Muqdisho Xamar by Abdul Karim Al Faransi is a Oriental Woody fragrance for women and men. This is a new fragrance. Muqdisho Xamar was launched in 2016. The nose behind this fragrance is Anthony Abdul Karim Marmin. Top notes are cactus, vetiver and aloe vera; middle notes are red myrrh and amber; base notes are white musk, agarwood (oud) and sandalwood.

This attar has a very green musk feel to it, the signature musk of Abdul Karim is definitely here, that lush clean musk. Sweet, green, airy and musky, perfect for spring time. In the dry down I start to get more of the myrrh and sandalwood without losing the musky feel. It smells very clean and fresh, a simple yet beautiful composition, very easy to like. Longevity around 6h with soft to moderate sillage.
