Amazing value and a great smell. Very close to A*Men. Lasts a long time too and projects well. A superb fragrance.

My review is for Cuba Prestige Legacy!! It’s a Gucci Guilty clone!! If you like GG definitely go for Cuba Legacy! Is like 90 to 95% similar!!

I paid 8 bucks for a 100ml bottle of this and honestly for that this is a 10 out of 10 fragrance and I don’t care what else it smells like

    Talk about gourmand !
I exchanged Cuba Royal and Cuba Prestige (both Royal & Prestige bottles purchased from Ross for another set of bottles), because both bottles were only 85% full. The exchanges were also only 85% full (from sealed outer containers).
Anyone else experience this with any of the Cuba Paris scents?

My wife is not very much into sweet scents but she said this was okay. It opens up with a slight fresh citrus scent then dries down to fragrant brown sugar aroma and stays there until it fades away. It lasted for 5-7 hours and projection is very moderate. It is a soft smelling cologne that is very occasion oriented to be appropriate.

I bought this one for 10 bucks. It’s not worth that. The opening of this is straight up burnt caramel and a tar note. The opening is so horrible that although it calms down, the base simply isn’t good enough for me to deal with the gag inducing burnt sweetness of the opening. This is the first fragrance I threw in the trash. Absolutely horrible fragrance.

Amazing value for the price. Just get it. You will love it. There’s not a lot of things you can spend 6$ on that are better than this.

I’ve never smelled the Mugler everyone compares this to but I’m a huge fan of Intoxicated by Kilian.
I can’t justify paying for a full bottle of Intoxicated but I’ve had a fair few decants which have served me well.
It’s very much one of my favourites and my idea of perfection for wearing on a nice autumn evening.
Because of the cost I’ve been looking for an alternative.
007 by Alexandria Fragrances is extremely close. Close enough in all respects not to really matter too much. The longevity is superior on that one too.
In addition and out of curiosity I ordered Cuba Paris Prestige because I’d read of the Intoxicated similarities.
I’ve previously had a reasonable experience with Cuba Gold which is a less polished Le Male.
So, is Cuba Paris Prestige a substitute for a fragrance costing upwards of twenty times as much money?
Well you know the answer to that.
What you get is closer than you’d imagine. Closer than the cost would ever lead you to believe and especially in the first half an hour.
Slightly rough as expected but nowhere near rough enough to turn you off it. Its really very good indeed.
The longevity is poor compared to either the real deal or Alexandria Fragrances 007 but obviously that can be countered with reapplication.
I’ve had it on all morning, it’s lunchtime now and I’m getting frequent wafts of Kilian Intoxicated from it however. That’s exactly what I was looking for. Sweet beautiful smooth coffee.
Worth the money and well recommended.

I don’t understand the positive reviews of this fragrance. I admit that my nose isn’t refined, and I’m sort of new as a collector, but I’ve smelled about 200 fragrances over the last few months, and Cuba Prestige, BY FAR, is the most repulsive one of them all. The one person I had smell it said the same. I was trying to figure out what it reminded me of, and I finally did. It brought me back to my college days where skunked spilled beer would be left for days after weekend parties in the dormatory stairwell. This is the exact opening of this fragrance. I almost gag. I refuse to wait for the drydown.
I bought this, Prestige Black, and Gold at Ross yesterday for a grand total of $25. What a bargain? Nope… what a waste. I don’t hate Black and Gold like I despise Prestige, but I don’t see myself ever wearing any of the three. I don’t think I could even bring myself to gift any of these.

Got mine for under $8 Bucks. it is wonderful. The dry down smells amazing. If was in a different bottle under a different name I would be happy to spend 40 to 60 on this.

99% A*Men from Mugler and it does not smell cheap or polished. It’s an equal substitute. While the sillage is not that great, the longevity I get is easily 10h+. Amazing, it was only 8$ for a 100ml bottle and while I’m not the biggest fan of the scent itself (A*men or this) it’s worth adding to collection and use in the right mood from time to time. Unbelievably quality for the price of a beer. You can’t get anything better for that price.

