Sweet, feminine, very simple. No lasting power, little sillage.
This scent is great for a teenager, as teens love to reapply their fragrance a million times a day.
The top notes fade almost immediately, the middle notes fade in 1-2 hours, and the base notes are so faint in the end, that your nose has to be pressed into the skin to smell it. It’s a pleasant fragrance, nothing special. I won’t be repurchasing, but I enjoy it while I have it.
The top is fruity and pleasant, nice and fresh. The orange-cinnamon combo feels like apricot to my nose. Too bad it fades in 5 minutes or so.
The middle is sweet and feminine, as the vanilla is both a middle and base note, but definitely not strong. Good for school or work, won’t cause scent-sensitivities in others.
The base is powdery and sweet, musk and “sempervivum” according to the packaging. I have no idea what sempervivum is, but wikipedia say’s it’s a succulent plant. I’m not sure what that smells like, I don’t feel it. Only musk to my nose.
I’ll be keeping this fragrance in my purse for when I feel like spraying it on the go. It works with my style, and won’t clash with my other fragrances, but it’s nothing special.

I really like the smell of this one but even if it has some depth to it, in the end is so basic prefume.
Thats ok because it ‘s cheap to buy, perfect for everyday.

This smells elegant and inoffensive, yeah, sort of classy too and sort of generic too. Mostly vanilla musk on me, less orange and cinnamon. Longevity is poor but for the price, I didn’t expect much else. For me, it’s great to use when just running errands and I don’t want to smell like something specific or a perfume I am too attached to. It is this barely there but pleasant smell. I see it best fit for Fall and Winter.

Is cheap so you cant expect too much. It smell good but too generic. It last for about 1 hour. I have to reply every hour and I am hoping to finish the bottle soon.
I would not call it a perfume, is more a body splash in a fancy glass bottle.

I got this perfume as a gift and didn’t expect much from it, especially since my nose is quite picky and most perfumes make me nauseated, but surprisingly I quite liked this one.
It’s a nice, warm winter scent with hints of orange and vanilla and it smells more “expensive” and classy than I expected. However, it does fade quickly.

It is similar to Hanae Mori Hanae Mori – lots of berries and vanilla, the dry down is also pretty but much weaker than HM. Hanae Mori is going stronger with the time, this one fades slowly away. If you find HM to heavy for wearing it to the office, try this – it can be an option.

This does (somewhat inexplicably by the notes?) have a lot in common w/ Flowerbomb to my nose. It’s nicer to me, however, in that it doesn’t have so much sharpness from bergamot AND tea that made me dislike Flowerbomb. This is a more vanilla-dominant, slightly less harsh version, methinks.
I personally don’t get any cinnamon. I get a thickly sweet citrus and soft tart musk cloud. It’s yummy, I’m just not sure it’s something I’d really reach for much. Will give it a few more goes. It is really very pleasant just not much OOMPH, I suppose.
(I also like this one better than Zara’s Black Peony for the same reason; orange vs bergamot leaves the same general feel but softens it.)

I really like this perfume, it is no doubt a good replica of Flowerbomb but at a fraction of the price !! It is a soft, sweet rose, patchoulli, vanilla perfume but don’t be fooled, it is not because of the “cheaper” price tag that this perfume smells “cheap”. The longevity is much better even than the Flowerbomb for my skin chemistry. I bought the Flowerbomb this summer and sold it because there was no sillage at all, hefty price for a perfume which is not lasting on my skin 🙁 whereas this Zara Black EDT is just staying so softly on my skin for hours.
You also get that famous milky & powdery notes which are so adorable during the winter times. It reminds you to be in good company with a hot chocolate milk 🙂

Smells divine and classy for the price. If your looking for a day to evening perfume and like oriental and vanilla like fragrances you can’t go wrong.

    I’m totally okay with andreas73:
”I cannot really discern the notes on this perfume; they are so intertwined that no one can be singled. It is spicy, it is “vanillay”, from start almost to finish, when the only thing that remains is the musk.
For me, this scent is a little boring, and as the notes are quite intensive, that makes this perfume a very wearisome one.”

    Languid and warm fragrance.
Composition sounds to actively and successful business women, to realize itself in the status of a reliable business partner, passionate and sensual woman.

Similar to Black, by Bvlgari, but not well-done.

My father bought me this perfume once, i like it it’s a nice winter perfume, warm and musky.
Some people say it gives them headaches but not to me, my nose isn’t very picky it had a nice price and a nice smell.
I like using it to school on rainy days when i’m wearing wool sweaters and warm jackets it smells realy nice on wool and it’s a fragrance that brings me comfort on those cold classrooms 🙂
