Fragrance Review For Pure Bliss Mary Kay
Notes: Rose Jasmine Lily Musk Vanilla
Pure Bliss was one of the first perfumes I remember smelling on my older sister who’d borrowed it from my mother. Mary Kay and Avon is all anyone wore then lol..I recently discovered this fragrance in my mother’s home and she hadn’t worn it in a while. This is a rose perfume, it’s mostly roses but this is also layered with scents of jasmine and lilies. It’s a white floral and rose combination that smelled really good. There is definitely vanilla and a musk. It reminds me of Stella McCartney. Beautiful, long lasting, and purely a floral creature. It’s too bad it’s been discontinued. It really should make a come back. It smells divine on women.

This is a perfume I used to wear in the 90s and I loved it!! I was so sorry when Mary Kay discontinued this one…It was very light and smooth and pretty. I never felt like this smelled like roses, but just a creamy and pretty scent that was very “everyday wearable!” I am afraid of throwing away my money on Ebay to buy a bottle that might be rancid at this point. But I have found a few modern fragrances that remind me of Pure Bliss a little bit–Body Fantasies Kissing n the Rain smells very similar, and so cheap at Walmart!! Also, I think that BBW’s Pink Chiffon, Morrocco Orchid & Pink Amber, or Bodycology’s Sweet Love scents are sort of similar pure bliss scent for me (except they are way sweeter, too) I would recommend others to try these scents if they liked Pure Bliss from back in the day!
