I would like to call this fragrance a piece of jewel. You don’t often come across this kind of top notch creations. I get the comparison with Tuscan Leather, but compared to Safari Extreme; Tuscan Leather is a bit darker and less refined, but still very nice.
Also, I noticed when Tuscan Leather has dried down it shows minor similarities to Safari Extreme – so people tend to compare the both to each other.
If you own Tuscan Leather, it wouldn’t be redundant to have Safari Extreme in your collection!
I want to thank “nikhilsharan”, because of his review on YouTube I was confident that this fragrance was going to be a winner, and it is!

This is a very sexy & sensual scent in a class of its now. Never smelled anything like this except Safari attar but this is on the extreme side (no pun). Please stop saying it smells like Tuscan leather bc it does not, this smells a million times better (to me). Totally unisex it’s my signature scent. My whole sensuality in a beautiful flacon.

Utterly gorgeous oriental with florals, sandalwood, pepper, vanilla and a hint of Oud. Very Arabian in sensibilities and immediately transporting you to the lands of magic carpet rides, this is another winner from the Arabian Oud masters Abdul Samad Al Quaraishi. Many western noses may find this somewhat feminine leaning given the prominent floral notes. But not to worry, the floral notes disappear leaving a gorgeous woody powdery base that is regal and classy. Suited for men and women with somewhat carefree and bold personalities. Bold and beautiful unisex perfume will find lot of love with Montale/Mancera lovers. Enjoy!

Beautiful bottle , beautiful box. The scent is beautiful as well but more for 30+ age group. The florals are a bit too much for me. Great for men and woman who love a floral middle eastern scent. 9.5/10. Again, if you love a unique masculine floral you will love it like so many on here. I recommend khashab oud by the same house.

On the top you’ll get some florals, a tiny bit of oud, and a bit of vanilla. It settles down with a strong leather note and becomes EXTREMELY similar to TF Tuscan Leather. I’ve done a dry down side by side and it’s remarkable how similar they are, especially in the leather note.
Being objective as I can be: no way is this feminine. Or even unisex. It’s strong, masculine and has above average longevity (6-8 hours) for me. Good for fall/winter at night.
That said, I prefer Tuscan Leather for its longevity, the raspberry note that adds a preferred dimension (versus vanilla/florals) and ease of access.
A 7.5/10 for me. Worth seeking a decant if you can find one to see if it’s for you.

I was told by one of my friend that safari extreme is absolutely suited for my personality and he gave me a sample to try . I was bit skeptical as i dont get along with Arabian perfumery much as they are bit too raw for my taste however safari extreme was the exception and my friend was absolutely right .
This is well rounded fragrance with Vanilla , Sandalwood , Oud well supported by Floral notes . None of these notes are over powering and have projection with in hands distance and it will last more then 10+ Hours with same projection . I dont get the tuscan leather comparison as i feel they are different perfume and even genre i will say is different . This is one of the rare fragrance which i can say can become a signature scent and can be worn pretty much all year though i am yet to test in Indian summer .Only issue is the price and availability of this perfume however with ASAQ online sale I got for 7K INR (350 Dhiram) which i thought was worth the price-tag .
I will recommend this fragrance if you are above 30 and looking for a unique signature fragrance which can be worn all year around. 9/10

Safari Extreme won the Fragrance of the Year award at the 2015, 6th Annual Arabia Fragrance Oscars.
This fragrance smells similar to the original Safari Blend; Just darker and spicier. A very masculine scent.
On wearing Safari Extreme, the notes I get are vanilla, peppery spices, sandalwood, florals (jasmine, rose and maybe ylang ylang?), oud and a woody note that smells like it might be cedar.
Safari Extreme is a versitile fragrance that can be worn at the office, on a date, a night on the town or just for daily wear.
In my opinion, Safari Extreme can be worn on Summer nights, as well as day or night during the Autumn, Winter and Spring seasons.
Enormous sillage and very long lasting. I have received many compliments while wearing this.
Blind buy worthy and signature scent worthy.
Highly recommended.

I was literally blown away when I smelt this!
The notes are actually decieving somehow, the opening of this is out of this world, it’s something I have never came across before, it’s thick, dark yet bright and sparkling, sparkling as if it has glitter in it,. Like you sprinkled oud and spices along with flowers over yourself, it’s beautiful masculine, flowery, woody, leathery. Tuscan leather is a bit similar maybe in the middle stage of this perfume.
Imagine a cross section of a piece of
rock, it’s glittery on the inside and has a smell of oud mixed with saffron, rose, leather and vanilla. ( Saffron is not on the list but I can definitely smell it). The quality of this perfume is among the best I’ve ever came across, a quality you can find in the Clive Cristian perfumes actually, that supreme quality that, if you got used to, you can’t go back to designer scents anymore.
The bottle and packaging are neat, very well done, the glass the weight even the font used. I checked this today, it was actually expensive, even more than I expected from a middle Eastern house, but it is definitely on my list.

