This is a fragrance from an emerging French perfumer (Samuel Akata) who has offered it as an exclusive through Jovoy. I fell in love with it on first sniff. It is high quality and very complex and masculine with each note detectable. If you have struggled with incense fragrances, this one may change your mind…the leather and cedar with light musk really balance well the incense, amber and oud. To me this is like a slightly sweeter version of Profumum Roma Arso with leather and musk instead of smoke, and less projection. The drydown is also very similar to Black Afgano. I am still exploring this one, and will add more of a review after a few days of wear. Longevity is good (I get 6+ hours) and projection at least moderate. So far I am loving it.
