Animalic, but aromatic oud and musk with indolic jasmine, – what a beast! It softens in about few hours, you get bright citruses, yummy spices, but from the beginning it is younger sister of Ajmal’s Alf Lail O Lail, – potent, powerful, for true oud lovers. If your hopes were set for sweet floral – you will be surprised to say the least, but if you are after proper Arabic oud with spices – Rahma is your girl. The best oil to wear in extremely hot weather, – makes you smell posh and mysterious instead of sweaty-humid-mess after European spray brands.

Quite similar, almost identical to Velvet Rose & Oud…easier on the budget. I really like this one 🙂

It’s beautiful, very joyful daily scent.
The smell of orange and lemon peels is perfectly mixed with chocolate and vanilla, so that it is difficult to pick up every single note. The floral ingredients and amber give an additional softness to the overall smell of this beautiful perfume.
I’m not so sure that Rahma belogns to oriental-floral group of perfumes, to my nose this is more citrus gourmand scent….and because of agarwood I would say it has a bit oriental soul.

An oud-heavy floral, lasting and quite powerful. I don’t notice any chocolate smell on me, for which I am grateful, but the whole package is definitely oriental in feel. I’m rather fond of it, but it could be a surprise for anyone trying this style of scent for the first time.
