Scrumptious vanilla custard aroma, nicely balanced (i.e. not too foody or sugary), deeply comfy and softly sensual. Nice hold yet stays close to the skin. A must have for gourmet vanilla lovers in search of the perfect treat to indulge in!

A little bit standard in my opinion. And it has a touch of smoke that I dislike (just my taste). But not a bad fragrance and not expensive.

It is still available, but you have to buy it directly from the perfume house in France. They ship to the US, though, but it’s pretty pricey. I paid 45 Euros for the bottle and another 30 to ship it. Ouch. But it’s totally worth it for me.

Oh very nice, as described below. I did stock up on it, and even had to give my bottle away to my hairdresser one day I was wearing it, and she flipped for it, so I gave her my bottle. I wonder if it is still available. It was bought special by request from France for me. If not discontinued, and you love gourmand, do give it a try.

I wish I’d tried this when it was available in the states! I delayed and am now sad because this is adored. It goes on fairly sweet, but it doesn’t dry down cloying or little-girly. What I get is a lovely smooth vanilla custard scent that keeps my nose pressed to my wrist. I am one who always says less is more where perfume is concerned: You shouldn’t be able to smell a person’s fragrance unless you are standing immediately in their personal space. This perfume is one exception: I would love to bathe in it and I would just have to apologize to the rest of the world later. Love it, so so sorry to have missed it!
