jangl2011 – :
Tarragon, a hint of clove, clary sage and some cedar to open, in a very clear and smooth introduction.
These notes seem to linger as a little bitter orange surfaces and seems to sway back and forth with a moody, resinous and balmy rhythm.
Sometimes it projects a humid, woody outdoor vibe, like cool jazz on the warm deck of a cruise ship, then the same rhythm switches back and forth between there and a dimly lit smoky jazz lounge with a subtley sweet resinous base being more prominent.
I find Sax and Violets very well blended for such a strong selection of ingredients–very sonorous and entrancing.
