Peaches, raspberry, and tangy apples are what stands out the most. I know peach isn’t listed as a note in it but this is what it smells like to me. Every now and then it develops into spoiled fruit but it depends on what else I’m wearing/smelling.

The La Rive dupe is cheaper, but I haven’t smelled it and I know the Sweet Sensation one is spot on.

I’m wearing this now as I just found it in my stash and forgot I had it. It’s fresh clean, sweet, fruity, carefree and innocent with a tad bit of zing and spice. The zing seems to be like wild strawberries. Glad I found it and now I will wear it more often. Looked on here for reviews and notes and didn’t realize it was rare. I had gotten my bottle on clearance for super cheap years back and it was the large one. I love fragrances with Raspberries so this is why it smells delicious to me.

I was fortunate enough to just get a bottle of this in a swap and I absolutely love it! It’s sweet and fruity and just yummy! I am also impressed with the longevity. I put it on at 8 last night and I can still smell it if I put my wrist near my nose. I am one of those people who have really dry skin, so a good portion of fragrances disappear without a trace rather quickly.

Was 90 degrees on the first day of Spring here in Texas. Whipped this out right this morning. It lasted over 8+ hours on my skin. The shirt I wore still has the scent in it! I could also smell myself all day. I felt confident, because the scent did not change or anything in heat. Sad it’s discontinued, but I saw La Rive has a dupe. I’m moving onto that once my bottle is dry. Escada should just bring this back or do a best sellers collection. There is no other fruity scent like this, it doesn’t make you feel like a teenager.

It’s very fruity so if you’re into fruity scents,it can be for you.when I first spray it,most dominant note I catch is red apple,but after a minute,strawberry and blackcurrant are also there and it becomes deliciously sweet.I can detect just a small hint of citruses.florals aren’t prominent in moon sparkle and I can detect freesia,sweet pea,rose and jasmine after reading note’s list.I doubt I could name all of them if I didn’t know they’re there but definitely I could say there’s a touch of light florals
I think sweetness and florals prevents moon sparkle from turning to a fruity shampoo scent.it doesn’t change much in Drydown..sweetness mellows a bit and a soft touch of white musk is added.it’s drydown smells just as a fruity lip balm I used to have as a kid,it was so delicious I always wished that it was edible, escada moon sparkle is also as delicious
Moon sparkle is a simple fragrance.it’s fruity ,sweet,colorful and happy.it can easily lift my moods and arrange a travel back in time to my late teen years and make me a happy carefree young girl again..it’s a summer scent but because of it’s sweetness It’s also wearable in mild weather year round. Can’t tell about it’s longevity yet but it seems to have moderate sillage and unexpectedly,it’s a real complement getter!

Only musky white florals tend to have great lasting power on my skin so I was expecting 4-5 hours of longevity for moon sparkle which was ok IMO.I sprayed it in morn.about 8,9 hours later my sister in love told me after hugging me: you smell so sweet and lovely(she dislikes heavy sweet scents and gourmands and naming a sweet perfume lovely is rare in her case) I smelled my wrist and I was surprised to see it’s pretty scent is clinging to my skin)
I think I have to change it’s rate from three hearts to four hearts not because of it’s impressive longevity; I also tend to enjoy it a lot.it really makes me happy and I have to appreciate this

I remember purchasing Moon Sparkle as a blind buy because I was madly in love with Sunset Heat, its extravagant and fruity sister. At first I was disappointed, because Moon Sparkle is definitely more subtle than Escada’s annual fruit bombs. Only now, nine years later, I get to rediscover a beautiful combination of blackcurrant, red fruits and citrus on a bed of musk. Apparently, with age comes wisdom 🙂

Escada Moon Sparkle is a delicious sweet girly fragrance that I used to wear whenever I went to Atlantic City. I was younger then and I would still wear this! It’s light, sweet, inoffensive, and very fruity. It’s cassis, raspberry and strawberry and apple scents so if you like those notes in fragrances this stuff is rather heavy with it. The rose and jasmine gives it a floral touch and usually this particular pairing of rose and jasmine creates a classy sophisticated effect. This is an evening perfume but not formal, more of a semi formal, a night in Las Vegas, dinner and a show sorta fragrance. My boyfriend, a NYPD cop who loved to take me to Atlantic City, loved the way this smelled. Ambery, too. It’s a fruity amber and warm, relaxed. I don’t have this stuff anymore but the memories it brings back make me smile. I have sold it to friends on ebay who enjoy the scent. Sweet, innocent, fun. Enjoy.

