This is very nice.. I this it will perform better in hot summer days. This is basically more of an acknowledgment to it than a review.. will write an update eventually.

The quality of this fragrance is far inferior to Lutens; don’t be fooled by the comparisons to Bois Oriental. This is a run of the mill fruity-woody scent. It dries down very quickly to a sweet sandalwood-amber combination. Though it’s not listed in the notes, I get a sugary benzoin accord in the drydown that reminds me very much of the drydown of Givenchy Pi.

In the male line of the firm- for my taste- is the best one, very reminiscent of Bois Lutens line.
It’s fresh, spicy with amber very cozy, and very good price for the liquid of which we speak. Very wearable, men and women, throughout the year. It is an EDT but has enough permanence, at least on my skin.
