Oh my grapefruit! This is lovely! I’m normally cautious with grapefruit as a note so I’m surprised at how much I’m enjoying this.
According to the INCC brand’s website, all three perfumes in this collection are based on massoia essence. In Bali massoia is called tree of paradise, and it is appreciated for its sweet and sensuous woody, milky, musky notes. Perhaps it’s the massoia that sets Paradisiaque Pamplemousse apart from many simple citrus fragrances.
The Massoia Secrets range was created by Olivier Cresp. To my nose PP shares its simple luminous feel with L’Eau D’Issey Absolue, another of his creations. Atm it’s winter and I’m loving it. Looking forward to warmer weather for another perspective on this scent.
