    mmcdonald36:
MFK customer support confirmed that retailers don’t have Cashmere & Velvet Mood anymore, BUT they are still (no discontinuation!) available in MFK boutiques and on their website.

This fragrance has been discontinued. Not sure why my past comment was taken down…

Beautiful, manageable, wearable oud that’s still got a solid character of its own and is just that little bit more weird than ‘entry level’ things with Oud in the name. This really does have it – plenty of that medicinal, almost sour, ‘antiseptic’ version of the wood, but with the resins wrapping it all up in a softer, gentler, sweeter aura so you don’t quite feel like you’re being suffocated with a giant band-aid. The longer it stays on, the more the drier, spicier – almost cinnamon-y – side of the oud rises. It’s almost austere – very simple and clean and without a profusion of notes – and it’s very classy, but not opulent or extrovert. Conjures images of realllllly expensive antique furniture and reading something demanding in a foreign language in some high-class magnate’s library of first editions. It’s a bit more stern than some of the other MFK luxe-fest scents like Grand Soir or Baccarat Rouge; this one makes you work a little harder somehow – while those others just caress and pamper you, Cashmere Mood teases and interrogates and intrigues you.
For me, perfectly unisex, but some may find it a little too butch. Projection not huge, but longevity is solid. Far far more discreet on me than Satin Mood. I like it a whole lot but – oddly for me – would have liked it even more if it was a hair sweeter. The cost is scary enough that I’d have to be really in love, absolutely bowled over, to buy this, and while I’m deeply impressed, I’m not completely seduced. One to respect rather than drool over, in my opinion only.

Here we have an Oud quite similar to the Ouds of the Middle East, this review, lean more towards the medicinal side astringent, very incisive, which stands out from the rest of the notes leaving more to the margin the vegetable and animal nuances of this essence .
The fragrance develops quite linearly and during drying only balsamic nuances of moderate sweet character appear that makes this final part the richest and most interesting of the evolution due to the richness of shades.
This is an oud without subtleties, too rough in the beginning, nice in the drying.
Personally, I am more lover of the more European ouds, however, the experience has been interesting and the quality-performance very good.

Some scents are simply overbearing for the common crowd, hence easily misunderstood. Indeed, Cashmere Mood appears to be one of them, albeit marginally. This is one of rare commercial perfumes out there that rightly deserves the “Oud” label, thanks to Kurkjian’s genius for blending artificial ingredients to form one of the best representations of Laotian Oud available in market.
    Scent: 8/10 Outstanding
Barnyard, skanky, fecal…whatever you might describe. Some that might have suspected genuine oud oil is sorely mistaken – true, aged oud oil are never repulsive to smell (despite being barnyard and all). For this, we have Kurkjian’s masterful blending to thank for weaving in high quality aromachemicals.
The main giveaway was how much the “oud” changes through time, and the slight sharpness when sniffed up close.
Nonetheless, this produces an exotic, enigmatic air that envelops the wearer. While other harsh fragrances tend to have some softened, mass-appealing aspect, this one simply screams uniqueness. You can almost be assured that you would not meet anyone else with this scent for a night’s out.
Oh, the drydown is simply heavenly. Delicious labadanum and artificial oud at their best.
    Longevity: 8.5/10
It behaves exactly like an extrait should, and lasts as it should, although it loses out a little to some Montales and perhaps Dior’s Oud Ispahan. This lasts so long that it could cause discomfort.
    Projection: 9/10
Never. Go. Trigger. Happy. For the first 3 hours of application this projects like a grenade blast, after which it trails comfortably into a skin scent. Apply on skin for the sweet drydown.
    Versatility: 3/10
This grading scheme is arguably unfair here. Because of how rich and polished this smells, there’s no way to fit this fragrance as part of the casual wardrobe, and probably not for formal events where one’s impression matters (unless you’re like me, wearing whichever I fancy in high summer heat). I see this as more of a personal scent reserved for one’s sole enjoyment. Don’t get me wrong – it doesn’t deserve to be marked down like that, but you’ll have to consider being able to actually use it if you’re willing to fork out 300 USD.
    Overall: 6.5/10 Good
Drastically underrated due to its versatility. But hey, if you don’t care about offending others, this might become part of your daily wear. It’s just that good.

the ‘oud’ is too untamed in this, unforch…
i pitched both cashmere and velvet against each other, and have decided on velvet.
    cashmere is just too…too…to medicinal/bandaid.
the labdinum could’ve done MUCH MORE to tame the oud in this. likewise the vanilla and frankincense. nonetheless, both are masterpieces, no denying that, but when they’re both batting at $350 USD each (at least where I live…), then you have to choose between the two.
cashmere does not have the smooth all-round approachability of velvet. both at 8.5+/10, i just think that velvet shades cashmere where it counts; in wearability as well as one of the most vital parts of all; accessibility and engagement with.
    yeah.