Hello! what should I write ?! just an exquisite Amen TM clone, I’m shocked, the great smell smells very expensive, the cool unusual bottle, and smells tasty feel the note of coffee and patchouli with a touch of lavender. I love absolutely. Good price for such an expensive smell. I would recommend!

  13. :

    4 out of 5

I absolutely love this fragrance – especially because of the VALUE FOR MONEY – you can’t go wrong for the price. I paid about $13 for almost a 100ml “cigar”.
In terms of the comparison with the original O.G. (A*men), after smelling them side-by-side, you can tell it is not completely the same. BUT, I feel Cuba Prestige takes out some of the louder/aggressive aspects of A*men and keeps the sweet/chocolaty/amber-ish aspects so that it makes it relatively more wearable on a regular basis in the Spring/Fall/Winter.
There is no doubt that the Mugler fragrance is stronger, projects more, and is more apt to leave a scent trail wherever you go. Cuba Prestige, in my testing, DEFINITELY lasts just as LONG as A*men (e.g. 12+ hours guaranteed – and at times I really have to scrub myself when taking a shower in order to completely remove the lovely scent from my body).
Another reviewer on here said that Prestige removes the start/top of A*men and keeps the mid and drydown/base smell and I would definitely agree with that.
I could go on and on about this but just to be fair and play devil’s advocate: the only thing about Prestige that knocks it against A*men, in my opinion, is the sort of metallic/alcoholic smell you get on initial spray. It takes a few minutes to disappear but once it does, you can’t stop smiling to yourself about the fact that you just paid $13 for a scent that can compare to the legendary A*men.

I own Cuba Prestige, A*Men, and Thierry Mugler Pure Malt. Cuba prestige smells like something in between A*Men and Pure Malt middle notes. Silage and longevity is 50% weaker than A*Men. I bought this Cuba Prestige for daily use, so that I could have A*Men and Pure Malt for special ocassions. For around 10 Pounds it’s a great bargain. P.S. The plastic bottle part is really cheap looking and it gets stuck when opening.

  15. :

    4 out of 5

Although they make a lot of great scents at an excellent value, Prestige is the best the Cuba Paris house has to offer currently. It’s so similar to the scent of A*men but better! It doesn’t have the monster projection of A*Men but it’s still an excellent performer with above average longevity and projection. It’s a gourmand so it works perfectly in the autumn. Amazing gem.

  16. :

    4 out of 5

More werable version of Thierry Mugler A*Men. I like this a lot, last 8+ hours with decent projection. For this price you can’t find a better perfume than this, highly recommended.

  17. :

    4 out of 5

I really like A*Men but there is a note in it I struggle with that creeps up on my skin. Not every time, but enough that it prevents me from wearing A*Men as much as I would like. I do not have that issue with Cuba Prestige and for the price this is a no brainer for me. I think Prestige is definitely a good purchase and I would recommend checking it out if you like A*Men.

  18. :

Pure caramel/vanilla delight. Sans tar & tobacco.
This is a modern classic. A signature scent. A powerful scent.
It far exceeds its ‘inspiration’ (A*Men)
No, I will never buy another awful overpriced Thierry Mugler fragrance again. Neither should you.

  19. :

    4 out of 5

I’ve had other Cuba Paris fragrances that are decent so I was a little hesitant but this one is way above the others. Purchased this for $10, it’s really pleasant. Kind of creamy, almost like caramel. The longevity isn’t the greatest but for the value you can always refresh more often! If you find it, buy it.
Like everyone else has mentioned, the lid is ridiculous and should just be a small simple cap.

Angel Semi-Duper for $7.99 at Ross for 3.4 oz! INSANE! It is very close. Definitely same family. This is a LOVE from me!

