Description

After summer versions and editions Aqua Fahrenheit and Fahrenheit Absolute, creators of the house offer a new, even more intense version this year – by introducing the latest addition, FAHRENHEIT LE PARFUM.

The latest version FAHRENHEIT LE PARFUM has arrived on the market at the beginning of January 2014 and provides a characteristic harmony of contrasts. The fragrance was created by perfumer of the house of Dior, Francois Demachy who accentuates oriental-leathery side of the composition and states: “I did not want to create a caricature of Fahrenheit fragrance which already has an assertive composition. Instead, I followed the original structure by adding elements that enrich the story and highlight its atypical personality.” For composition Fahrenheit Le Parfum very rare, natural ingredients were selected which would accentuate and follow in sensual way hot leather and oriental rhythm woven with shades. .

The composition opens with the most intense note so far, suede, accompanied by Sicilian mandarin and sweet liquorice root. Heart of the composition provides a new blend of aromas by mixing violet leaf absolute and rum absolute spiced with coriander and caraway. Base of the perfume introduces Bourbon vanilla absolute that highlights beauty of the ingredients, ensures stability, warms and cuddles the skin.

Fahrenheit Le Parfum arrives in characteristic flacon form whose glass is iridescent in shades from ink black, over crimson to bright, sunny yellow shade. One can find it as 75ml in perfume concentration.

Perfume that tastes like candy. When it is sprayed it seems to take a shower with vanilla. If they wanted to damage the words “Fahrenheit” they succeeded.

i disliked it because mandarin was too acid and strong, but i am using now it because it literally change with weather… it smells so nice for now and i am glad i didn’t throw away it after first smell. i judged this too early. as a lover of sweet fragrances, my vote is 8.5/10

I was sceptic 1st, comparing Fahrenheid edt with the Parfum version. Also got the 1988 vintage mini version to compare it with (that one blew me away but out of this time imo). After wearing the Parfum version, more and more I came to see why it is soooo good in the fall. The Violet Leaf, the RUM! And that epic Vanilla dry down. I could smell my Self the whole day long. To me this is a no brainer voor man above 30.
Good for work also. Gym maybe. Outdoor big plus. Romantic night, np.
    10/10 imo

Smells nice, but to me it dries down to a leathery Dior Homme Eau. I’ts nice, but not anything particularly special.

All Dior “75ml Parfum editions” were considered Le Parfum, some have it in the name, some do not.
To add, interestingly Fahrenheit Le Parfum testers have Parfum name below Fahrenheit name while normal bottles do not.

Where did the ‘Le’ come from in the name?
    Maybe it is a mistake.

I have a few bottles that I bought approx 5 years ago and I honestly lasts all day and projects like crazy. No way is this a skin scent for the older batches.

  8. :

mainly vanilla, with a violet and rum backbone, the combo of violet and rum comes across a little Oud like. Close to the skin on me but smells great and lasts all day.

vanilla, violet leaf and leather that translates to an almost Byredo oud accord, lovely and strong but didn’t last long on me. I did wear it in summer though and was sweating.

The real sun eclipse. First fragrance in the Fahrenheit line that performs to prove the bottle gradient. It starts within citrus and violet scorched by rum and ends within burned dark spicy vanilla. From orange to black. Most beautiful fragrance life cycle.

    @c4.sub
Yes it should be, the same formula code means it should be absolutely the same juice as the first batches, meaning using the same ingredients and same amounts.
It is a super quality scent, easily a niche level quality in a designer bottle, just like Dior Homme Parfum. Fahrenheit Le Parfum is a stunning scent with superb performance, but DHP is even stronger in performance, being one of the strongest perfumes ever, specially in designers realm.
Some people complain about bad performance or smelling differently, probably bought online and a big chance they bought a diluted original or a fake or even a gone bad bottle that have been stored in worst possible conditions.
    Enjoy.