SOTD…decided to wear this one today to work, layered with a little Velvet mood on top. I’m surrounded by a cloud of medicinal-oud goodness. When the whifs come through the air it’s pungent to the nose and lingers for some time until approximately 15 minutes when it hits you again. Kurkjdian described it as a “second skin” and I can definitely see how it plays with my chemistry/temperature.
This to me is the definition of ‘niche’. It goes outside the boundaries of mainstream. It’s not likeable. It’s bold, smooth but ¿dirty?, and definitely an acquired taste.

I decided I need this for my collection, nothing quite like it, and I have a few ouds and balsamic Orientals.
This is a wonderfull smoky Oud. The most important thing I can say that others have not, so much; is that though it is somewhat dark, it is not dense, or heavy. Performance is great, but it’s luminous and bright enough for an Oud that can be enjoyed in Spring and cooler Summer days, or maybe nights.
I’m wearing this on a cool Spring day, and it’s beautiful.
It’s luminous, and very pleasantly aromatic, very unique also.
Of the MFK Ouds, this is closest to YSL M-7, but this is fresher, crisp, less sweet, more modern; For me better overall.
I revisited my samples of Cashmere and Velvet Mood.
Cashmere is my clear favorite, of these two; most manly ouds in the series. The original is very good, and the only one I would call gender neutral.
Kurkdijian has tried to make a sharp Eastern style Oud here, that’s medecinal, and fecal, but in a good way, as the most authentic Ouds are.
So this harsh burning smell, that many so describe, is actually very pleasant. The quality is exquisite. There is something fresh about it. The softer, nutty resins of Benzoin and Labdanum, make a seamless contrasting accord with the sharper, medecinal Oud.
It’s rather linier, and it seems very simple, but it just smells so damn good! The quality, and blending are so tight, and just so, right on. I guess it’s genius at work here.
Cashmere, is now bottle worthy. At first I thought it was good, but not worthy of the price.
Now I am seeing it as a great and distinctive fragrance. There are contrasting themes that go well, and juxtapose each other. The sharp, cold, yet burning Oud, intensely woody, and medecinal.
But then it has a more pleasant and softer resins; Benzoin and Labdanum. Benzoin having a nutty quality. The vanilla is indistinct, but it ads some softness and balance, to the overall sharp woody tone.
A very pleasant and distinct Oud. It’s one of those fragrances that needs time to warm up to; aquire a taste for.
I got a 11 ml spray for now, will last a long time.

Exactly the scent of a peaty single malt scotch on me, what a wonderful surprise! I love the conceit of boozy perfumes but I didn’t expect to find it here! Full of smoke yet not too dry, sadly like the other dark smoky scents I love, it doesn’t have too much projection on me, darn it!
I wonder what it will be like tempered with a little Silk or Velvet Oud for more warmth and projection?

when i saw the word “cashmere” i had to try it.
i didn’t like it and went out of the store into the cold air. that’s when i started to catch wiffs of something very pleasant, then i realized it was coming from my wrist. for the next 30 minutes i couldn’t stop sniffing my wrist.
i went back to the store and bought it.
an arresting fragrance, yet calming at the same time.
try it and see if you will like it too.

The more I wear this fragrance the more I understand it. Folks this is truly a masterpiece and a monster at the same time in a little bottle. The performance on this is just beastly. The opening can be too much, lots of benzoin but do not over spray this atomic bomb. This is extract of perfume so it is very potent. But the dry down is just gorgeous. Classy, burning wood with some hints of vanilla and amber. This is dark, mysterious class in a bottle.

A dry animalic oud that does conjure something from the 70s growing up. Perhaps it was the band aid tin used when we scraped our knees? Dads cedar wood panel study with the shellac finishing and the metallic wired space heater???? I digress…
A hot metallic smoke note envelops the wood. A clean campfire/hot electrical wire note you could say…Strangely warm, foreign yet unplaceably familiar. The vanilla base holds it from becoming bitter.

