I thought that this one had a cardamom note, because the opening is very spicy and creamy and typical of this essence. Gourmandise seems familiar, but i don’t know which fragrance it resembles. It has a vanillic and spicy aura at first, which projects more intense at the first hours. After this part fades, it turns into a musky scent with an indistinct distant floral echo on my skin. I think it’s, after the first moments, safe to the office, a pleasant scent quite harmonious but a little bit faceless i guess.

This entry in the Maison des Rêves trio of “mixable” fragrances (the inside of the box top reads “combina!”) is rather sweet but quite a bit more complex than most analogous scents. The sweetness level is typical of celebrity launches, but instead of falling apart and smelling gross after the initial burst of sugar spray, this creation reveals some interesting florality. Among the notes are listed hibiscus and orchid and ylang. There is also an intriguing ambergris-like texture to the drydown.
The leather is quite subtle and not independently detectable by nose. Nor do the cinnamon or vanilla scream out for recognition. I rather like this sophisticated blend and wonder why someone would want to combine it with anything else. If it’s not insipid, don’t mix it!

This has the opening notes of coconut too, but different Mousse au Cafe, Coco does not predominate, it just gives a creamy gooseberry, this rather predominating with the characteristic aroma reminiscent ammonia (smell of hair dye) not being so poignant is clear, and sweeter, but still in a slight stinging nostrils.
Thirty to forty minutes later, the aroma of blackcurrant softens, it is still possible to feel it, but now it is lighter. In here, you do not have notes of coffee, aroma sense resembles a resinous coffee with vanilla and floral notes. Aroma spectacular after the smell of ammonia softens, being even better than the mousse au Cafe, but despite it being unisex, I think it would be best if used by women.
The cinnamon, leather and musk not showed on my skin, and just as the Mousse au Cafe it is linear, moving just a little more. Fixing median also 5-6 hours, this projection is better too, but should be discreet.
