Shooting iris and osmanthus mix followed by some citrus (lemon mostly). Some cedar comes in within few seconds.
Like most of iris fragrances, the charm of iris tend to vanish bit by bit leaving the osmanthus on top with some cedar.
It is fair but still, dealing with iris needs sharp skills, and if you don’t know how to, then you’ll end up doing this fragrance and Naomi’s “Iris Cendre” as both mentioned fragrances demolishes iris within 5 to 7 minutes. Besides, 150+ Euro for this doesn’t worth it, 70 Euro would be a reasonable price, otherwise, nope.

The initial blast of bergamot, pink pepper and lemon always surprises me. I can’t say I love it at that point but after it is what hooked me in. Thankfully it doesn’t last long and develops into a wonderful mix of the orris concrete and suede leather.
The musk here is comforting, which added to the suede and orris pacifies me, lulling me to feel relax and be one with it. After the juicy top notes, the mid and base notes are really satisfying for me, I feel like I want to do yoga and start meditating when using this one. Sometimes patchouli in fragrances turns me off in fragrances but here where I feel its darker, I don’t mind it as much.
I feel this is suited for night time use and colder weather. Longevity is great, I sprayed it before heading to work and I can still smell it after work, albeit its a skin scent by that time. Projection is good but not overpowering.
