Victoria Secret Heavenly in Paradise is probably the best scent they released for their summer 2013 editions! They already released an “Italian” fragrance collection earlier this year, but it looks like they left this one out. If you have ever been to Tuscany you know how an olive tree smells, a bitter green woody scent that you can smell in the top note of Heavenly in Paradise, it’s very soothing. You also get a touch of tangelo and the slightest hint of vanilla. It’s a very light scent and it doesn’t last very long, so spray liberally and enjoy it while it lasts!

This scent didn’t work out for me at all…the top notes smell so good and the middle notes also smell great but the dry down is terrible on me. Why would vs have a scent that smells sweet and then have the olive tree at the end?? I don’t know…but I do know that this will not go into my perfume collection.

This smells nothing like the notes listed. All I can smell is a faint woody, bitter scent, that lasts only a short time. Like other reviewers, I am also looking for the vanilla ice cream, but I’m not finding any. I’m also not finding any citrus. Disappointing.

Yes this smells very odd. I don’t smell ice cream at all. I do smell something, but I cannot pinpoint what it is. For some reason, I do find the scent appealing.

What was this supposed to be? I don’t smell a thing.
I sprayed 2 times on my wrist and I get nada. Just a twinge of alcoholic vapor, trailed by a cheap smelling citrus fruit(reminded me of a house cleaner), then at the very end some very, very, and I mean very blond wood.
And where’s my ice cream?!?! Where’s my vanilla pods?!?!
Why bother VS? Well, I guess I can’t complain. When I purchased this with my order I got a free beach tote. This is a fail. The original VS Heavenly, will always reign supreme. Here’s a thought… Maybe you should just stop making all these flankers. Every time I try a new one, I realize how lazy your perfumers have become.
