Very good strong pleasant lime on the top, after 20-30 minutes the lime kind of gies away. Then I smell a Acqua di Gio type aroma. I love the fact that this is an eau de profumo. I’m happy with my purchase, I only wish it was made in a 200ml size, hat would really make me happy. I had to order this bottle all the way from Italy, and the wait was 2 weeks, other then that, i’ll be repurchasing this when my bottle is empty. It’s a twist on the Acqua di gio fragrance, even better in my opinion.

Uninspired and trite (yet competently done) sportsy masculine. If you like the genre it’s absolutely at the same level with the most popular and more expensive designer’s offerings.

is fresh, fruity, happy, acidulous. I do not like this genre, but this scent is a pleasant exception.mehe me feel happy.all notes there are and feel all .. maybe just the beginning there is too lime.reccomended for those who want to get away from the mainstream.9/10

Today I tested this EDP. It smells natural and balmy. They say those products have not been tested on animals and have many natural ingredients. I like the Uomo range of products such as Shower Gel&Shampoo and Shaving Cream. Our local L’Erbolario Boutique has very nice and friendly staff and I enjoy going there. This fragrance smells very similar to the shower gel but much more intense, of course. It is definitely not bad, but not my type of scent either. I smell clean but nothing more. I will not purchase it because it reminds me too much of a shower gel and smells slightly medicinal. The sillage and longevity are ok. After the initial 2 hours the scent becomes better and starts to smell a bit similar to Versace pour Homme and Acqua di Gio. After 4 hours it becomes a skin scent and after 8 hours it’s gone.

The opening of L’Erbolario Uomo is a very prominent tart lime. There is nothing harsh about the scent. It’s very invigorating and energizing. After about 20 minutes, the acidity of lime mellows. Instead, the fragrance settles down into a pleasant blend of green citrus peel layering on a gentle cedar base. It becomes also a little sweeter along the wear because of the so-called fruity notes, but overall it remains controlled.
The sillage is soft and the longevity is around 5 or 6 hours. Although it’s marketed as men fragrance, I still find it very wearable for women. A pleasant and casual fragrance. I’d recommend it as an affordable citrus fragrance for a relaxing day.