I recently purchased this, 2018 as per batch code with the same formulation code 08175/A. So I guess, this is not yet reformulated?
Excellent fragrance guys. Lasting power is awesome easily 12+ hours. I have first tried this on a test strip together with Dior Homme Parfum and Fahrenheit Le Parfum is overpowering DHP on the projection as I put them both on a table and I can smell Fahrenheit on my bed which is about 5 feet away from the table. It really projects. Try this on skin, I did not like it first when I tried it on the paper strip.
    10/10 fragrance!

    @simpa256
Bottles from 2014 and 2017 have exact same formulation code (formula code), so they should be exactly the same. Unless in late 2017 it was changed and late 2017 batches would have different formula code, showcasing a reformulation.

Reformulated in 2017 due to the restrictions on some ingredients. Not discontinued.

I almost made a terrible mistake by reviewing a fragrance before wearing it….
Once I received this in the mail, I immediately sprayed this on a tester card. I was less than pleased.
This was a violet overload. No Vanilla. Maybe a hint of leather. It was 99% floral. I was confused to say the least.
The moment I was about to review it, I sprayed in on the back of my hand…..WOW. What a difference…..
On my hand I get the Dior Fahrenheit DNA along with violet, and a hint of burnt/black leather. As it dries down, I am getting TONS of vanilla and boozy leather. I almost get a small similarity of Dior Homme in there somewhere.
This is absolutely a more refined version of the original.
I literally just ordered the original as I love the daringness and boldness along with the absurd masculinity that comes with it.
I think theres room for both bottles in your collection.
    OVERALL:
    – Boozy, vanillic, leathery, floral, masculine
Bottom line – Never judge a fragrance until you put it on your skin. I might update the more I wear it. So glad I bought it.

Dior Le Parfum is the same for me as Paris.Every time I smell this fragrance,I think of my wonderful vacation in Paris. Nothing returns a nice memory like a scent.
I bought Le Parfum at the Champs-Élysées in Paris, quite not planned in hurry.I did not make a mistake, this is a top scent,in my opinion, the most beautiful boozy perfume.
Deep, dark, warm, elegant, just like the night in Paris.
The longevity on my skin is 20+ hours, the projection is not strong but it feels good.
I always get a compliment, this is a perfume that definitely leaves the impression.
    8.5/10

I feel people with simpler noses can smell diesel in it. If you don’t like it perhaps stick to Lynx?
It is gorgeous. Deep, sensual, almost edible. Beautiful iso E super. It gives perfumes that velvety feel – you can almost touch it in the air.
    And longevity…
Sometimes i smell it on the car seat belt shared with my partner. Reminds me of olden days Chanel products which ooze out of shirts when ironed after wash. Not anymore though.
I wonder if Dior is the last company which still keeps the quality above greed?

The Parfum got me interested in a total Fahrenheit experience. The new bottle is well proportioned and betrays the solidness of the fragrance. The vanilla gives it warmth, underscored by spices; when compared to Fahrenheit Absolute it is linear, wanting a bit of brightness; in Absolute there are more radiant petrol and flower notes. So I own both in order to layer them as suggested in a previous comment.

I had this for two years now in my collection and I can easily say this is one of the best designer fragrance out there. The quality is on same level as niche fragrances even better than many niche scents on the market
    Quality 10/10
    Performance 10/10
    Highly recommend

@Lomasfuerte maybe you have a fake bottle lol although probably not. If they have the same formulation code on the box then it hasn’t been reformulated. Maybe one of your bottles was stored badly. I’ve yet to see any new formulation codes.
I have a 2013 bottle and a 2017 both have the same formulation codes. So does the 2018 bottle in store.
    @Mark0 knows too 🙂

Oh man, words can’t describe this Gem.
    This is work of art.
Original fahrenheit is my father’s signature scent since i was a kid but i’ve never smelled le parfum till yesterday. Today I bought it, this is even better than original which is already a masterpiece. I expected it to be more intense and heavy but it is much smoother and sexier than original because of Vanilla i guess.vanilla makes it so beautiful, But it’s not a typical pleasent fragrance and it’s not for everybody.
One of those fragrances that you will never forget even if you smelled it once.