This one is a proof that Escada represents almost a 100% perfection with their fragrances: you seek something feminine, but girly at the same time…sweet, but not childish and sickly sugary…most of the fragrances i’ve smelt were sweet and fruity, but in a different way each time. Somehow I feel safe when i blind buy ‘Escada’. Even if my favorite EDP by them is Escada collection, every other is just aswell welcomed.
As for this particular fragrance: colorful fruity mix – any kind of berries, mostly black currant and raspberry. It’s hard not to love it 🙂

kinda like a grown-up version of a fruity body splash – certainly has a bit more depth to it than a regular body splash, but still not especially complex. what you smell initially is what you smell all day, and I smell a lot of citrus + currant (along with some cotton candy, maybe?) when I wear this. MUCH better longevity than Turquoise Summer and almost wears like an EDP imo. I spritzed this once on my decolletage last night after a shower and it’s still regularly wafting up to my nose a full 12 hours later. this fragrance is also my boyfriend’s favorite and seems to be a hit with guys in general.
I absolutely love this perfume and hope to always have a bottle of it in my collection. it’s young and sweet, but also mysterious and enchanting. glad I can still find it at most malls but heartbroken that it’s officially discontinued, this is a signature fragrance for me for sure.

Ahh Moon Sparkle, the pretty ombre bottle with the fruity juice. I tested this a few years ago but didn’t end up buying a bottle because I didn’t fall completely in love with it. It was nice enough, but didn’t have that particular wow-factor I expected based on multiple reviews.

I am not normally a fan of fruity fragrances, mostly because they smell the same to me but Escada Moon Sparkle is one of the most unique I have come across so far. The Strawberry and Raspberry are delectable, and the highlights of the perfume for me. I don’t personally think that they come across as being synthetic… More like abstract…Strawberries can sometimes have a “fungal” smell so think of freshly ripened, and also freshly picked raspberries, so I would say they are both at the peak of their states. Divine!!
Of course they wouldn’t have the centre stage without the support of the other notes, making this scent a myriad of girlishness, progressing through to womanliness. Therefore, I believe this perfume is appropriate for all age groups because sometimes a woman wants to feel abit girly 🙂

Perfect summer night fragrance. While Ibiza Hippie (my 1st favourite Escada) is more suited for playing at the beach bathed in sunshine, Moon Sparkle is better saved for beach parties at night, when the sky is navy velvet, sprinkled with stars, painted with moonbeams and the air’s more electric.
Moon Sparkle is tart raspberries crushed and blended into sparkling apple blackcurrant juice, topped with a cloud of fizzy strawberry candyfloss. Despite all the sweetness, it never goes cloying or too saccharine, it just makes you smell delicious, yummy and youthful -tip: I LOVE spraying it in my hair.
Track it down and let’s keep hoping Escada brings this back again; it’s too much of a gem to stay only in happy memories.

On my skin though, this ends up smelling like a berry shampoo, with that soapiness you’d smell in a bottle of shampoo landing right on my skin. I found Moon Sparkle to be incredibly fresh, which surprised me. I was expecting (dreading) a syrupy sweet berry bomb. The raspberry is prominent on me. It actually made me feel a bit nostalgic for the late-90’s, when raspberry seemed to be everywhere. It kind of reminds me of Bath and Body Works’ Sun Ripened Raspberry, but much, much cooler and fresher. I don’t know how sexy or “moonish” (i.e. mysterious?)MS is, but it is definitely a youthful, feminine, feel-good fragrance.

from the first sniff of the nozzle to the release of the spray its love at first smell! its like mmm this smells pretty and then you spray it’s like wow!! sits on the skin so beautifully and when you get a whiff of it you wants to just smell it over and over again. i get the slightest hint of grapefruit just the very very slightest. you can definitely smell the wild strawberries not so much as ralph lauren but a nice amount. the apple i get is a nicely ripened royal gala apple very nice.one little little tiny criticism is that it needs a warmer basenote like a tiny hint of vanilla or sandalwood to accompany the musk which i think if they added it i would bathe in it!

