Atlantica Odyssey is a citrusy, spicy, woody, classy scent for summer, for day and cool summer evenings. It’s a beautiful, smooth and velvety blend, 100% manly, deep and sensual.
It opens with a huge blast of citruses with dominant grapefruit, mild sour orange and aromatic lemon (I know citruses don’t exist at the Top Notes but this is what I get), intensive sandalwood and intensive ginger, strong nutmeg and.. a dominant strong and vivid labdanum, quite leathery and ambery deep note with mild patchouli. There is also a pinch of smoke. After some time comes to the surface a beautiful fresh mint, nice jasmine and vivid vetiver. As time passes I get something discreet-floral/lemony-rosy note with beautiful mild cedar and noticeable olibanum. From the beginning till the end I get citruses and to be more specific, grapefruit. The dominant notes are grapefruit, labdanum, nutmeg, sandalwood.
The longevity and the projection are both moderate. Definitely one of the best Dilis scents and I love it! One of my best summer scents.
I can feel some similarities especially with the Bleu de Chanel EDP&EDT and a little with Versace Pour Homme but they are not similar fragrances.
I can think wearing a good linen suit with linen shirt and Atlantica Odyssey. For semi-formal and formal occasions or for summer romantic dates. I love this juice!