I have a 2014 and a 2017,and the 2014 is almost unbearable at the opening,2017 is lighter and don’t last or project like 2014.
    Test them several times.
    So is been reformulated

  25. :

Kinda reminds me of Le Labo Patchouli 24 has that smoky vanilla bourbon campfire vibe but not as camp firey… I love it… it’s much sweeter, but also has a nice spice to it, very dark, mysterious… I don’t really get the violet note… this is a more mature scent for mature men who like cougars, because cougars love this stuff… they’re like deer to salt….lol J/K, was starting to go Ron Burgundy on this post “ It sears the nostrils” …. Love it though

  26. :

    3 out of 5

Lomasfuerte, I’ve smelt both versions and own a recent bottle…both version perform the same on me. They smell identical.
This hasn’t been reformulated, it had been it would have been more readily available, it’s not the easiest fragrance to get hold of.

  27. :

Great perfume close to the original
This is great boozie vanilla and Violet
    But sadly is been reformulated
    I have a 2014 and a 2017
The 2014 bottle is so strong deep and robust at the opening really long lasting
2017 is really water down so sad
Come on Dior you just keep fucking with our perfumes let and right

Fragrance -Fahrenheit Le Parfum Christian Dior
    Bottle from – 2017
Fahrenheit Le Parfum is a masculine, powerfully, dark and mysteriously attractive scent of the night. This is a story about a warm, spicy and boozy vanilla with an astonishing touch of violet leaf and suede.
Fahrenheit Le Parfum has some similarities to the original Fahrenheit, but he took a bit different approach.I would say a sweeter, more refined, more appealing, more playful and more wicked approach.
    Longevity – 10/10(10+ hours)
Silage/Projection – 8,5/10(heavy projection and silage for the first 3-4 hours)
Weather -best in early spring, autumn and winter
    Age – 30+
    Compliments – 7/10
    Scent – 8,5/10
    Main notes according to me – vanilla,rum,violet leaf,suede, licorice,mandarin,spices.
The drydown is moderatly sweet, warm and boozy and I get some -vanilla,woodiness,spices,patchouli and suede.
    Emotions -dark,masculine,mysteriously attractive,warm, wicked,scent of the night.
Occasion -perfect for nights out and semi-formal events.
Don’t blind buy this one.Try before you buy.

Have sampled this fragrance (for nostalgia’s sake) and Sauvage Parfum earlier today. The latter may be outperforming Fahrenheit le Parfum in terms of potency, but the former is such a fantastic fragrance! I’ve been in love with it since the year of its release. My ultimate favorite Dior fragrance is Cuir Cannage, but Fahrenheit le Parfum in my opinion deserves its place in Dior’s own La Collection Privée line as well (it’s that good, imho, plus it would even make it a little more affordable per ounce considering Privee line pricing) and I’d happily opt for a larger bottle than a mere 2,5 ounces. Liquid divinity bottled.

  31. :

    3 out of 5

I was never a big fan of the original Dior Fahrenheit but Le Parfum sounded a lot better and I finally got around to sampling it.
As advertised, it’s heavy and sweeter and works better as a purely cold weather scent. It still gives off the pseudo-gasoline vibe of the original while combining it more sensibly with sweeter elements that contrast the harshness and create something different, perhaps contradictory, that nonetheless seems more interesting and wearable.
Note-wise, it consists of the sharper violet and birch contrasted with the earthy patchouli and vetiver and more notably the sweet rum, vanilla, and resins. It’s quite the combination, as all of these varying elements play well together.
I do not experience significant evolution in the fragrance, though predictably it’s a little harsher in the opening and more subtle in the dry down. It seems to perform very well overall.
Fahrenheit Parfum seems widely available on the secondary market, though it’s currently sold out on both Notino and FragranceNet, indicating that remains popular several years after release.
I quite like it, especially relative to the original Fahrenheit, but not quite to the point that I’m inclined to purchase it. I’ll be curious to see what Fahrenheit Absolute is like.