  21. :

    3 out of 5

The bottle is not so bad but the big plastic cigar lid looks so cheap. I like the smell of this a lot. I get notes of root beer float and waffle cone. If you pour a root beer float and put a waffle cone next to it and then were to somehow concentrate all of the scent and put it directly up your nose – that is what this smells like. That is supposed to sound funny but it is the absolute truth. This stuff is fairly strong and long lasting too. I think it smells really good but might be too sweet for some.

  22. :

    4 out of 5

I like the Prestige line, but I really hate the lids. I wish they would lose the big, bulky plastic lids and replace it with gold or silver caps resembling a cigar band. Other than that, these are the best value on the market for sure.

    @mkpunk @carlitos
Now I am pretty sure. Cuba Prestige Gold (US name) or Cuba Prestige Legacy (name in Europe) is a VERY GOOD clone of PC 1 Million Intense. So far it is still absent from the Fragrantica DataBase.
Together with Cuba Prestige (or Cuba Prestige Classic if you prefer), Cuba Paris has two magnificent clones in their Prestige line.
I do have both frags now (bought 1MI last week and CPL last month) and:
    – Both are Woody Spicy!
    – There is a very strong resemblance in the opening, middle notes and base notes!
Cuba’s fragrance lasts about 20% less than 1MI but this Paco Rabane frag tends to be a beast in longevity and projection. Let’s wait for Fragrantica to include it in the DataBase to make better comparisons.
I have done the simple test of having 2 sprays of each in the back of my hands. I asked 6 different people to smell my hands twice (10 minutes and 1 hour after spraying them) and all of them thought it was the same fragrance.
On the other hand the info in the Fraglux site is a simplified one. The real notes of Cuba Prestige Legacy are:
Top Notes: mandarin, cardamom, black pepper and saffron
Heart Notes: rose, neroli and cinnamon
Base Notes: leather, orris, patchouli and sandalwood
    … a xerox copy !!!

  24. :

    5 out of 5

@Carlitos Cuba Paris Cuba Prestige Legacy doesn’t seem anywhere near 1 Million Intense. Not sure where you saw that review.

  25. :

    5 out of 5

Opening is not that great, it’s way too sweet, but becomes the best A*men clone when settles down. If sprayed on clothes it can be easily sniffed next day.

  26. :

    3 out of 5

I don’t have A*men, so if this is the clone of A*men, I’ll definitely get that. I love this perfume that starts with a woody tobacco and settles into a creamy chocolate-caramel scent. The performance is weak, though. You’ll need to spray at least 5 times to get the most out of this.
The bottle is glass, but the lid is a cheap plastic.
    A great blind-buy!

  27. :

    3 out of 5

@carlosalbertoan Cuba Prestige Legacy is a woody scent with woody notes, musk, lavender, basil and sandalwood. It that don’t last on me. On Fragluxe’s website, Cuba Prestige is now known as Cuba Prestige Classic.

  28. :

Does anybody know what Cuba Prestige Legacy stands for?
This new Cuba fragrance is not present in the Fragrantica database.
The flask is pretty similar to the current Cuba Prestige…

  29. :

    4 out of 5

Cuba Prestige does remember A*Men.during the first couple of hours or maybe a bit longer. It dries out differently but in a superb way as well.
From the second hour onward, a gorgeous amber dominates with an extreme elegance in the CP, meanwhile in the A*Men, coffee, patchouli, vanilla, and tonka do dominate the residual Amber for a bigger longevity and sillage, besides the somewhat different scent
In summary we are talking about two great perfumes, with big similarities but with some differences as well. Of course, the A*Men costs 6 times more than the CP…..
    You want my opinion?
    – I own two bottles of each 🙂 and have two great perfumes to choose from.

