Sweet-woody scent.
Tonka, candy cotton, hazelnut and bamboo are prominent in this one.
I smell no floral notes nor tea.
overall it’s quite original and unique

This one is a really interesting fragrance. In some respects its smells very generic, but there is something really delicious and unique about it that makes people ask what you’re wearing. Bamboo and Tonka dominate, and I get hazelnuts and candy sweetness, but I can’t get any citrus at all (not a bad thing). Quite a safe fragrance & I can’t imagine anyone not liking it even if they don’t like it on themselves. Good for the office and equally good for a night out. I wouldn’t put it as a seasonal fragrance, however, it has a warm feeling vibe to it. Good staying power and above average sillage. Works better on my clothes than on my skin.

Very interesting springtime scent. It’s so typically japanese with the tea, bamboo and lotus, but the mandarin also helps freshing things up.
Fresh, that’s exactly the word that describes this best. Calmingly fresh with a woody drydown.
A very typical japanese scent, but in my personal opinion it’s much better than most similiar offerings from Kenzo as well as Miyake. Recommendable!

Cmon, it’s a very distinctive, uniqe fragrance, full of egsotism and braveness.

Annayake Pour Lui is quite boring, and I’m surprised with the listed notes.
To me it’s woody-tobacco-sweet.
Doesn’t change in time.
Linear, dull, has no character at all.
Lasts about 6 hours, but the sillage isn’t big.
The very drydown reminds me of Le Male.