I just bought a 2017 bottle and opened it this morning. My decant from back 2014 was much more strong and boozy. As MarkMark stated, my bottle’s formulation is the same 08175/A. But what do they mean by formulation? Is this term means same notes and the same concentration? I dont think so. Notes are the same, smell is the same but not the concentration. My old 2014 decant was so strong and boozy, when I spray it on, cant inhale deeply, strong rum burns my nose but its not the same issue with the new one. It smells rounded and there is no depth to it. Sad story

I’m a huge fan of the original Fahrenheit and I had to try that one. They share some DNA but gone is the petrol fumes opening. There is a similarity with the violet leaf but Fahrenheit parfum stands on its own. I get a warm boozy scent with some leather thrown in. The vanilla is fairly discreet and just adds some smoothness to the mix. Doesn’t project as much as DHP, it’s not a sillage monster but it does last over 12h and will stay on clothes for longer. This is very well blended and smooth, very classy and masculine, recommended age is 30+ imo. My girlfriend really likes this one.

This stuff is so PLAYER!!! I LOVE IT!!! Its an amped up version of the original, minus the petro and lipstick. I get sooooo many compliments on it.
Lasts all day and the projection is right under beast mode. Again, a compliment magnet. If you have a hard time picking up women, this will at least get you in the door.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Stop reading right now and go buy it!

  35. :

This is an awesome frag for sure. The ingredients are blended very well. I love the scent bubble that I have for the first 2 to 3 hours (half an arms length) with some sillage (not a beast like DH parfum – I was hoping so). This is a comforting scent and just smells so good. I must get a backup bottle. Update to review pending. Enjoy.
Update: this is Fahrenheit without the bite of the violet. Everything is smooth and rounded in this bottle. In the Fahrenheit family this is the Fahrenheit uncle that’s been EVERY where, seen everything, knows it all, he is single, in great shape, mature but no one can guess his age. He never shows up empty handed and has the loudest laugh that makes everyone gather around. The second bottle is on it’s way! Bravo Dior!
I love this boozy creamy vanillac champion. It wears all day (with a few sprays) on clothes, starts off big and settles in as the day goes on. You will always smell it if applied appropriately others may or may not as it ages. This is different from the rest and don’t listen to the nonsense that if you have ABSOLUTE you don’t need this. They are not similar IMO beyond the violet Fahrenheit familial DNA.

Not to long ago I avoided Dior frags like a plague. Except Sauvage and DH Cologne, everything else I hated, same with Tom Ford. I highly dislike everything form Prive line to Eau Sauvage to Dior Homme line to nightmare that is Fahrenheit.
But… and this is the huuuuugest but in all my frag years. I do dislike every Fahrenheit, but… a friend of mine said, go try the parfum version. I said, nah, screw that petroleum shit, I can go to a gas stop, smell the same for cheap and gasoline lasts for weeks. She said, go and try. So I did.
Wow!! Wow, wow, wow!!! How was I wrong. Not only does the parfum version smell better than any Fahrenheit, it really doesn’t have that petroleum vibe. Only slight, in the opening but in such a subtle way that I can handle and weak easily. After the top fades away, I am left with ultra masculine scent that is both unique and easy to wear. The smell reminds me of Code Profmo, minus the sweetness. This is sweet just enough but at the same time not. Can’t describe it. It has all but nothing too much. I kept sniffing my arm again and again. It is a lumberjack meets classy businessman. Has that manly roughness but it is so much subdued into classiness. Like you took the lumberjack, and just put him in a suit, fixed his hair, replaced his axe with a suitcase.
I am really blown away. It is the second frag from Dior that I can say I love as I am really really picky about my frags and very critic of what I wear. Granted, Dior as a house produces ultra quality frags. Just, they are not for me. Except this and Sauvage… DH Cologne can pass too but that one has a musky note that doesn’t sit too well on my skin but as a fragrance is it remarkable.
Needless to say, I will get Fahrenheit Parfum. I have learned that… try. Always try. Doesn’t matter if you dislike 100 flankers and the original, there just may be a flanker different enough for you. This is a manly masterpiece that lasts and projects, has strength but is smooth and elegant enough for an urban man wanting to be more. Perfection!!

