Usually fragrances with neroli are way too artificial or sharp at the point that they saturate my nostrils.
But Naranjo en flor is like a delicate homage to the orange flower, as if the buds just opened and they release a shy green/citrus scent in the air.
The mimosa is a loyal companion in this composition, giving a green almost herbal heart to this composition, making it more interesting.
The orange appears afterwards as if this was the story of a tree, from the green twigs to the blooms and finally the fruit.
This is not a typical neroli or orange fragrance. The mimosa is quite strong, so keep that in mind.

Naranja en Flor (Armonias Collection): Neroli, mimosa, petitgrain. Upon application, somewhat medicinally sweet… and then Ohhhhh MY! With a velvet whip, mimosa tames the petitgrain into a breath of air edged in green. This retreats to create an ethereal atmosphere for the neroli to bud, blossom, and possibly explode if not for the gentle but firm hand of the mimosa. After a couple of hours, everything blends into a sophisticated cloud of gardenia. Now that’s great for gardenia lovers, but I am not one of them. Sooooooo disappointed that the neroli couldn’t stand up to the mimosa. This seemed to happen just as the petitgrain lost its edge. Perhaps it needed to be finely serrated, or grown baby teeth to lock onto its space. However, the longevity and sillage on this one is tremendous… and hard to wash off.