Brilliant masterpiece. Straight off the cap you get the Tuscan Leather vibe. Just forget about it. This is a brilliant scent. A class above all leathers. Subtle suede opens with white juicy florals settles over smoked subtle rose which is just an understone. The smoky vanilla, sandal and a handsome touch of oud make this one of the most elegant scents of all time. 10 on 10. Superb longevity with heavy projection.

This is a middle eastern variation of Tom Fords’ Tuscan Leather, but its light , sweeter, airy and floral, all I get is musky sandalwood note with floral(white) and suede running throughout the lifespan of this fragrance which is no doubt very pleasant.
Sandalwood with suede and some sweetness (vanilla) creates a creamy, smooth and a delightful aura , its overall a lovely fragrance but it suits more to women imho, I love it on my wife more rather than wearing it myself.
Safari Extreme is a ‘Beautiful’ fragrance.

Nice, classy, modern. Floral slight suedish leather glove smell but very faint. That must be the oud as there are no leather or suede notes. The oud is likely to appeal to the masses. Wearable fresh, but to be worn on a night out. Thumbs up for middle eastern perfumery.

Mağaza bildiğiniz parfüm mağazalarına benzemiyor. Oldukça fazla parfümleri var ve aynı zamanda bazı temel kokuların saf yağlarını satıyorlar. Çalışanları son derece ilgili ve kibar kişiler. Büyük bir mağaza ve konseptleri nedeniyle dekorasyon konusu söylediğim gibi Batı parfüm evlerinden farklı. Mağaza daha çok pahalı bir züccaciye yada dekorasyonu tamamlanmamış Paşabahçe mağazasına benziyor.
Parfüm severlerin mutlaka ziyaret etmesi gereken bir yer. Eğer batılı markaların ürettiği Ud ve Amber bazlı parfümlere bakarak bu türde kokular hakkında bilgi sahibi olduğunuzu düşünüyorsanız yanılıyorsunuz demektir. Bu yağların saf hallerini koklamak bence özel bir deneyim ve mutlaka görmelisiniz. Mağazada aynı zamanda işlenmemiş Ud ağacıda var ve satılıyor. Batılı markaların neden sentetik tercih ettiklerini de buradan anlayabiliyorsunuz. Çünkü üst kalite bir Ud ağacı parçalarının kilo fiyatı 100 Bin TL’nin üstünde.
Doğal ve yoğun yağları 12 gramlık küçük roll-on olarak alabiliyorsunuz. Kokular çok güzel ancak günlük kullanım için ne derece uygunlar bilemiyorum.
İlk ziyaretimde 2 parfüm ve 1 yağ dikkatimi çekti bunlar hakkındaki görüşlerimi zaman içinde sizlerle paylaşacağım.
Safari Extreme bana mağazada ilk olarak önerilenler arasındaydı. Ancak onca kuvvetli koku arasında sanırım yeteri kadar değerlendiremedim. Daha sonra bir arkadaşım hediye olarak getirince parfüme mağazada haksızlık yaptığımı anladım. Oldukça yumuşak, temel bazı kokuları (Ud, vanilya, çiçek ve ağaçsı) son derece şık şekilde sunan bir parfüm. Bu parfümün koku düzeyinin yarısına yaklaşamayacak birçok batılı markanın uzun övgüler aldığını söylemeliyim. Kaldı ki Qurashi bu parfümü biraz batılı yapmak için hafif tonlarda tutmaya çalışmış. İlk etapta saldal ağacı, Ud ve biraz baharat ile karşılıyor. İlk yarım saat sonrasında ise bu üçlünün arasına vanilya da karışarak pek fazla bir değişim göstermeden ilerliyor. Kalıcılık kuvvetli. Koku dağılımı iyi.
Kış aylarında, 35 yaş üstü için batılı parfümlere iyi bir alternatif.
Bence Qurashi markası kesinlikle ilgiyi hak ediyor. Arap parfümü diyerek küçümsenecek bir marka değil. Hammaddeler konusunda son derece güçlü bir marka. Ambalaj ve kutular gösterişli şekilde tasarlanmış ama küçük ayrıntılarda yeterince iyi değiller. Bu markanın güçlü bir marka uzmanı tarafından ele alınıp tekrar yapılandırılması lazım.
Bu ziyaret sonrasında fark ettiğim bir diğer konuda aslında kokuyu yağ olarak kullanmanın hiç zor olmadığı idi. Safari iyi bir koku ancak benim asıl hoşuma giden Al Makam Blend i daha sonra değerlendireceğim.