    Shheeeeeeeeeeeiiiiit man, you weren’t kiddin’!
@TonyAKAMrClean, I decided to check out Debutant as mentioned in your review below, and you’re absolutely right. What a great find! At $13 (shipped), Debutant REALLY is a fantastic A*Men clone – Tar ‘n’ all.
Sure, the bottle is kind of cheesy and the cap is God aweful (like, AWEFUL aweful), but the atomizer works great. And the opening is virtually IDENTICAL to A*Men. Although I gotta say, give it a few minutes on my skin, and I find it to be lacking a few of the sweet finishing notes that Cuba Prestige has in spades.
This has two effects. First, it makes it a little dirtier with that tar and patchouli vibe; and second, there is no lingering after-sweetness in the nose, which I guess can make it seem more masculine; but it also harms the performance, which is actually disappointing on me.
So here’s what I’m thinking – combine the two of them – and we’ve got magic. The better opening and earthiness of Debutant and the sweet, salty caramel of Cuba Prestige. A great combo in my books. And for dirt cheap too. Thanks again for the heads up!

Love this juice!! Very addicting!! I preciate the line of Cuba letting try designer fragrances in a cheaper way that I so much like I actually buy the one they smell like!! When I get the actual one that it smells like I wonder if it’s the same juice just in a different bottle. Because I tested Cuba’s and the designer 1 and they smell he’s a can’t even last just as long as sometimes!! And then the one that kills me the most is Versace Dylan blue came out 2016 which smells exactly like Cuba green Edition so designers are taking scents from Cuba now too?! Great smell, pundgent, sweet, yummy, warming

The first few times I wore this, I just DID NOT get the hype… it did NOT smell good to me for whatever reason. But eventually, I came around to like this scent. Sweet caramel, lavender, vanilla.
I’m not sure if you just have to be in the mood for it or what…
But in the end, I still decided to sell this one after comparing it to A*Men. With that being said though, I also decided not to buy A*Men either, because I also smelled “Debutant” for men (sold on FrangranceX) and I thought that was a MUCH better scent for the price.
Don’t get me wrong, this smells like A*Men, but it’s just too muddled, too “dollar store knock off” smelling for me. Debutant smells like a much higher quality scent than Cuba Prestige, and Debutant is only $10! Even cheaper than Cuba Prestige, but it smells MUCH higher quality like A*Men does.

    Update:
I recently decided to experiment using this scent as a base for other Mugler fragrances, given its linear nature and excellent value.
I noticed that, after about the 3 hour mark, this began to subtley resemble parts of Pure Havane and Pure Malt. As a result, I made small decants of Pure Malt, Pure Wood, Pure Tonka and Insurrection Wild II, and applied them on top of Cuba Prestige after about 2 hours. The results were encouraging:
Pure Malt – Markedly increased projection and added chocolate vibe.
Pure Wood – Increased projection AND longevity, with almost a sweet cherry vibe after ~1 hour
IWII – Increased density and sweetness of scent, increased projection, with added vanilla at ~3 hour mark
Pure Tonka – Increased sweetness and overall scent quality at ~3 hour mark. This combination would probably work better if Tonka was applied FIRST.
On average, each scent received 1-2 MORE compliments than usual per use. However, more testing will be required to clarify whether this was due to the increase in projection, scent appeal, or the fact that the combination was just “different” from what I normally wear.
So that’s it. I’ve previously referred to these combos as “Super-Men”, with props to Reggie for suggesting the Pure Malt-A*Men layering. If for some reason you don’t like Cuba Prestige as a stand alone fragrance, you may want to give it a try as a base to give your other Mugler frags a boost. For this price, it’s worth a go at least. Cheers.

