I was so happy to have the chance to visit Fragonard Boutique in Milano! I stood there for 20-30 minutes, tried everything I could, and finally decided to buy Daima edt 100 ml. It doesn’t seem like a unisex fragrance to me, but I can say that it is a winter or summer scent exclusively. It just doesn’t “bloom” during fall or spring. It smells almost exactly the same as Acqua di Parma Blu Mediterraneo Mandorlo di Sicilia – sweet, creamy gourmand, with leading almond and vanilla. Projection is good, longevity average, but it works like a cozy blanket on your skin – not to warm, not to cold, but just right 🙂

ROOT BEER BARRELS.
At least, the top note. It must be the licorice mixed with the sweetness of the almond/heliotrope. Really not what I was expecting from an “oriental” fragrance. Definitely warm and gourmand, but not at all spicy. Once the top note dies down, it smells almost exactly like Fragonard’s discontinued “Fleur de Vanille” (on me, at least).