This is one of the best season fragrances of Escada I’ve tested (I still cling to “Three “Me’s” (Desire Me, Incredible Me, Absolutely Me). As usual, the fragrance is thick, fruity, cheerful,a bit darker, nice, pleasant, but somehow boring. I had samples but I don’t have them anymore.

Fruty and fun are really the best words to describe Moon Sparkle. I was surprised, when i first sprayed it on my wrist – it smells just like one of the Hunka “She…is fun” – berry juice. Nothing complex or remarkable, but quite pleasant and happy.

oh, gosh. I love escada since im into the fruity floral fragrances. This is my first escada perfume and I’m loving it. I’m still a newbie when it comes to identifying notes but I can definitely say that this is quite fruity, sweet, not too strong nor it is weak, it also can be sexy and feminine. I find it is quite versatile, I wore it when I went to Humid singapore but i wear it too in the Australian Winter. I also wear it day or night depending on my mood. Definitely the perfume I wear if i want to feel like a sweeet young graceful lady. :p Lasting power is quite alright.

LOVE THIS! Smells like something by bath and body works, anyways, just smelling this scent brings me back to 08, when i was in 8th grade trying to get noticed by my then-crush. LOL, This is very hard to find, but worth the price.

Sweet, fruity and fun! This perfume makes me hungry :p However, I have to use it like a body spray instead of a perfume. It lasts longer on my clothes, but fades very quickly on my skin.

I started wearing this when I got tired of Pacific Paradise. At first, I was really excited with this one. It was sweet and more grown-up than the others I had tried. Unfortunately, I wore it so much, that it began to smell like all the other Escada scents I had owned and I couldn’t even finish the bottle, choosing to give the rest to my sister instead. I do miss it from time to time, but I’ll never revisit it. If you’ve never tried it, please do as it’s a very nice frag. Just don’t overdo it like I did or you’ll begin to detest it.

I wore it last weekend and it never occured to me before that it has a lot in common with Versus Donna vintage but more on the spicy part, actually like Absolutely Fabulous from Revlon.

This is so sweet fresh perfume! I like this berries scent. Really cute fragrance, so i think it is mainly for young women like teens. This scent is good for parties! The only bad points are it is limited edition…and when I wear it, it gives me severe headache X(

For me this is one of the best Escada perfumes. I like that is not flat, as some others of the same series, but a sophisticated, dark and mysterious. In the beginning it feels citrus and the other fruit notes. After about 30 minutes come and floral notes, but not lost fruity smell. And my favorite part is the dry down – deep and compelling. Musk, sandalwood and amber give the required depth and passion of this scent. While raspberries make it very fresh and tasty. It was my signature scent for some years and always will be in my love list.
Not a bad projection for the edt.

I so wish this scent lasted longer. I really do like moon sparkle. Sexy. Fruity yet not synthetic like the other Escada’s I’ve tried (minus Taj). The strawberries and apple are noticable yet its not overwhelming or fake smelling. It’s nice for everyday wear. I would buy a FB if it lasted longer. May be just my chemistry as none of Escada’s scents last long on me.

The picture I get by smelling this perfume is a really hot summer night in a beach bar by the sea watching the reflections of the full-moon in the surface of the sea. I think it’s perfect for summer nights!

I was lucky to find a bottle of this on eBay and wasn’t disappointed. It is my first escada and was initially looking for something strawberry based but not too fake smelling and escada have done a lovely job. Very fruity and fresh smelling and is great to wear to the office as it isn’t too overwhelming. Wear it in winter to remind you of summer 😀 and uplift your mood

I like Escada. I have it almost 1 year. Also i have Marine Groove etc. Its really very sweet and sexy. Its very good for summer. So i would like to advice you this if you prefer fruity scents. +That is not so expensive & bottle is very elegant. as for me.

This perfume is extremely sweet, sharp and fruity. Personally, I find it so sweet that it crosses into the territory of over-ripe fruit scents. Kind of like fermented raspberries…not my cup of tea.
I find some of the reviews of Moon Sparkle recently before mine to be a little strange (admins have now deleted them). It doesn’t tell people much if you only state that you love, like, or hate a perfume. You can do that by clicking on the buttons at the top of the page. It’s a lot more interesting to read a review (whether you agree with it or not) when the reviewer throws in a few adjectives to describe WHY they like/dislike a fragrance. Just sayin’.