    YES in ALL categories:
    Scent – 10/10
Longevity – 9/10 – Exactly what I was hoping for
Projection – 8/10 – EXACTLY what I was hoping for
    Overall – 9.5/10
This stuff is so bang on that I got rid of my A*Men and bought a couple other bottles in its place. No more waiting for that awesome drydown. No more unwanted BEASTLY projection. Now I can enjoy the linear scent I want, HOW I want and without the hassle of overspraying. And for what??? 10 bucks??? Are you KIDDING Me???
I’m telling you guys, the smell of this in the morning with freshly brewed and pressed organic coffee just brings a huge smile to my face. Dirt cheap, but so good that it’s like blasting across the alkali flats in a jet powered, monkey navigated…

You might wonder – does it smell as ridiculous as it looks? And the answer is an unexpected ‘yes’. Sweet like candy floss. Caramelly tobacco smell without a hint of spiciness. A bit like butter caramel popcorn. Smells similar to the inside of a box of quality street. Christmas all year round.

One of the best drydowns ever! It opens up sugary sweet like caramel coffee and woody if that makes sense. It pretty much stays that way until the dry down and man im telling u the drydown is special. It will make your woman just wanna lay up under u all day. Its a sweet vanilla woody caramel manly smell. Its signature scent worthy. Its very romantic. Its suposed to be a clone of angel men ive never smelled angel men and probably never will because cuba prestige is only 10 bucks for a 3.3oz bottle. Angel men is anywher from 50-100 bucks for that same size.i dont care about or pay for a name of an idol. Cuba prestige is a must have

Warm spicy, sweet vanilla. This is delicious but my only beef is that I wish it had better silage, I have to shove my face in my arm to smell it. I have never tried A-men so I can’t compare, but this is a great scent for a great price, and I really like it.

  41. :

    4 out of 5

Cuba Paris’ Cuba Prestige was my first experience of the Cuba Paris line of fragrances. Much like I find in most Cuba Paris fragrances, Fragrantica missed a note or two. In this case a slight coffee note and caramel, much like the scent this copies, Theirry Mugler’s A*Men. The scent is gourmandy but with those notes it makes Cuba Prestige a real gourmand.
This is A*Men in length and smell, minus the tar open (which I don’t really mind.) It blasts you with a citrusy and vanillay scent from the start and the vanilla just sticks throughout. It don’t really have any noticable notes other than the vanilla like notes like coffee and caramel to my nose. I happen to like A*Men and gourmands but this I am a little unsure of this one due to the vanilla blast that it gives over most of the other notes.
Cuba Prestige is only really beat by A*Men in one real mode, projection. A*Men’s projection is nearly heavy while this is a solid moderate that lasts about 30 minutes to an hour tops while A*Men will do it for hours.
I have to give Cuba Paris Cuba Prestige an 8.2 mainly for the price compared to A*Men in most places (I gave A*Men a 8.6). Under $10 for up to 3.0oz/90ml vs. $40 for 1oz/30ml of A*Men. Sometimes you trade quality for price.

Being a HUGE Fan and Collector of everything Mugler I have to say that I get a little more than just the A*Men Angel vibe. There is definitely a hint of AMEN Pure Cuir.

  43. :

    4 out of 5

Those saying this is better than A*Men are obviously not A fan of Thierry Mugler fragrances. This is a good cologne don’t get me wrong but like I said earlier the appeal of Mugler fragrances is in its development as much as the scent, it keeps you interested. This does smell way more synthetic and it resembles the older formulation of A*Men with more Amber in its dry down. Personally I prefer the newer formulation with more vanilla. I still say this is a great cologne but it’s not a replacement or a clone to A*Men because it does not develop like it. It’s just a single linear phase of it.

  44. :

