Again i came across ths lil’ gem in my perfume wardrob. Remaining just a little, i m still craving for a new bottle of it, but only found it on amazon 30ml for 50,00 what s insane, because i have the 50ml bottle and i m shure to have got it cheaply in a drugstore more than 15 years ago labeled “samba perfumes”.
The perfume is so well blendet, bitter chocolate with powdery iris along with delicate sweet flowers. Very yummy natural scented, yet modern perfume and it lasts…. If someone knows where to buy, pls send me pm. Thnx

My husband has had a 7ml splash bottle of this for so long (since the early 90s?) he can’t remember how it came to be in his home. It’s the same bottle, except the name is “Samba Unzipped”, which makes me think it is an early version of this perfume. He used it as an aftershave without knowing anything about it, just instinctively liking its scent. I must say it suits him perfectly — I perceived it as one in the genre of Obsession for Men: darkly vanillic, with a freshness that could be citrus, and in this post-aquatic fragrance era, something made for an older man, not a young snake-hipped stud. Imagine my surprise to find it here among the women’s fragrances. Yet I recognize the notes, which must have rearranged themselves somehow over time and contact with his skin: the bitter black chocolate most of all, and perhaps the iris and jasmine. A wonderful, dignified fragrance on him.

I have this since years, used poorely, dunno why exactly, maybe got others more expensiv to wear. i don t even know where i did buy this because this is not sold anywhere in my country actually and at these times when i bought this (10-15 years ago) i had no internet yet…
i found it ranging my house deeply hidden in my bathroom storage and i got some spritz of it to see if it’s still okay and i must say it was!
it s a very comfy unusual and quite intriguing scent, but still casual enough for daytime and office wear. i can smell flowers with chocolate, uncomplicated and so yummy. the scent is really delicious and no cheap smell at all regarding the low price a positive surprise. i would say it has a big similarity to Avon’s Extraordinary which one ingredients magnolia and chocolate too, but this one is not as sweet and sticky, lighter to wear in warmer weather too.
i was looking for some new bottle in the internet and find out there is a new version of unzipped range out, called Unzipped Universe. but coudn t find yet where to buy less overseas and this is quite expensiv to ship. so i passed over it.
