Description
ILLUSTRATED SERIES
Olfactive inspiration:
Botanical illustrations, powerful natural essences and extraordinary molecules.
The starting point of illustrated series is not a narrative or memory to be translated into each fragrance. The creative process itself becomes the lead. Oliver leaves out any preconceived idea on the results and focuses on the elements of the olfactive inspiration of the series. The idea is modifying, exploring with no creative bounds, giving a new identity to natural ingredients, within an abstract process, which can start on a natural essence, a botanical illustration, or the smell of a molecule.
Graphics:
Each fragrance includes an illustration created by Spanish artist Jose Manuel Hortelano.Hortelano interprets Oliver’s olfactive fantasies through an image for every fragrance: pieces of visual, olfactory and emotional memories. From his fascination for laboratory instrumental to the synthetic smells and the innocence of wild flowers.

Sadly induces a massive headache for me. I really should love this, but it’s what I would call much too strong. Anybody who knows me will get how much of an odd statement for me to say.
vaduny225 – :
I was so intreagued by all the reviews that I ordered samples of various Oliver & Co fragrances. So far I’ve tried Ambergreen, Resina and Mousse II. Out of the three Mousse II is the one I like least. It gives off a strong spicy vibe of nutmeg and clove. On my skin it smells very much like Loewe 7 / Cacharel pour Homme. It has more staying power than those two but is too similar to them for me to buy a full bottle.
agent5339 – :
similar to MOUSSE but this one is much fresh and bright due to the mint scent. I prefer MOUSSE II cause it is not too dry and the scent of mint.
JarogreaceLag – :
So fresh and spicy, with good longevity. The cloves dominate but cardamom plays a nice supporting role. Realistic and true through the drydown.

Unfortunately, on me, this smells like citrus-fresh cleaning product mixed with a chemical-heavy “Cool Water”…and a bit of “Febreeze” mixed in.
Lasting power is adequate at roughly 5 or so hours on freshly moisturized skin in a central heating environment. Sillage is moderate at roughly arms length.
This smelled much more promising out of the tester, but unfortunately, something in this doesn’t “play well” with my skin. Can’t win ’em all.

MOUSSE II is pretty much same with MOUSSE, but with added menthol. I like MOUSSE 100% more.
MOUSSE II has the same warm-clove quality, but it is covered with loads of menthol (not mint!) Therefore it makes the composition to appear fresh on the outside. Due to this menthol note MOUSSE II also seems more masculine than feminine.
Unfortunately it also lacks depth and staying power as the clove has been toned down very much, after 5 hours it pretty much is a skin scent where you have to try hard to feel the scent upon your skin.

Mint mint and mint added to the fragrance MOUSSE.
That completely destroyed the projection in the fragrance and removes all its originality as a fence in front of a valley.
As against this is a pretty hyper fresh mint but who break the impressions of spaces and the poetry of MOUSSE.
The only successful fragrance with mint I’ve ever smell, I like it but it pales in comparison.