@Markmark74 Interesting … all my boxes say the same 08175/A number. I’m guessing that’s the number you are referring to and not the actual batch number.

  40. :

    3 out of 5

@BurtReynolds what’s the formulation number on your box?. It’s the number on the end of the ingredients list.
I have a Dec 13 and March 17 bottle and they have the same formulation number. I also came to the conclusion they were the same before I realised they had the same numbers anyway, doh.
@BurtReynolds, yes…thats what I meant you are correct..So they all have the same formulation number so it hasn’t been changed..good good.

Simply a MASTERPIECE amazing silage and longevity need about 4 heavy sprays it then lasts and projects all day and night very easily.

  42. :

Just blind bought this. Sits really close to the skin surprisingly. I definitely get the Bentley Intense comparison, but the Dior is preferred by me because the Fahrenheit DNA is in there to keep you from getting bored. So far I’m thinking of this as an easy to wear Musc Ravageur, which makes it a winner in my book. It may be quite a simple fragrance, but that’s part of its charm; it has that old-school simplicity to it that you rarely find anymore in houses outside of Acqua di Parma

  43. :

    4 out of 5

I hate to say it because I absolutely love this fragrance, but I’m almost positive it has been reformulated. I recently went through my 2016 (6T01) bottle and purchased a new one. The new one is 7V01 and came out this past August.
It’s just not the same as my previous bottle. It’s weaker. All the notes are mostly there, but it’s like it has been diluted. Also, the violet and spiced rum notes are not as prominent it seems. I’ve worn this new juice about half a dozen times now. I’ve decanted some and let some air get into it, but it just hasn’t opened up any and I don’t feel it will.
After this disappointment, I went and tracked down a pre-2017 bottle. This one was batch 6U01 and it is exactly like my first bottle that I loved so much. Just a really strong blast of violet and spiced rum notes which eventually dries down to a warm, spicy-vanilla. It lasts and projects the way I remember it.
All in all, I have to say this is quite disappointing. However I’m hearing they did the same thing with Dior Homme Parfum, another one of my favorites. I guess it’s just the nature of the fragrance industry but man is that a let down.
I’ll definitely be on the look out now for more pre-’17 bottles. I don’t want to be without this in my collection.

No difference between the original and new box. Both the same. Took about 6 sprays to work it’s magic. For some reason the first few sprays were off..They didn’t have the fresh grapefruit opening. But I’ve heard this before with perfumes in general.

Any difference between the original box and new box?. I have the new version box with a 2017 bottle.
Just bought an original box..Dec 13. Batch code 3X02. Think they’re the same to be honest. Need to let the bottle settle and give it a good few sprays first.
(And for sure it’s only the Tester bottles that say Parfum on the front and also have the notes on the back.)
    Love it.

  48. :

    Very nice.
Very soft and warming, not a great performer as far as projection and silage goes for an EdP though.
It sits rather close to the skin but smells extremely nice. There are some similarities to the original Fahrenheit EdT, but I find this a little more versatile and wearable.
I mainly get vanilla and violet here, Parma Violets to be exact (which are a type of children’s sweet/ candy here in England) I love Parma Violets, so that is ok, and it is a very comforting scent. I don’t really get the rum that people mention.
A very nice scent for winter and the colder Christmas season.

I tried Dior Fahrenheit le Parfum today. Haven’t checked the batch code. What I think is, that this is a really ‘specific’ perfume to pull off. By means, it’s a really spicy fragrance and it’s a real statement. This means it’s a good compliment-wise perfume? Well I don’t think so. It must suit you as a tailor-made suit or it will just make people run away from you (not literally), but it makes sense now.
The distinct sharp sour odor of mandarin overpowers the scent. Well that’s it for now. One tip: don’t blind buy this, it’s not worth the effort.

