every time I wear this ‘so fresh so clean’ by outkast is on a loop in my head. Lol. I had reviewed clean warm cotton and made the statement about wearing only that (warm cotton) when I go to the gym… Right after I posted I immediately thought of how frequently I also wear this to the gym. It’s just… So fresh and so clean clean… Lol… Perfect for casual day wear in the spring or summer. Of course perfect for the gym. It’s like a sunny spring day, hanging your just washed laundry outside on clothes lines in a bottle.

I get lily, light musk, and bergamot from VS Fresh & Clean. It’s a light, laundry-type skinscent that just gets better and better until it finally fades away. It’s a beautiful skinscent. Rivals higher-end transparent scents.

Perhaps one of my favorites, my go to, sweet and fresh scent. Wish I could find the edp but did find edt that does last alittle longer than the mist. I have the hand cream which is a great refresher during the day, a pick me up. Similar to light blue for sure but more sweetness.

I really do love Fresh & Clean. ☺ It is just that; very fresh and very clean, inoffensive, crisp and rather pretty; without fail a compliment grabber.
My only complaint is longevity; I feel it disappears practically by the time I’m out the door…so it is a common “just out of the shower” pick me up sort of fragrance until I apply my real scent for the day/night (or I will bring it with me and “refresh” at least every hour or so as needed…and I’m not an “overdo” it kind of person at all.)
Still a lovely scent to have in any collection imo though.

All I smell in this scent is laundry musk. It’s clean and slightly salty. It’s not a sour or unappealing musk, but I simply wasn’t expecting musk. I thought it would be similar to Bombshell with a bit of apple, but I was mistaken. If you’d like an apple fragrance, go with Ralph by Ralph Lauren.

I bought the 50ml version of the Sexiest Fantasies On the Prowl, and I am almost done with it so I decided I had to buy another one. On a trip out with some friends I discovered this scent and bought it right away. However, after a while I seem to discover that this body mist has a slight bitter scent and smells a bit like rubbing alcohol (just a bit).

This is one of my favorite perfumes but I don’t understand why VS did away with the EDP of this scent and left us only with the watered-down EDT where the smell is gone almost immediately. I’ve smelled them both and the difference is HUGE! Someone I work with is lucky enough to have the EDP and I can tell/smell when she has walked down the hall without even seeing her. She puts it on in the morning and I still smell it at the end of the day. I can’t believe I can’t find discontinued bottles even on eBay. Did VS buy up every last bottle or what?
I agree that this scent is very similar to D&G Light Blue – another favorite but another disappointment at the same time as once AGAIN, D&G did away with the EDP and left us with the watered-down EDT of this too. The least they could do is beef up the % of perfume oil! Not a similar scent but try YSL’s Opium or Viktor & Rolf’s Spicebomb (both EDT’s) and you smell them all day!
I don’t understand why these companies discontinue a ‘parfum’ especially since the weakened, cheaper versions aren’t worth throwing your money away on. Bring back the EDP’s and I’m right back there as a loyal customer!

VS scents get a ton of crap, but I really like a good portion of the PINK scents. I have the body spray and it’s nice for those days you don’t want to wear a real perfume but would still like a little scent. It’s simple and is not very potent, but very wearable and pretty for everyday. I wouldn’t recommend getting the actual perfume spray; it’s more expensive and has the same exact staying power as the body spray for less product. The body butter and lotions are also a good option for saving money as well as having more functionality.

My boyfriend gave this to me as a gift for Christmas. I only kind of like it. I like to put it on after a shower, because I feel extra clean with a light fragrance. It does smell clean. I would probably not repurchase just so I could try another fragrance in the PINK line.

It’s just as the label says, “fresh&clean” is exactly what it smells like.
It smells like apple, and has a sort of cologne-like, aquatic feel to the scent.
If you smell really closely, there is also a slight, peppery scent to it as well. Despite that, the smell is very feminine.
Unfortunately, there is zero sillage since there is zero staying power. When I say zero, it is zero. I cannot smell it 2 seconds after I put it on. Even when I put it on my clothes instead, I don’t smell it at all. I have literally drenched my hand in it in an attempt to see if even that would make it stay. It didn’t.
I really liked the light, airy, everyday scent, so I was planning on buying the body cream too in order to layer, but I think I’ll save my money and give up on this line.

only good thing is that it doesn’t smell bad, nor would it offend anyone around you if you wear it because the smell disappears immediately.

