Watch the video on these three unique “colognes” -it’s set in the most amazing garden which is a pool surrounded by high walls with roses growing on them and features a gap toothed supermodel. Just awesome. This smells like roses, period, without too much interference. I love it

Well..this to me, is a true rose scent, always nice to see a rose fragrance that is not one mingling with any fruits or other florals; just a basic true (soft) rose scent….So that is nice.
However, it’s sad downfall is very poor sillage and longevity. I like many, many of Aerin’s fragrances, but am always disappointed with the weak sillage and the fragrance being gone in 30 minutes. This is lovely, just very weak. But this seems to be the standard for me with Aerin frag’s; sadly while I find them all “nice,” no little girl candy-bombs, and the fragrances themselves always seem very “safe,” they all unfortunately seem to have poor longevity and sillage for me…I suppose it is nice, if that is what you want, and I guess it is nice to fill that need…Not everything has to be 12+hour power-bombs, right? Might be nice for somone wanting to take baby-steps into the rose scent of fragrances.
Meh…this is indeed “nice”. Certainly nothing earth-shattering nor ground-breaking. Not synthetic or cloying at all, so that’s a good thing. If you have a remotely large fragrance collection, you might be bored with this one. I suggest testing this one first, especially if you want/need/prefer a fragrance with all day longevity.

Use only in big bottles, this is truly beautiful, a rose cologne for ladies, it already sounds good and promising, and it smells good too. It is not just a rosy fruity water, but a voluptious red and deep rose, but in cologne. It is not very strong, but it should not be since it is a refreshing cologne. For those who appreciate roses.

I have been testing rose perfumes, and this one arrived today in rollerball form. I ran it around my wrist, and got a very faint rose scent, and I do mean faint. Thinking perhaps the fragrance had not dispensed, I rolled it around until my wrist was wet, then smelled. Yes, it is a rose, a very languid, pale, watery rose. A rose in the mist, blink and it’s gone. Several times today I’ve reapplied and tried to get scent out of this rollerball, but it’s barely there when wet and leaves nothing when dried. It is molecules of scent. Perhaps a trained dog would know it was there, but certainly your lover won’t. I just tried again to give it one last chance, my 5th reapplication,but a neighbor’s barbecue overpowers what is on my arm. I can smell somebody else’s meat cooking – but not the perfume I just put on my arm.
Maybe if this was a big splash bottle, where you could cup your hands and really go for it, I’d have a different opinion (but not for the price). As it stands, all I can say is the rose seems right,I mean what scent there is smells like rose, but it’s too weak to bother. I may regift to a perfume beginner but not for any scent lover. I also don’t think this is my skin chemistry, I think it’s formulation but I’ll be interested to see if I’m wrong.
Any rosewater is stronger than this. If a child made perfume for you, by putting rose petals in a jug of water, this is what you’d get. It is nothing but an expensive disappointment. Don’t waste your money.

This promisses rose, and rose is what it offers.
A beautiful, very realistic rose. Very romantic, very delicate, very versatile. There is nothing remotely cosmetic, sweet, old-fashioned in this rose.
But…so weak, so fleeting, that I must stick my nose to the carboard to barely detect something. Half an hour later is almost gone. This has the same sillage and lasting power that rosewater.
The 160 € that in my country are asking for a large bottle are not, in my opinion, justified.
