This was a real beauty: pity that, like all Zara perfumes has been discontinued. This one was one of the most beautiful, pure, radiant, perfect Damask Rose scent ever. It was glamorous but natural. The perfect marian (if such thing exist) perfume: serene and comforting like a mother, but innocent and pure like a maid. Despite its traditional character, because of its ingredients and composition was not old fashioned at all, being modern and contemporary in its minimalism. It promissed Bulgarian Rose and that was what it offered: pure Bulgarian Rose with hints of withe flowers and a soft, slightly powdery background with sandalwood. Similar to Agua Fresca de Rosas, by Adolfo Domínguez, but even more pure, delicate and beautiful. The pity was the lasting power and sillage: both truly weak, making necessary the frequent reaplications.

This scent is very classy and modern. Great everyday fragance. It’s a little bit powdery but always on the fresh side, and it’s a pretty natural rose scent. I have only had compliments about it since I started wearing it.

Lovely sharp rose with woody undertones. This one is certainly expensive smelling, despite its’ price! Great lasting power too!At least half a day…

If you like roses, smile. This simple but effective formula will enchant you. Smooth and romantic and full of the talent Puig knows to bestow on its creations. One guesses confidence, perhaps because it belongs to such a well established perfume house. Good finish as well, not overpowering and not too sweet either.
