You’d think by looking at the notes list, Ego Facto Sacre Coeur would be something outside the square and divine. The opening is certainly a lovely fruit salad blend that is eminently wearable, but after about 20 minutes it is gone, replaced by a vague, nondescript & barely perceptible woody note that lasts a while but isn’t detectable unless you have nose right on skin. For me, there’s no tobacco, no leather, no patchouli, all of the things that promised to set this fragrance apart, but sadly don’t. Disappointing really.

Confused.
An attempt of being different that leads nowhere. Reminds me when I worked in those production units in cosmetics : lots of scents that melt into something called “mille fleurs”, unpleasant after one hour, litteraly disguisting after a day. Unlike the others Ego Facto frags, this one seems to have no vision, no direction, no aim. very sad, especially for this house that claims to be different, committed. Their other frags are love/hate, it’s a better approach.
Longevity : good
Boringness : high

Ego Facto is not my cup of tea. But Sacre Coeur!
I don’t think it would be too masculine for a woman. I enjoy it’s dark side ( tobacco, leather ) but the fruits and the patchouli make the whole creation soooo smooth and exciting. If someone is to wear Bvalgari Black – go ahead for this stuff without hesitation.
They are not similar by the notes, but the behaviour!
