My second boyfriend had this as a deodorant. I remember being very fond of it, it was very pleasing to my 17-year-old nose, strong on the citrus but not in an AXE deodorant way, I realize now that it was bergamot. Of course. It makes sense to me now. A bit musky, peppery also. I still remember the smell of it vividly even though I haven’t smelled it for some seven years or so… it will forever make me think of the makeout sessions we had after drinking some alcoholic cider his mom bought for us even though we were underage. Good times.

Tabac Sport has a rich aromatic start not unlike Cool Water by Davidoff. Add citrus and pepper to Coolwater and you basically have the opening of Tabac Sport.
The Tabac could be described as “tepid water” – as it lacks the crispness and staying power of the Davidoff offering and is slightly warmer. There is a stage in the first few minutes where the Tabac matches Davidoff, though rapidly dies away.
After two hours it is very close to the skin and only just detectable as a faint muskiness.
