I haven’t done a side by side comparison, but this smells like Armani’s Oud Royal! Perhaps less powerful, smoother & less synthetic.
The current $650 price (at Barneys) is a joke–you can buy 2 of the already-expensive Armani Privé with that.
*Even if you wait for the revamped (non-frosted) version it’ll still cost £400