  14. :

Goes on a dry animalic oud without going to barnyard then dry woods rise. In the end it reminds me faintly of Raghba Wood Intense.

    3 out of 5

This one is my favorite in his Oud Mood line. This Oud is addicting, raw, dirty, animalistic and potent.
Kurkdjian imagined the OUD mood collection as feelings, sensations, rather like those one would have when wrapped in a fragrant stole. They play on shimmer, comfort and warmth. They are precious, intense and concentrated.
This Oriental fragrance is woven with all the gentleness of a “second skin”, soft, raw, dirty and balmy. The Oud is enhanced with Moroccan labdanum, Laotian benzoin and vanilla, creating a tender, yet animalic experience. Quite extraordinary.
This one is definitely my favorite from this line. The best OUD smell on the market IMO.

First of all this is HARDCORE niche perfumery – which means that a perfume like this is not for everyone. Really hard to understand and to appreciate, even harder to be able to wear this and pull it off with style.
It starts with a BOMB of benzoin, I mean tons of it, it slightly reminds me of a gas station, so you will need about 5 minutes for the opening to settle down. This is when labdanum starts to shine, finding a bit of a balance with benzoin, on a strong oud base. Vanilla is quite undetectable, very quietly sitting on the back of the whole composition.
This perfume brought me back a very vivid memory of my childhood that I hardly knew that it exist: when I was like 4 or 5 years old – I couldn’t even write or read – I used to go to our dinning room and open a wooden drawer where my father kept some vinyl records of his, his cigars and some plastic folders with lots of business papers on them. This is EXACTLY how it smell, I was never sure if this was a nice smell but it is all about memories, right?
*This review was written after several full wearings of the perfume and not just after smelling this on paper or on wrist.

A very refined oud fragrance containing real natural oud with creamy vanilla notes. I received two compliments on the same day wearing this and the high price is definitely worth it. It swings to the masculine side due to its smokiness. A must have for real oud fans and another masterpiece from MFK.

This is the only fragrance from Kurkdjian’s Oud collection that I really cannot wear. It creates a very heavy, thick, overwhelming cloud of smokey oud, benzoin and labdanum. Apparently there’s also some vanilla in the composition, but I honestly cannot detect it. As this is an extract du parfum, it is immensely bold and durable. Obviously, when creating this frag Kurkdjian was not thinking of the soft luxurious fabric, but of the Kashmir region in South Asia. Now, I’m not faint hearted and I happily wear the likes of Nasomatto Black Afgano, FM Noir Epices, Kurkdjian’s own Oud Silk Mood and other unisex (but actually rather masculine) powerhouses. However, this smokefest is too much even for me. I do admire perfume lovers who can actually rock this.

  21. :

    5 out of 5

Very smokey! At least it isn’t as overly (from a masculine perspective) feminine as some of the other MFK Oud offerings, but the campfire note predominates to the exclusion of all other notes. I’m a big fan of MFK in general but this is not my favorite.
This may be the ideal scent for lumbersexuals – bearded urban guys who want to appear more outdoorsy than they really are. It will make them smell like they have just returned from roasting meat over a campfire, meat from an animal they stalked, killed and gutted themselves. Whereas in reality they have just spent the last eight hours hunched over a laptop in Starbucks doing freelance social media marketing for $0.02 per like. This is their scent. But only if they save up.
UPDATE: After wearing one and a half sprays from a 2ml sample bottle on my hand for a few hours, I’ve washed it off. Actually scrubbed it off – four times, using liquid castile soap. This is some tenacious stuff! My hand still smells like I’ve been fighting wildfires in the Rocky Mountains. When in reality I’ve been sitting in front of a computer, editing my Fragrantica review instead of doing urgent work…

Great smoky, musky Oud with incredible longevity. If you have not already added an Oud to your collection, this one should be considered.

  23. :

    4 out of 5

edit: the longevity is astounding. it is clear even without knowing who made it that it was made by a professional and is of extremely high caliber. It gets all the money’s worth out of the oud it uses, for sure. Not pungent, so smokey, so unisex, so pure and lasting. Still reminds me of lapsang souchong tea like nothing else.

