In the spirit of tradition and identity and with a retrospect of Princess Marina de Bourbon’s family history, creations that are designed and offered intertwine with royal motifs formed according to her style and sophisticated taste.
In 2007, the Black and White Prince were joined to the fragrancy partiture a variety of leather objects, inevitable luxury perfumes and jewelry created after her design. They can be found in her „Boutique“ in Paris, where luxury clothing items and shoes are sold.
Princess Marina de Bourbon introduced her two editions of perfumes for men, which are very special and named Prince Noir and Prince Blanc. The luxury editions coloured in black and white represent two men, seen as princes of the modern age, variation of ruler and romantic.
The Black Prince – Prince Noir is imposing, energetic and swift, attracts magically and rules over laws and people in all his glory and power. He conquers everything around himself, he is a master of his own destiny. Being strong and handsome, Prince Noir unifies masculine, mysterious and stict lines in a passionate elixir of success, available in an elegant black bottle containing 50 or 100 ml edt.

It has a note that I am charmed with in the fragrances Cardamomo, this note leaves of by snatches a stela, type talc, very sensual and rich. It is not a linear perfume, evolves with the hours. I do not have anything against the linear perfumes, soil use them, but I prefer those who with to run of the hours, change and consolidate his notes. Versatile, day, night, winter or summer. Six applications for my sufficient one, hard me 12 hours. Very good projection, excellent longevity. Price plucking Nongoes fresh air is obvious the grapefruit and the pepper, in two hours or before stelas appear of cardammomo together with cinnamon. Got this out of curiosity as I love Rouge royal and wanted to sniff this out and see how “noir”this really is.As has been suggested there’s nothing noir about this.I would classify this as either Oriental Spicy or woody.well i did a bit of research on this recluse and came out with the following notes
Top Notes:frosted lemon,cardamom,black pepper
Middle Notes:geranium bourbon,cinnamon,virginian cedar
Base Notes: haitian vetiver,palissandre wood,amber
Of course on first application it comes out sharp but quickly tones down and I can easily pick up all the top notes-the lemon,cardamom and pepper,the rest take on from there.i really do love the powdery ambergris in the drydown.
It’s not really a sillage monster unless of course overdone and I think it’s versatile enough even though i wouldnt recommend it in sweltering heat.more ideal for evenings and cool days.It does last quite a long time on my skin.I get over 8 hours when i wear this.
I dont find it that unique.it does remind me of a few fragrances i have tried and even guess own only i cant trawl through them all.However if you love the drydown of One million and silver shadow among other orientals am sure you will love this.
yet to try Prince Blanc but am not sure it will dethrone my love for Rouge Royal from this house.
The packaging is well done and one of the best I have .the box is leathery-like.looks like the hide of a black snake-cobra??? and the dark heavy bottle is awesome.
So sad am not in love with it…am just growing too old for such scents.this will suit youngsters very well

Prince Noir is not, despite the “noir” title, an evening scent.
Its actually a very “captain of industry” concoction, a little herbal, a little sour, some interesting sweeter note to round out the composition – well blended, but not playful at all.
This is a Prince Noir in the serious sense of the term, dark and focused, impeccably groomed and clad in a dark business suit with simple geometric white gold cuff links. It has discreet sillage, which is business friendly.
Additionally no one knows it or wears it, so you will be unique, after a fashion. (Hint: Ebay, quite affordable)