    Batch 7Q02(March 2017)
Although many insist that Fahrenheit Le Parfum is very differnent than the original Edt to my nose that aint true.
From initial blast till the end Le Parfum is Fahrenheit all the way. i mean instantly recognizable.ok there is some rum and vanila in Le Parfum BUT the vibe i get is the same as the edt after 20 min or so.
Wore it at the office for example and my colleague said oh you are wearing Fahrenheit again . I said yes but the Parfum edition and he said well it smells like the original fahrenheit you already have.
All and all i love the smell of Le Parfum cause i simply love the original Edt.
As for the perfomance, Many say this is very potent. To my skin longevity and projection are moderate especially for an EdP. Dont really know why(mabe a new refomulation?) If i go with 1 or 2 sprays as many say i dont even smell it myself
As i always say i go heavy on the trigger because in 2017 when it comes to frags nothing and i mean it is powerful. …
    PS
to tell you the truth i Have to test Le Parfum in the winter. In fall doesn’t perform that good. in Greek weather at least(27 c)…

@bet85 about 69 reviews down below. You said you’ve seen some bottles say parfum and some that don’t. I don’t think any of the bottles say parfum on the front itself, just on the box. The parfum bottles are shorter and fatter looking and 75ml only. The original fahrenheit bottle is taller and slimmer and available in 125ml and 200ml. You wil also find parfum written on the bottom of the 75ml bottles of le parfum version. The parfum version is a new addition to the line.
Edit: i have just seen a few pics on Google images of the bottles with PARFUM written on the front!..I think they are the tester bottles that also have the notes printed on the back of the bottle.

This is ace. My new favourite. Fahrenheit, parma violets(occording to my gf) and vanilla. Ahhhh its so damn goood.
Will be getting a back up bottle of this. Pity its 75ml size only but quality makes up for it. This has to be one of my No1 frags I have at the moment in terms of quality, performane and scent.
Had this for 4 weeks and only tried it twice. Didn’t quite know what to think of it. Then when I tried it again 4 weeks later I really got the feel for it. Now its my new favourite and I can see what all the rage was about.

Finally, a Fahrenheit that is wearable. I simply did not like the original Fahrenheit for the harsh opening. This, however, is the complete opposit. If the original is a biker, this one is a man in a tuxedo. So classed up, refined and seductive. I really love the suede note in this, it’s a creamier, softer leather smell that pairs exceptionally well with the vanilla, the beautiful spice and rum. The overall smell, in my opinion, is unique and very classy while being warm and inviting. I don’t think you can go wrong with this one if used for fall and winter nights.

Can’t go wrong with vanilla, rum with a floral background. First time wearing and I like it…although sillage is only moderate…which give this much more versatility. It does seem more suited to evening wear vs. office.

It was a love at first sniff. This is much better rounded up, deeper, boozy, smooth and upper class scent than the original. rum suade and vanilla the blend is amazing as you expect from Dior. This has perfected the original and it’s one of my favorites of all time.

Probably one of the most reviewed fragrances out there….I was a HUGE fan of Fahrenheit original back in the early ’90’s….couldn’t wait for Fall (I lived in NY at the time) to sport this unique fragrance which, through everyday use, became my signature scent…Cool crisp weather…colorful foliage..long deep purple shadows of Fall, called for Fahrenheit..it all blended beautifully. Moved to south Florida and shelved my beloved Fahrenheit thanks to thick, muggy weather. Twenty years later, I relocated to the North-West and broke out a new bottle of Fahrenheit. NOTHING like the original…can’t even begin to explain, nor do I want to, the unbelievable difference in this once cherished fragrance…moving on…
After reading all the kudos about Fahrenheit Parfum, I decided to try a decant. Understood that the original DNA was apparent in the parfum, I gleefully tried it last evening (cool, perfect ‘almost’ Fall weather). Disappointment is too weak a word to describe my feelings. Opened as a vanilla/violet-leaf bomb…maybe some ‘rum’ and ‘leather’. Where is that gasoline/petrol/fuel note that made the original so unique? I’ll wait…maybe it needs to simmer a bit before rearing it’s head. Nothing. No fuel…no gasoline…no oomph. A pleasant enough fragrance, but it never blossomed into the original…not even slightly.
Bottom line: a pleasant enough fragrance if you enjoy vanilla and violet leaf but don’t expect it to scream ‘I’m the younger brother of Fahrenheit original’…Good for the season opening of La Traviata with a tuxedo, but don’t expect anything more especially if you’re a fan of the original. IMHO of course…..

