Designer Jette Joop presents a new fragrance named Jette Gold. The fragrance is announced as purely seductive, awakening desires in those special moments. Passionate and sensual, it radiates vitality, creativity and exclusivity.
Top notes are sparkling and warm as the sun’s rays. They are made of golden delicious apple, English pear and Italian lime. The heart is elegant and graceful. It includes osmanthus tea, magnolia, Syrian Sambac jasmine and tender cinnamon. The base is sensual, rich and warm. It features Virginian cedar, golden musk, oak moss and amber.
The fragrance is available from late August 2012 exclusively at Douglas perfumeries as 50 ml Eau de Parfum, 200 ml body lotion and 200 ml shower gel.

After having lived in Germany for almost a year, I think I’m quite familiar with how a typical perfume should smell like; Apple is an inevitable note.Just look at some other perfumes: All about eve from this house, some Jil Sander and even Hugo Boss fragrances; Lots of them have apple.It doesn’t bother me of course as I’m a fan of apple.
Jette Gold starts with a blast of citrus, fruits and green notes. It’s delicious in a shy, non-provocative way (I think it’s another common characteristic in German ordinary perfumes). Soon I detect some floral sweet juicy notes. It almost reminds me of light blue and I love love, still less provocative than both of them.
I think this is a nice moderate perfume, but doesn’t match the name gold! When I think of a gold perfume I immediately imagine something very bold and intense, while this is a barely there,shy,citrus fragrance.

Nice,”quiet” , with very low amount of sweetness. This sweetness here is not sugary penetranting sirup, but reserved sweetness of a organic apple juice lemonade.
The whole concept is nothing innovative or new, actually the well-known fruit and flower mixture, but- it put one idea of a summery sparkling fresh beverage in very genuine way. I`m tempting to put my flacon in the fridge, to see how refreshing “behaves ” this scent at hot,summer days. As i spray it, i can feel almost immediately the bubbling and sparkling on my skin . Great scent for those who prefer light,freshly-sweet scents – without any of ozonic/ marine /synthetic fuits notes, very omnipresent in most of the ” fresh” section.
As in the case of almost all “lightheartet” scents,sillage is actually not existing,and the longevity very,very moderate ( on my skin ) ,if i try to be kind. But at last this is really a funny,refreshing one, and considering as such- in its class – fulfilles the duty with bravery!!!!