  24. :

    5 out of 5

I have smelled several samples of pure oud oil, and noticed that an oud is not an oud: each differs from the other. While rankings are on point about oud being the primary note in this fragrance, it is a very smokey oud. It reminds me of finnish (well, or lithuanian, where I am originally from) village saunas, or, even more so, of LAPSANG SOUCHONG TEA.
I am amazed at how little of this fragrance goes a long way. Despite being a fragrance lover, I am not all that sensitive to scents, I fear: I always want longer-lasting, stronger, more. So far–5 hours in–this seems to endure and has even grown stronger, which is surprising since I applied only one spray to four pulse points, rather than spraying all up and down my arms and torso as I usually do with fragrances, and then addding more to clothes. It is very smokey, very unisex. Despite its decent sillage and, so far, good longevity, it is by nature not eh kind of scent that I imagine would piss many people off and therefore safe to wear night or day, to work or elsewhere. It’s hard to imagine it being offensive; it doesn’t even smell the way most people associate human perfumes (vs just smells in the air, like campfires or wood branches) to smell like.
It is a little one-note, but that note is an erudite and complex one, if that makes sense. It is too complex to use for layering, for instance. On the other hand, it isn’t ornate or unique enough for me to be a signature: would I recognize it immediately in a sea of smells? I don’t know.
This oud is definitely more smoke, less incense. It’s very warm and not acrid nor biting. It works great with human skin and smells sophisticated and, for such a smokey woody scent, understated.

I recently purchased the MFK Oud Mood sampler set, knowing that I’d be swapping or selling this one because I’d sniffed them in Neiman’s. It was worth it to me because I like the four other perfumes in this line, but am not sure I want full bottles of them. This morning I decided to give Cashmere a try anyway just to see.
My first impression was “hmm, campfire.” Although the one spray I used was strong, I thought I could go with it for today to see if and how the scent changed. As the hours passed though, the scent seemed to grow rather than dissipate and became increasingly bitter and acrid. Tried to wash it off. Nope. Thought I might layer it with a fragrance I find too sweet, to tone it down. Nope. Next step is to take another shower and put on a fresh set of clothes, because I’m sure this will be lingering on the ones I’m wearing now.
I’ve been working my way through sampling most of the MFK perfumes and like a lot of them – a couple I’m even crazy about. One of the things I love most about them is how they change over time. This one, however, is very linear. I’m not getting any of the soft amber, leather or musky tones other reviewers mentioned. I also find it very masculine, and while I don’t usually care for overtly feminine fragrances, I just don’t think I can pull this one off.

I was able to get my hands on the Oud Mood Collection from Maison Francis Kurkdjan . I will do my best to give you an accurate review and description as much as possible . Hopefully this is helpful for any of you who are deciding upon which fragrance to get and also if any of them are worth the hefty price tag .
Cashmere Mood is different than what I expected it to be . it is incredibly smoky and a bit dry . there is a minimal amount vanilla and therefore a lack of any creamy, softness I expected from a “cashmere” vibe. It’s rather the opposite: sturdy, strong, deep and resinous. I do get a hefty amount of resin. one thing I do like about this is it does smell unique and different from any other Oud I have tested, and for that reason alone I feel it’s worth a try.
Definitely leans masculine. Women can wear with confidence.
    Sillage is moderate thus far.
    Longevity is enormous.
Oud from Laos, labdanum from Morocco, benzoin from Laos, and finished with vanilla. It can be envisioned as an office scent.
Woody oriental. Soft? Perhaps. Creamy? No.
Worth $375? Not to me. As you can tell, I prefer my ouds with a jamminess, sweetness, rose and/or current. Perhaps we’ll see with MFK Silk Mood.

A unique scent that will keep you wondering what is in it. It wears bold yet understated. Its is not in your face, or overpowering. Pleasant and wearable all day. Mellows down in 30 mins. The people who mentioned it opens intence, i agree, but wait for it to absorb on your skin. Watch MFK’s videos of how you should wear scents. This is made to react with your skins natural oils and heat. You cannot judge this on clothing or off the first 30 mins. Wear this for a day and you will be in love with it, as I am.
Can be worn by a woman, more of a masculine scent but i could see it go both ways. If you like it, wear it!
Its pricey at $375+tax for a 2.4oz, but your getting high quality.
I hope MFK makes another addition to the Mood collection, id like to see what he comes up with next.
Overall, a Buy to anyone who is intrested in something different and unique. A unique scent in the Oud sector as well.

