Mango is fresh, subtle and not too sweet scent of juicy mango.
Mangoes are one of the most popular tropical fruits. It’s been grown in India since before 2000 B.C.. In fact, in Indian Vedic literature the Mango is spoken of as a blessed transformed creature. From India the fruit was spread by the Portuguese who took to Africa in the 17th century. By the 18th century it reached Brazil and the Caribbean. And in the 19th century; Mexico, Florida and Hawaii. A young tree will bear fruit after four years. There is a folk belief in India that pouring milk and treacle around these young trees makes the fruit sweeter.

I love mangos so I blind bought this perfume off Amazon and regret it! I swear mine went bad it smells like rotten mangos and horse dung! Seriously I have never had a Demeter perfume smell so wrong! Other fruit ones like grapefruit are great but this one is going in the trash can! I am so disappointed! My other blind buy for mango nectar by Malie smells like juicy fruit gum which at least is wearable at home.

Oh dear. This is not mango at all. It’s very like the bizarre smell of feet you get from Hero brand peach jam, which doesn’t taste of feet but for some reason that odd cheesy smell is there just before you taste sweet peach. Well this is like that, ramped up like you don’t want it to be. Maybe this is one of those things that has to be used in practically homeopathic dosages otherwise it’s disgusting. Because this smelt dreadful :/

Woah! How could I dislike Mango? Love the fruit, smells great and this to be fair to Demeter, does smell like Mango. Unfortunately, I don’t find it natural really it’s pretty horrible, syrupy and just not something I want to smell like. Something goes very wrong when it touches my skin. When it dries down it just disappears which is a good thing…Mango is inexplicably poor.
I love tropical flavours but this one deserves to be marooned.

Smells 100% of mango, not synthetic at all, smells just like the real thing, delicious! Scent doesn’t last long but the small bottle is perfect for throwing in your handbag to re-apply through the day, reasonable price too.
