This begins really well, as a lovely fresh distinctly powdery fruity scent with a clear tea note (I could smell the white tea in the crook of my elbow but not at my wrist, oddly enough). But this perfume just does not last – after an hour or so I cannot smell it anymore. Reapplying doesn’t really help – I think I’m just unable to smell it (a possibly unusual response to the formulation perhaps). I didn’t spend much on it so this enormous bottle is going to charity. So disappointing. Moral of the story: try before you buy.

It starts with a nice burst of citruses. However, few minutes later a lot of ginger, orris root and woods can be smelled. It’s a deep woody and aromatic scent, rather for autumn than for summer.