Paper test: Interesting! Smoky and somewhat dirty. Comes off strong. I need to wear this on my skin…

  29. :

This is a strange, strong, in your face scent. It made me sick the first time I smelled it, but a few days later I put it on to see how it wore on skin. It is smoky, almost peaty, with a rubbery undertone that I typically hate, but here it works. It feels like I am wrapped in a wool blanket that was slept in by a man who had spent a winter day working outside in the woods and then fell asleep in front of a smoky hardwood fire. it gives me the same feeling I have when I used to steal my father’s t-shirts and sleep in them.

Horrible fragrance. What was a genius like MFK thinking. Guys this a bad juice. Synthetic piss Oud and balsam. Wow. Giving Oud a bad name. Please save your money. I have 50 ouds with me niche and non niche.

  31. :

    5 out of 5

Very smoky/oudy, a bit like Lapsang Souchong, with a subtle cat pee undertone, nice warm benzoin and subtle vanilla. This is probably the least soft of this series, I like it but I can see why some wouldn’t, and I can’t see myself wearing this though it’s interesting.
It could suit an outdoors event, bonfire night or ice skating maybe. I don’t see it as very cashmere-like though, I’m thinking more leather or fur, maybe that’s the labdanum, which always smells a bit horse saddle-ish to me.

  32. :

    3 out of 5

Extremely harsh scent. It smells like you set a pile of hair, rubber tires and plastic on fire. I’ve had over 20 people, male and female, smell a sample of this and not a single person liked it. I dislike it, as well.

Oud Cashmere Mood by Maison Francis Kurkdjian: Exquisite, Elegant, Dark, Mysterious and Exotic, what more can I ask for? This has all the emotional and mental markers I seek in a fragrance. A masterpiece in my senses.
Longevity was 12 plus hours, Sillage was Heavy, two more markers that plant this fragrance into my favorites list.
Two of my top ten favorite notes are in this fragrance, Oud and Labdanum. The two notes exhale a mysterious and exotic aura around it’s subject, cloaking him/her in luxurious, elegant and radiating darkness.
The other notes play veiled supporting roles to the two mega stars of the dark drama that is ‘Oud Cashmere Mood’.
An extremely well crafted fragrance, Bravo!

I just can’t stand the scent even after few hours. I don’t smell ANY oud in this.

    Here’s Why:
This is going to sound obscene but i smell like a sexy, oud covered band-aid.
Brilliantly balmy, medicinal and sometimes a little over the top.
This is a powerhouse, just when you think its starting to smell a little bit dried down, BOOM another cloud envelopes you. It’s the strangest thing.
Sillage & Longevity are out of control!
This is a weird one, but for Niche perfume addicts like me… You’ll love it!
Rubber, menthe?, oud & a skanky vanille.
    Well Played 🙂

This one reminds me so much of pure oud by kilian. The oud note is extremely similar. This one has a bit of dirty ashtray note that I find quite revolting at times…at other times it’s soothing. This one is a shape shifter for sure. For an extract, though, it doesn’t last to long on my skin. It’s my favorite of the 4 Oudcentric perfumes from MFK, but I didn’t like it enough to buy a bottle after my sample was used.

this is a challenging scent, for sure. it borders on noxious at time, and others it’s hard to take.
imagine your own, unique range of ‘acceptability’ with regards to scent. some scents are awesome all the time, others are good some days and bad the next. this particular scent sits uncomfortably on the fence. it’s amazing sometimes and gag-reflex activating the others. the medicinal / band-aid oud is high and present. it blends well with the benzoin and labdenum to create an accord that is in tune with the oud. the vanilla isn’t all that detectable, but it adds a ‘top’ in this otherwise ‘heart-note heavy’ perfume.
look, maybe i’m smelling this on a bad day, but by and large this is RIDICULOUSLY niche, in that niche perfume fans will be able to wear it on niche occasions in niche moods. man…

