As far as cheapie French drugstore perfumes go, this one is a keeper. It’s a nice, coconut-y, surf and sand day at the beach perfume. It does smell like an island vacation or getaway. While Laurence Dumont’s Les Senteurs Gourmands is widely available in the U.S., his “I’m Free” line is impossible to find. It’s a pity because they are inexpensive and quite nice. This is sweet and sugary light fresh summery gourmand. Perfect for lazy days at the beach…regardless of which side of the Atlantic you’re on.