After amassing a collection of nearly 200 different fragrances, I circled 10 on my list and then I’m not purchasing any new fragrance, save from a select couple of houses. Of course i will refill my absolutely must haves. I am so happy that i included this on my list.
Immediately you get the violet as in the original, but then you get so much more. Gone is the petrol type note (which i love) and in its place is rum, and bourbon vanilla. My God is the execution of the vanilla in this incredible. Dried fruit is present as well. What you get is a perfectly balanced sweet, boozy, leather scent that lasts and last but does not overproject.
Fall and winter and formal for sure, although i wore this at work today with no issues at all. An absolute masterpiece that has vaulted way up the list of my favorites. If i had to pick only one cold weather oriental it would be opium by ysl, this might very well be next in line. I bought absolute as well, which i like, but is not as good as the edp. Dior just exudes quality and class, their fragrances last, the sprayers are the best, and they push the envelope. Also got Dior homme intense in the same order (massgenie, grand total for both at 127, a steal) which i have not worn yet, but will, Dior homme parfum is hitting my doorstep tomorrow.
Literally intoxicating, i cannot stop smelling my arm even as i write this. A blind buy without hesitation. So many words, but only one needed when its all said and done: masterpiece.

When I opened the box of mine, I can see how strong this perfume is. Just by taking out the cellophane I could smell it. I’m waiting for winter to be able to test it.

A nice and interesting addition to the Fahrenheit family, tough it is very different from other Fahrenheit’s fragrances, it still has some DF DNA in it that you can mostly notice at the opening. The drydown reminds me of a much softer, vanillish version of Bentley For Men Intense, mainly because of the rum note. It’s great for the colder days!

powerful, the most powerful fragrance that i ever smelled. With only one application i can smell a lot myself and the others too from a distance! very long lasting much more than 12 hours. Just 1 application and seems that i used the entire bottle on my neck! how it is possible? a 75 ml bottle will result infinite. Definetely for winter and when you go out, too strong for other occasions for me.

I confess, sometimes i wear fragrance to please the women that i love but Fahrenheit le Parfum i wear to please myself. To me this is a very cleverly re-engineered version of the classic version.
After almost 30 years, the original Fahrenheit has been played out to death and badly needed an overhaul. Top quality, great performance, better than the original and a lot better than Absolute version**. Give it time; the opening is good but it gets better and better as time goes by. The overall feel of the original is still there but more refined.
Staple, gem, Great work of art. This is the kind of smell that keeps things interesting in the fragrance game.
For me this is a Masterpiece, the cream of the crop.
This could be the best fragrance i own. I keep it for very special occasions.
Some would give this a perfect 10 but i would say it is over and above all charts.
**Absolute version has nothing to do with the original Fahrenheit but Le Parfum does; the violet note stays true to the original.

When I spray Fahrenheit Le Parfum I get an exquisite combination of violets, dried fruits, plums, dessert spices, leather, honey, rum and vanilla. In perfumery, vanilla is an element that never gets old – Van Cleef & Arpels’ Midnight in Paris, Boucheron’s Jaipur Homme, Tom Ford’s Tobacco Vanille, L’Occitane Eau de Baux – there are so many beautiful fragrances and in each one vanilla is always different. Here, it’s in the base notes and it’s accompanied with rum. Gone is the petroleum note. The result is a very elegant, sophisticated and stylish fragrance that stands as a proud representative of the Fahrenheit series and the quality fully justifies its price. 3 sprays is the optimal dosage for a cold, rainy autumn day and it will last well over 10 hours. After a busy day at the office, Fahrenheit Le Parfum will still be alive on your skin and, on your way home, it will