i had it off smelling common and repetitive kind of niche perfumes, specially from Kurkdjian as i never liked anything but his Absolue Pour Le soir fragrance. mostly all other fragrances of his are quite aquatic and nothing near niche, it’s like im spraying water.
before 2 days & after few phone chats with a seller i know from a niche brands shop (which he knows my taste of fragrances) i’ve asked him a simple question that i always ask niche perfume sellers: my questions was “which are the most challenging perfumes that you could even sell”! he mentioned few including Frapin 1697. then within our talks he mentioned Kurkdjian OUD perfume and he said “because it’s expensive & around 395$ that’s why not everyone buys it”. to be honest and from my knowledge of Kurkdjian, i was kind of shocked for a while knowing that his perfumes doesn’t worth that amount of money per ml! so i’ve decided to sample it the next day.
i found out that they were 4 OUD fragrances for Kurkdjian. by order i’ve tried:
    1+ Silk OUD
    2+ Velvet OUD
    3+ Cashmere OUD
    4+ OUD
the first 2 were quite good and very acceptable, but once i’ve reached the 3rd “Cashmere OUD” i was stunned by the individuality that it helds. it wasn’t Cashmere Wool, it is something like plastic bags essence that you can smell in factories once it’s just out from production & ready to be used, worm and super fresh plastic wrappers mixed up with a hint of something should be called oud but not oud, something gives the effect to feel it’s oud. the female who helped me with it said that she loves it in autumn season while i would use it all year long if it lasts long. it’s quite unique and quite strong as on the top note. and i wish it will last long.
and btw, none of them smell like Oud at all to be honest 🙂
Edit (13th Dec 2017) This isn’t oud, as i said it before and i am saying it again, oud isn’t medicinal, oud is most likely animalic while this one is metallic with doses of benzoin and lapdanum. Still fair.

First time I smelled this perfume 4 months ago, I really hate this fragrance.
Falling in love with its sweet rose scent, 2 months ago I decided to buy the Silk Mood after I got a tester of it, but still a big NO for this one.
Happens that 2 weeks ago, I helped my friend to take this sample since she curious about it by spraying it into a small vial to be sent to her. Some of it was spilled into my fingers..
As I went home, I keep sniffing my fingers and the more I smell this frag, the more I like it. Until today I decided to buy a bottle to pamper my nose.
I admit I’m quite new in Frag, and OUD is really something new for me, as I tried to avoid ozonic and woody scent, so I always include OUD on my black list..
Maybe that’s why I couldn’t really enjoy it that time. I think it just need some time for people who haven’t tried Oud before.
I’d recommend to whoever never tried oud before, try to sniff this one for some period of time, then you’ll find a pleasure from it.. 🙂
For projection, No comment yet, but for longevity, its as even more awesome than the Silk Mood one. I sprayed around 10 hours ago in the store, and now I still can smell it faintly on my wrist, even after shower and countless of hand washing!

Amazing, amazing, amazing! Very pungent Oud which is quickly softened by notes of amber and vanilla. To be honest this is what Halston Amber man would smell like in the niche world. Longevity is superb, surprisingly this isn’t as potent as Montale. I think cashmere was the right word to depict this. I have Halston Amber and a few montales I think I can blend them to get the same scent. But that shouldn’t detract you from trying this beauty

I felt I had to do a re write of my original review, although it’s pretty accurate. The quality of this fragrance is undeniable, the ingredients used are of superb and the Oud from Laos which Francis uses in this line has a distinctive quality in my opinion. The labdanum is atomic in strength and the smokey dry down is so intense, complex, forever changing and projects insanely. Its quite amazing how it retains the sharp resinous qualities of the opening for hours constantly flipping between that and a darker smokey woody feel.
I wore it today (a very minimal application I might add) I had a CRAZY sillage trail, everywhere I went I was very conscious of how I smelled. My girlfriend who adores Oud and this one was no different in fact she especially loved it. However, after spending a day with me she said it was too much and I have to say I agree. I had this down in my hate pile to begin with, simply because I found it so extreme and medicinal in the opening but once you let it dry down its a stunning scent, a showstopper really.
Too expensive and barely wearable to add to my collection but a truly amazing piece of work, facets of this fragrance are spellbinding…check it out if you can, doesn’t translate on a card so try it on your skin.

not as potent as velvet mood, but the oud is still quite rampant here. it is indeed calmed momentarily by the balsamic benzoin, but not by much. expertly put-together, and very artistic in nature, but it’s probably too strong to be worn in an office or something like that. it’s amazingly potent, i must say. longevity and sillage are epic…smells wonderful but i don’t know where i could wear it…

The following review is really for my notes only, its very brief and leaves out a ton of details. Im just typing something that I remember each by. Im sure I will disrespect someones favorite fragrance too.
    Very medicinal oud.

One of the most offensive scents that I’ve tried in a long time. I almost exclusively go for niche wood, spicy scents but this is one is just all around terrible IMO. I don’t sense any oud – perhaps it’s using a synthetic approximation? It just smells like rubber to me. Unfortunately, this is a scrubber.