    5 out of 5

Soon I will retire Cuba Prestige to my off season cabinet and shelf. It is like a bowl of fruit loops.
Cuba Prestige is obviously a clone of Angel Man and one of the better clones that you ever could find or buy. The Mugler Angel Man line has one of the best mids and dry downs in the fragrance industry. They throw different top notes at you in their various flankers but every single one of them has the sweet creamy rich Angel Man DNA. What Cuba Prestige does is cut to the chase and they go straight to the mid and base of Angel Man and in a way copy and steal its heart. With Cuba prestige, I get a slight, very subtle in the background hint of tobacco like in Pure Havane but it is almost unnoticeable and I think that it is actually a dry vetiver peeking out from behind the veil. Cuba Prestige opens with a very brief and slight alcohol smell and then goes right into a cloned imitation of the Angel Man mid.
Performance and Longevity are ok. I expect 4 hours from a drugstore budget scent and yet hope for 6. I get it with this fragrance. Sillage is strong but polite.
Usage for me on this fragrance is heavy. I use it more than all of the Angel Man flankers that I have combined. And I do own a backup bottle of it. The Angel Man fragrances are epic and rich and fabulous. And when you put them on they last all day or pretty much until you scrub them off. I like to start out my day bright and happy. Cuba Prestige is an early morning scent and it is a smiling scent. I can put it on and I do not have to wear it all day. I can wait until mid afternoon and then put on Angel Man or even something else that is richer and more appropriate for evening wear. I like these happy budget scents for helping you jumpstart the day smelling nice. I can put on something elegant later in the day.
I am going to grade this one out at 80. It gets maximum grade for value and a good grade for scent. Performance gets an average grade and of course there are deductions for not being unique and for being a clone.
Honestly, I like this one and I wear it a lot. Sometimes, I do not want to fool around and decide which of the top notes of Angel Man flankers that I want to wear. And sometimes, I do not want to wait 4 hours to get to the heart of the fragrance. Like most budget colognes, I wear Cuba Prestige almost exclusively as a wake me up first scent after a shower type of fragrance. It goes right to the heart of the Angel Man experience and I get that wondrous mid and fabulous dry down without having to wait for it or work through sometimes challenging top notes.
Cuba prestige is going to appeal to people who do not like the distracting prequels of the Angel Men line. Some do not like the top tar note of the original and others might not like Tobacco, Chili, Leather, Malt, Coffee or Wood. I cannot say that I like the mid and drydown of Prestige as much as Angel Man but its very good and its close. Obviously Angel Man smells more natural but it also sells for 10X the price.
I personally love the Angel Man heart and base and Cuba Prestige gets me there a lot faster than do the epic powerhouse fragrances from the Mugler line. Sometimes, at 8 am I do not know what I want to smell like later that night and this is a fabulous choice for those kind of days whereas the Mugler fragrances require a commitment or an early shower. I know that this is not quite as good as my Muglers but as far as wearability, availability, and being good natured with a chipper scent goes, I probably like it better than any of the Muglers. For epic all day angular fabulosity the Mugler line would win.
Fruit loops are happy, sweet, sugary, affordable, and with a bit of colored milk in the bowl and a sense of round. And there is a smiling bird on the box with a funny nose.

Like everyone else i bought this because of the good reviews, and let me tell you.. They are right! Yes it kinda has that A*men smell but most importantly its a great value for what it is. Honestly for 8-9 bucks this is a must, whether you use it instead of A*men or just because you like it because it stands on its own. Great value. Will buy again when im out of it.

I bought this fragrance online based on the favorable reviews it got- especially since it was similar to the ever popular One Million cologne. I was disappointed. In my opinion this fragrance smells like it was made at Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory. Nothing more than a vat of extremely sweet chocolate. I’ll stick with Cuba Gold.

I have Red, Blue, Orange, Gold, and Prestige. Prestige is my favorite of them and one of my favorite colognes in general. It lasts about 9 hours on my skin which is amazing for the low price. The smell is so deliciously sweet and reminds me of pancakes with maple syrup. I’ll be buying more of it.

Found this for $7 at Ross and I really enjoy the scent. After I went and tried Angel Men at Sephora and it does have that same sort of signature note profile and is indeed very similar. Has a very manly gourmand vibe to it. Definitely projects and would recommend it in the cold weather, otherwise you might choke someone out. I can smell it for hours after when I spray it on my neck. Keep getting hints of it all throughout the day. That being said, the last couple times I’ve worn it I got a serious headache from it. Almost making me dizzy. I really like this scent, just wish it didn’t make me feel that way when I wear it, otherwise I’d wear it a lot more often.

