I have three Guilty flanker samples, and I think this is my favorite. It’s simple, classic, and comfortable.
Maybe a little bit on the generic side, but it still just smells really, really good.
Unfortunately the sillage and longevity are almost nonexistent, so this won’t be a full bottle purchase for me, but I just like smelling it.

If this perfume is a girl, then she’s the type of girl who is well mannered. She’s not overly perky and girly but she’s still fun to be with. She can be very sexy but is still able to roll up her sleeves and get her hands dirty if she wants to. She’s elegant but approachable. This flanker has the best of both worlds and is able to succesfully balance all of its components.

An underrated, easy-going white-musk-based perfume. The floral note in the pyramid above shouldn’t be (Lily), but (Lilac) instead.
This perfume resembles the smell of baby powder in a refreshing manner. It isn’t dusty; it rather feels aquatic and cold.
It smells feminine, innocent, clean, fresh, soothing, and charming for casual and sportive wear during spring and summer. It’s really refreshing, and that special fruity sweetness is quite addictive. The sillage and lasting power are both amazing, from full bottles.
Even after you stop noticing your sprayed scent, it remains a compliment getter.

Sexy, Subtle version of Guilty with MUSK,,,the “Good” kind too~ Perfect for those that thought any of the Guiltys were too strong. The Musk in this reminds me a Clean Skin, by Clean, the add a tiny amount of Guilty~STUNNING! I only have a sample, I wore it all day, plus I sprayed a card & it’s in my purse, sprayed my shirt to see how it smells on that shirt in the morning. Great Test. Lay in across a chair or whatever when you take your shirt off go **Straight** to it the next morning. See for yourself how it lasts on your clothes. We all get nose blind.I will wear my sample all week, it may be my Weekend present, Haha…~My skin EATS perfume. It’s Hair & clothes for me most of the time~ Love it 🙂 Natalie N on YT
Update! I have the FULL Bottle & am still in love. My favorite Guilty b/c it is the lightest & mixed with Musk. Good for anytime. MMM mMMMM Natalie N on Youtube~

Are these notes right for this? I’m getting lilacs and violets with a touch of musk and nothing else; no fruit, no lily and no watery notes. This actually smells like the gentle kid sister to the original Gucci Guilty–sort of like Jo and Beth of Little Women in perfume form, LOL!

Gucci Guilty EAU pretends to be a light smell of flowers. This is this quiet girl in the classroom but when she speaks out, the class would shock.
Well… this is how I percibe this baby. Starts quiet and soft… but at the end of the day you will still have as a strong kind of smell toned down, if that makes sense.
I TOTALLY LOVE IT. And I purchased it the second day i sampled.
I use to use strong perfumes in spite of the hot humidity weather, this is perfect because I can have strong notes in a soft perfume. My chemistry get well with this.
When I saw the notes, I was really surprised. Tbh I didn’t expect neither the litchi nor the aquatic notes. I was expecting powder, vanilla, black currant, even coffee and maybe jasmine.
This is a win for sure and it’s office safe. People will ask you: what are you wearing? And the notes will last you till the end of the day, even in this “EAU” version of Gucci guilty.
    Well done!

    Something spicy, too light.

@IcIchrissy….it could just be your chemistry. .sometimes if ppl pay attention to their collection of scents and you will find one or two notes in all your scents that are the same . Because it’s a chemistry thing. All my scents either have sandalwood , vanilla , or citrus sweet notes…etc… so this gucci may not be for you. It fits me well, smells amazing on me.

I’m not opposed to aquatic notes that so often smell synthetic or like hairspray, sunscreen, cosmetics, etc. For example, Gwen Stefani’s (discontinued) perfume was VERY synthetic, and it was just fine by me.
Gucci Guilty -EAU- is more than I can take because it goes beyond smelling synthetic, to me it is overwhelmingly medicinal, like an antiseptic. I feel as if I smell like a first-aid product, or maybe I smell like a hospital? That antiseptic accord is so strong I can almost “taste” this fragrance in my mouth; it’s medicinal on an institutional level. Meaning, it smells like a disinfectant cleaning product so strong, you can’t buy it at the grocery store, only hospitals, asylums and prisons can buy it from some industrial supplier. In this sense, the name ‘Guilty’ is fitting.
There’s a soft floral dry down (more powdery than creamy) but that school nurse’s office smell lingers in the background even as the lilac takes the stage. The lilac stays very close to the skin and is gone fairly quickly. All I’m left with is some powdery musk very close to the skin, and then a short time later it’s completely gone and the only thing that remains is the feeling of inflammation in my face (my sinuses).
I haven’t had a perfume physically irritate me this much, ever. I don’t think I can even finish this sample, and that’s unheard of for me. Yikes.

