I like Alien, but I must say I like Silver Light Galatica (strange that it is not Galactica) even better. It is lighter, tamed down and more feminine. Unfortunately it doesn’t even have remotely the longevity of Alien, but I still prefer this. It is well balanced, and even though I love jasmine, here it doesn’t quite hit you in the face as with Alien. A really nice fragrance, as long as you don’t mind reapplying ever 2 to 3 hours, because 3 hours is for me even pushing it. After 2 hours she is hardly noticeable anymore, after 3 hours she is almost gone.

HIGHLY dislike it. Too much jasmine – it does remind me of Alien, but when I use it, it’s very easy to notice that this is a cheaper version.

Just compared the two in my wrists, this one is a lot similar, but not have the “champagne” note that the Alien EDT has. Sillage and longevity a little bit worst, but it’s my skin, almost all perfumes doesn’t last long. 95% identical in my opinion.

I have just bought this perfume and YES it is a good copy of Alien! What a bargain. After spritzing it all over, it is somewhat lighter than the true alien but nevertheless very very similar in smell.

I used to spitz just a little bit of my TM Alien when I went to the dance floor (this scent totally fits it). You know, for saving it.
Some girls don’t admit that a cheap scent like Silver Light Galactica can smell JUST EXACTLY LIKE TM ALIEN, which they usually pay a fortune for. At the most, they admit that it’s similar to Alien EDT. LOL. I can count like six times people asked me if I was wearing Alien. Well, all I can say is that some people like to spend more money for the brand, maybe for the bottle as well… Me? I’m more interested in the scent itself, and as for this purpose, the immitator plays its role beautifully. I’m pretty satisfy with my Silver Light Galactica, which fits very well when I want to enjoy an electronic music night.

This has been around for a while, and I tested it on my wrist one Christmas and loved the way people kept turning around in the train home to find the source of the wonderful radiating jasmine-woody scent. The following day, I bought it, feeling guilty at the nine-dollar / 7 -euro splashout (was then at the end of a long period of perfume puritanism) and sprayed it liberally on myself and around the house for the next week or so.
You guessed it (if from the quirky — some may say hideous — bottle)… this is a very good copy of Thierry Mugler Alien. It skips the odd topnotes to get directly to the jasmine heart. The fragrance is a bit thinner than Alien, but in my opinion, 1-2 sprays are enough.
I was an “Alien” fan before my close encounter with the real thing.