Great buy for the price. It does smell similar to A*Men but not exactly. In Prestige I smell more of a chocolate note more than anything (in the dry down). For the record I dislike A*Men (all of the variants) but I find this scent acceptable.

This to me smells 90% like the original AMEN and for only a fraction of the price and to the general public I feel very confident saying most people will prefer this over the original AMEN.
Its like Cuba took the good, appealing qualities of A*Men and took out the harsh tar note as well as the heavy patchoulli and replaced it with fresh florals(Not heavy florals though)
This is also a lot more smooth as well which I like 🙂
Smell wise this is better but it does lack the performance A*Men has. It projects very well for 2 hours and lasts 6-8 hours.
Overall id rate this a 7 out of 10 !

Despite hearing the similarities between a clone and iconic fragrance, it’s always difficult to believe until trying, and Cuba Prestige, the first Cuba that I’ve tried, surely lives up to the hype of being an A*Men clone. As far as scent, I actually regard Prestige as slightly less sweet than A*Men. In terms of projection and longevity, Prestige is clearly not the monster that A*Men (and most of its flankers) is, but the great equalizer is always price, and at $8 for 100ml at Ross, I’m not sure I’ve found a better deal yet. I liked Michael Jordan Legend (which I wore for the first time in a while today) as a cheap winter option, but even Prestige is half the price of Legend. Hard to beat, both in value and as an A*Men match. Surely it loses points for originality, but this is definitely one I’ll keep and use plenty.

I am directly comparing the Prestige Classic to A*Men this morning. The A*Men starts with a pretty strong tar-like note for the first 30 minutes, then it settles down. At this point, the two scents seem to be almost identical. Both have the sweet gourmand-like element. However, after a little more time, it seems like the A*Men simply has more pronounced notes of patchouli, coffee, and perhaps some cedar. To me, it seems like the Prestige Classic is a lot more linear than A*Men, but it seems like a pretty well inspired scent that is certainly worth the low cost. Personally, I will likely stick to the Prestige Classic and not spend the money for a full bottle of A*Men.

A shameless replica of A*Men. But somehow i have the feeling that every reproduction of A*Men, shameless, or not, will always strike a chord in me. A good try, but too thin for my tastes.

I expected this to be a mediocre A*Men “homage,” with “synthetic” qualities and no tar note, but instead, it’s really good, with what seems to be a mild tar note. I can’t say anything bad about it if one is seeking something very close to A*Men and doesn’t mind it being just a bit lighter. In fact, I would now consider swapping off my A*Men bottle because I have a bottle of this one! One of the best smell-alikes I have come across, if not the best.

Lots of sweet gooey, slightly animalic amber and it’s nice! My favorite of the Cuba fragrances, Prestige is an up front sweet attractive juice. Juice is a good term, it’s very juicy, very lush which may be enhanced by the black current listed as an ingredient. Like when added to strong, thick middle eastern style coffee the cardomom gives the amber a nice exotic, aromatic twist. I also note a bit of cedar and lavender and the tiniest wisp of what is likely the “oakmoss” or something that is suppossed to be like it. I don’t register anything citrus but here it goes uneeded. No, it doesn’t smell “expensive” but so what? I’m enjoying smelling this viscous fragrance on myself and I know others like it too. As is the case with the other Cuba fragrances that I have experienced, Prestige has impressive silliage and tremendous longevity. Nice!

This is just a no brainer, whether you should buy it.
It is just fantastic. A gorgeous Chocolate Gourmand Fragrance that smells very like the mighty A men by Mugler but for next to no money.
Comes in an embossed tin with a crocodile effect, with a huge plastic lid that is cheap but mimics those old leather cigar cases.
A beautiful bottle much better displayed without the plastic cap.
But it’s the juice inside that blows you away.
You smell good enough to eat, literally.
Everybody loves this one and gets so many compliments.