My favorite Guilty flanker! At first Guilty Eau was not an obvious love for me, cause it’s subtle. But subtle in a sexy way. There’s something subtly sweet about this. Like a natural sweet smelling skin scent. This is a warm fragrance. Also there’s something powdery in there. Not listed in the official notes, but definitely there none the less. I have a feeling that this might become one of those “I’m not sure she’s wearing perfume or if that is her natural scent but she smells so damn nice!” …types of scents. Precisely because of that characteristic I have now moved from like to complete love with this fragrance. I tested it today, if I can’t shake it off my mind by tomorrow I might have to splurge and add it to my collection. It’s very different from anything else I own. Tbh I can not smell any of the individual notes listed. Call me crazy but I almost sense an old school makeup-y/baby powder/ facial cream kind of smell to it. In a Good way! In my books thats definitely not a bad thing at all. I recommend smelling this out. It’s unique in its own way.

I think this smells like a relationship you really wanted to work but just wished it never happened. I had really high hopes for this. Im a huge fan of Guilty intense so I really wanted to test, and plus I was in the mood for a new spring/summer fragrance. I intentionally went without any perfume into Sephora one day. Sprayed this on the inside of my wrists and it hit me. Not really in a good way. I cant really describe it but almost as soon as I put it on, it was gone. I was shocked. It dried down to a really powdery light skin scent. I expected something really fresh and aquatic but musky and angelic at the same time. I feel cheated on by Guilty eau.

I got this and I love the intense version and this version is different in a good way …romantic, light and great for warmer weather. It’s soft but has a musky aromatic slight powdery kick on first spray and after 10 mins..the fresh aquatic lilac note flows out to an almost masculine sexy clean…and after that ..the drydown comes and it’s powdery gladly dies down and what’s left is a sexy clean warm romantic scent…kinda sexual….I love it!! This also is a skin type scent like “Sean John unforgivable woman”..and that scent I love and own….but of course they don’t smell the same but the sexual skin musky dynamic wear of the scents direction are similar. The drydown is so sexy . So, don’t judge this gucci at first spray …wait for the delicious sexy drydown 🙂

So initially i wrote this review for the Gucci original but its actually for this one!
Ulta had a good selection of the Gucci guilty team and other Gucci perfumes, so after testing them all on paper, this one won a place on my wrist. It instantly reminded me of these elegant perfumes mature ladies wear to fancy events, of course a more youthful version – I used to go to the opera a lot as a kid and this scent brought me back to that amazing spring night atmosphere with ladies in sparkly dresses and with their mink boleros on, where their perfumes would all blend together with the scent of the white flowers of the night – must be the lily. As time passed by it became more intense, in a good way. It def distracted me while working out – at first I thought maybe a window is open and this aroma is coming from outside because that flower note smelled so real. I love it and prefer it over all other Guilty scents.

I love this fragrance. It’s very warm and inviting…the musk and the white floral are perfectly paired. Lasting power is so-so but overall it’s a beautiful perfume and my personal favorite from the Guilty collection of fragrances.

This is a so-so fragrance that’s a little boring in a My Burberry sort of way. Kind of like hairspray.

I don’t get Gucci Guilty at all from this. This is definitely one of those flankers that strays in a totally different direction. This smells very soapy, shower-fresh. Like going to a nice hotel and using that pristine bar of soap and wrapping a fluffy robe around your skin. It dries down to musk and a touch of floral-fresh rather quickly. It’s a solid “like” for me.

This is indeed very-very watered down version of original. There’s not much left of allure of the original.
Lilacs, powdery and spicy notes are almost gone completely.
It’s still kind of nice, but there’s not that essence in it, that I liked about Guilty. I think Guilty ifself is a light fragrance, it’s doesn’t necessarily need an Eau version.
What can I say, people who adored Guilty need to try it anyway, I guess.

It’s a relief they did not name it Guily Girl, a la Dior 😀

Sounds great. And another aquatic fragrance for 2016, seems like watery stuffs will be the trend in 2016.