I really like this scent. It’s great for summer, so fresh and clean (just like the name). It actually smells a lot like The Gap’s “1969” (which is not on this site for some reason). I love 1969 which doesn’t dry down as sweet as “Fresh and Clean” but also has a little bit of a woodsy scent which I prefer. But they are SO similar that I bought the Fresh and Clean shower gel and body lotion for when I wear 1969.
Update: This perfume does NOT age well. I’ve had a bottle a couple of years and it has lost its fresh scent (no more apple, floral or woodsy scent). It now smells like a heavy man’s cologne!

you will not offend anyone wearing this scent. it’s so light. i have the body splash and it has decent staying power. on clothes it stays forever!. it does smell fresh n clean to me, but with a sweetness. like sweet apples, but it is very light. my brother said it smells like baby. lol. my other brother can’t stand it and says it smells like alcohol. i’m definitely not as fond of it as i once was, it kind of has a weird bitter smell to it. but still pleasing and I find myself craving it.

Its more then fresh a d clean so as a collector I try to find an alternative a male version and the close I could get is D&G Light blue for women which I feel its a unisex. Super fresh and fizzy! Fresh and clean describes it perfectly. I own it in the body spray and for a body spray it is quite strong and projects well. This is one of my favorite from VS.
It smells quite unisex and could be shared to be honest. But I love fresh clean scents so this is perfect for that just stepped out of the shower feel. I love to use it for everyday casual use and attending classes.

This is fresh, aquatic, a tad bit powdery, and a little sweet. I really do like this stuff, but it’s not anything completely amazing for the simple fact that it’s not very original. It’s one of those, “Oh, that reminds me of perfume X!” fragrances. On that note, I’m reading a lot about people comparing it to D&G Light Blue, and I must say that I agree. It is a similar fragrance, but the D&G EDT is obviously of a higher quality. My husband is a big fan of Fresh & Clean because I wore it when we first started dating.
It is good for a younger crowd, even young teens. I’d say anyone under 40 would do well with this fragrance on a pretty afternoon.
Overall, I give it a 6.5/10. (note that I’m conservative with my ratings)

I dont feel like this smells anything like DG light blue. Its a very clean scent but thats about it nothing else stands out about it. I know this is a very popular scent so it could just be my weird nose possibly >_>

I’d just like to point out that fresh & clean does not come in Eau de Parfum. It does, however, come in a very good Eau de Toilette for $20 (not $15 as listed). If you can buy only one product in this line I’d recommend the EDT as it is the richest, most concentrated product and wearing it alone lasts 3-4 hours. I like my scents to last longer so I layer the EDT with the mist and lotion which lasts the better part of a day.
Despite what some reviewers have said I do feel that fresh & clean is a quality “dupe” for D&G Light Blue as I own both scents and find them very similar. Only difference is, you could buy the entire line of fresh & clean and still not spend as much as you would on a big bottle of Light Blue.

This has a “just stepped out of the shower” scent. It’s very fresh and has a crispness to it with a slight apple note. Great for those summer days when you just want to lounge around the house and can’t be bothered with wearing a “proper” perfume. I find the staying power to last quite long for a body splash. It’s not too sweet or cloying making it perfect to wear in warmer months.

First thing I should mention is I have the body splash form of Fresh & Clean. However, the scent is the same and so this is a review on the body splash only.
The packaging of the Fresh & Clean body splash is great for a body splash. I love the design; it’s very simple but the top makes a fun sound when you put it back on. =] I love body splash bottles for some reason, but these are just great. The nozzle is also very good. They didn’t cheap out with it. It’s metal, efficient, and doesn’t spray more than it should, nor does it leak. Overall, the perfect package – literally.
The scent is incredible. It smells like Dolce & Gabbana’s Light Blue, yet more invigorating. It is very fresh and clean (no pun intended), but it doesn’t smell like cleaning product. It’s not too sweet, it’s not too invigorating, it’s just amazing.
The staying power is also amazing. It lasts me from morning to night and then some. I frequently will smell my arm throughout the day because this makes me smile.
Overall, while I am annoyed that the price has increased on the PINK with a splash line, I do love this fragrance enough to pay a little extra. 10/10 from me.

First thing I thought when I smelled this…D&G LIGHT BLUE. Even though I personally would not buy the light blue, I would buy this one. This one seems not as strong, and not as “unisex like” like Light Blue does.

I’ve been waiting so long for VS to bring out perfumes in this collection that I almost believed they never would. Fresh & Clean is my favorite Pink spin off and possibly my favorite scent by VS. F&C smells very similar to my current favorite perfume, D&G Light Blue. Both have the fruity, citrusy top, lighly floral heart and lightly musky drydown. It’s said that the apple note is red, however to my nose it’s green (granny smith). And I definitely smell a sweet and gentle grapefruit in here despite not being listed. The fragrance has good silage and decent longevity but layering with the lotion and mist certainly helps that.
Overall I love this scent for it’s price, longevity and similarity to my beloved Light Blue, however, Light Blue wins my top spot with it’s added complexity and class.
