I would probably classify this as a fragrance you deserve but probably not a fragrance that you’d expect. This is predominately a smokey vetiver fragrance with a sweet nuance that i would describe as part medicinal but not necessarily inky. This is a one tier fragrance for sure and every note is distributed evenly with the amber being the most subdued. Not at all a challenge to wear, the black pepper note is the most important ingredient and the driving force of this woody fragrance. The Sillage Gods weren’t too gracious with To Be Honest therefore you should probably wear this fragrance with a purpose. Also to note, not as warm and balsamic as advertised.
