This was my “signature scent” in middle school. I thought it smelled sooo good, thank goodness my tastes changed. Definitely a young fragrance. Of what I recall it was very floral with just a touch of fruit. I suppose the cherry blossom is the main note here. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone now, but to each their own.

I have it 3 rd day and me and my friends really love it. At first smell it smells like if you would come from a fresh fruit shower. 1 note is apricot and than light fresh blossom.notes.
For that ammount and price a good deal

It just reminds me of some cheap air fresher frequently used in old cars. The first moment I smelled it, I literally get sick….(I have a car sickness)
I have no idea why this one is so popular…It has very artificial and cheap smell.

I remember back in the 2000s this was amazing and popular. Now it smells like rotten fruits and Pee.

Smells like disgustingly sweet cherries, berries and urine.

On me this smells like a mixture of peach and black currant leafs.
A very powerful scent to be only a bodymist. Or maybe I am overdozing?
    I really like it <3

A very pretty, girly scent. I liked it but never used it much, so I passed it on.

I hate VS fragrances. They are cheap and overrated yet expensive. I’m also not into body splashes. For what it’s worth. For what this is its not bad. It’s something I wore in high school. It became over kill because I smelled this literally on so many adults and teenagers. All wearing the same scent it wasn’t worth keeping around. I will say this scent is one of a kind. The notes come off indescribable to me. It’s an original scent.

Like bathing in a bowl of fruity pebbles. It will always have a soft spot in my heart though, as I joined every other teen in the early 2000s by dowsing myself with this potion!

I don’t know what it is about this that I like so much. I detest floral-y, powdery scents. This isn’t excessively either one of those to me. I have the body mist and wear it sometimes after an evening shower, sitting on the porch in my robe & slippers, watching the sun set behind the horses in the pasture. It just feels good.

I think every teenage girl wore this in the early 2000s.
This will always remind me of walking by the popular girls’ lockers in middle school, just before lunch. I was always hungry. Now whenever I smell it I feel hungry. Scent is a strange beast.

In my early 20’s I wore this all the time. I went to the store on night when I was going out and the cashier said “Wow you smell amazing!”. I said “Thanks, it’s called Love Spell”. He said “It is! It is a love spell!”

Downtown in a throng of people one Halloween in the early/mid 2000s a guy grabbed me by the shoulders, throttled me slightly, made terrifying eye contact like he was about to deliver his last words before a poisoning death, and gasped “Love spell!”
I guess he recognized the fragrance.
Can’t blame him, I always have and always will absolutely love Love Spell. I don’t care if people think it’s a “teen fragrance”. What does that even mean, scents don’t come with age resctictions.
I will continue to have it in my fragrance rotation until I die (if VS keeps making it) recently they have discontinued the perfume versions of all their “fantasies” (formeraly secret garden) and now they are available only as body mists. Which annoys the holy heck out of me. These are some of the only scents I’ve come across that don’t smell like generic “perfume”
For me I can totally pick out the fruity tones in this.
I see why some people think it’s too sharp because there is a definite acidic smell in there. But I like it. It’s not so acidic as to be barf-like.

Can’t tolerate this, period. I accidentally got sprayed with it while shopping in VS two years ago and suffered *mightily* for it. Took me forever to get it off my arm, and had the most noxious, suffocating impact on me. Couldn’t even have told you what was in it, unless ‘tacky’ is now a fragrance additive.

I mean no harm to anyone who enjoys this thoroughly, and I would not complain if someone was wearing this strongly in close proximity, however I am not a fan.
If the word “syrupy” had a smell, it would be Love Spell. I am not one to turn my nose up at cheaper fragrances, but this one just misses the mark for me. I smell fruit, but it’s not blaring “peach”. I smell floral, but it doesn’t scream “peony”. It all just kind of runs together into a sweet blob. To my nose, anyway.
I will say that the fragrance is unmistakable. You know exactly what it is when you smell it and I think it’s probably a crowd splitter. I say try it to see what side of the fence you stand on.

Got this online based on reviews. Was expecting something else. I can smell NO peach in it at all. This is Pure Seduction with a bit of a harsh nasty zing at the end. Thank goodness there is mostly Pure Seduction in the afternotes.

I can’t be the only person who hates Love Spell really much. Whenever I smell it on anyone it makes me want to throw up. It smells so cheap and doesnt even last long more than 25 minutes…

This smells of sweet tarts, smarties, and violets. Who hasn’t worn this at one point in their life? It’s a recognizable scent. Even the guys around you will know it by name.
